The protective area of military installations can be a essential investment goods for producting public goods like military installations and national security. For the purpose of this, The protective area of military installations are set up and applicated at important strategic areas. It causes colplications and frictions among the people, government and army inevitably to set up the protective area of military installations, as the relation between the army which produces security or public goods and the people that make and use valuable goods is opposed and contradictory to each other. Heretofore, the civil petition of the protective affair to military installations has been presented individually. As local self- government is fixed, a local selg-governing body presents many civil petitions now. Therefore the protective affair to military installations came to be examined carefully in the aspecs of improving the relationship between the civil and army, raising natinal competitiveness, and increasing efficiency of military operations. Though the relationship between the civil and army is opposed and contradictory, it is required to be in keeping with each other with a situation around society, that is, changes and trend of national security, politics, economy, society. Accordingly, if you drive plans of rational management to the protective area of military installations, you can not only achieve successful military installations, but also be a great help to growth of a local community. Then 「The Army with the people」worthy of the name can be real.

보안구역 내의 외곽울타리지역의 경비체제를 인적경비에서 과학화경비로 전환함에 따라 안정된 보안설비의 적정관리를 위한 조명개선이 요구되어진다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 외곽 감시를 수행할 수 있도록 경비과학화시스템에 적합한 등기구 선정과 균일한 조도환경을 조성하기 위하여 조명설비의 부적절한 적용으로 모니터에 눈부심이 심한 울타리 지역을 선정하여 LED 등의 용량을 변화시키며 등기구의 각도, 등주간의 거리, 등기구의 취부높이 등의 조정에 따른 현장 모의실험으로 감시모니터에 발생하는 눈부심을 해소시키고자 하였다. 또한 모의실험 조건에 따른 CCTV 화면분석과 조도값을 바탕으로 공항 외곽지역과 유사한 조건으로 조명 모델링하고 소비전력이 다른 LED 광원을 이용한 시뮬레이션 실시로 공항 외곽보안설비의 적정운영 위한 조명설계안을 제시하고자 한다.

The article considers the improved method and model of automated air situation assessment using a decision support system based on fuzzy networks of target installations. The advanced method of automated assessment of the air situation using the decision support system is based on the methodology of reflexive control of the first rank. With this approach, the process of assessing the air situation in the framework of the formulated task can be reduced to determining the purpose, probabilistic nature of actions and capabilities of the air target. The use of a homogeneous functional network for the formal presentation of air situation assessment processes will formally describe the process of determining classes of events during air situation assessment and the process of determining quantitative and qualitative characteristics of recognized air situation situations. To formalize the patterns of manifestation of the values of quantitative and symbolic information, it is proposed to use the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets.

An antivirus is a widely used solution for detecting malicious softwares in client devices. The performance of antivirus solutions in the mobile client environment is critical due to its resource constrains. Many solutions light-weighting client's overhead in the mobile client environment have been developed. However, most solutions require platform modifications or software installations and it decreases their realizations in practice. In this paper, we propose a solution detecting malwares on networks using the Software Defined Network (SDN). Our main goal is designing a solution detecting malwares of mobile client without involving the client into the work. We contribute to provide a solution that does not require client-side installations or modifications and so is easily applicable in practice.

It is obvious that electrical safety cannot be secured soley by the efforts from public sector including government. With the global trend of deregulation as WTO/TBT agreement comes into effect, foreign countries strive to minimize unnecessary and inefficient regulations in every field by sharing responsibilities with the privae sector to secure international competency in trade. To this same end, in this paper 2 level approach plan is suggested to pave the way to the self-security system in electrical field by introducing self-reliance safety system by stage for pre-service inspection on the electrical installations for private use based on product requirements in terms of performance.

무선 네크워크는 유선과 비교해서 편리하고, 또한 용이하다. 따라서 전국에 있는 중소기업에서는 무선을 더 선호하고 있어 많은 중소기업들이 유선 설치에 대한 부담을 느껴 유선네트워크의 확장개변으로 무선을 많이 사용하고 있는 추세이다. 무선네트워크는 유선 네트워크보다 보안에 취약한데, 그 이유는 브로드캐스팅을 통해 패킷을 전달하기 때문이다. 따라서 무선 네트워크의 취약점들을 분석하고, 중소기업에서 무선네트워크 보안에 관한 대응책을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구는 초등학교 주변에 설치된 방범용CCTV가 범죄를 감소하는 효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 춘천시에 설치된 9개의 방범용CCTV의 위치와 종류에 관한 데이터 및 춘천시의 범죄데이터가 수집되었다. 분석단위로 월 단위가 사용되었으며, 날짜, 월평균 온도, 범죄 추이를 통제한 후 포아송 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 초등학교 주변에 설치된 방범용CCTV로 인해 전체범죄와 중범죄가 감소하였음을 보여주었다. 그러나 경범죄에서는 그러한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 방범용CCTV가 초등학교 인근에 설치되었을 때 중범죄율과 전체범죄율을 낮추는 데 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

Renewable energy is not a new terminology. One of the fastest growing renewable energies is solar energy. The implementation of solar energy provides several advantages including the reduction of some of the environmental risks of fossil fuel consumption. This research elaborated the importance of the adaption of solar energy by developing a spatial decision support system (SDSS), while the Residential Solar Energy Adoption (RSEA) is an instantiation artifact in the form of an SDSS. As a GIS web-based application, RSEA allows stakeholders (e.g., utility companies, policymakers, service providers homeowners, and researchers) to navigate through locations on a map interactively. The maps highlight locations with high and low solar energy adoption potential that enables decision-makers (e.g., policymakers, solar firms, utility companies, and nonprofit organizations) to make decisions. A combined qualitative and quantitative methodological approach was used to evaluate the application's usability and user experience, and results affirmed the ability of the factors of utility, usefulness, and a positive user experience of the residential solar energy adoption of spatial decision support system (RSEA-SDSS). RSEA-SDSS in improving the decision-making process for potential various stakeholders, in utility, solar installations, policy making, and non-profit renewable energy domains.

국내 대다수의 공공장소 및 사유건물은 범죄 예방 및 사후 조치, 내부자 보안, 시설안전 및 화재 예방 등을 위해 CCTV(Closed Circuit Television)를 설치하고 있으며, 매년 설치 대수는 늘어나는 추세이다. 늘어나는 CCTV에 대하여 진행된 설문에서는 다수의 반응이 CCTV의 촬영으로 인한 프라이버시 침해 등의 부정적 시선보다 설치로 인해 발생할 수 있는 범죄의 예방적 측면에서 긍정적으로 보고 있다. 하지만 CCTV는 프라이버시 측면에서 많은 위험성을 내포하고 있으며, 클라우드를 이용하여 영상 데이터를 수집할 경우 피사체의 개인정보가 유출될 수 있다. 인세캠은 각국의 CCTV 감시 영상을 실시간으로 중계하였으며, 중계 대상에는 노트북의 전면카메라까지 포함되어 큰 이슈를 불러일으켰다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV를 통해 영상정보에 대한 프라이버시 기법 처리를 통한 개인정보 유출 방지 및 클라우드 시스템 보안성 강화를 위한 시스템을 소개하기로 한다.
