Despite anti-corruption has been one of the major governmental tasks in Korea, anti-corruption policies have been focused largely on government officials in public sectors, and most of the prior studies have examined government employees not public citizens. In order to fill the vacuum in the literature, this study aims to develop evidence-based anti-corruption policies via a survey of people in various job categories for the relationship between their experiences of any corruption and related factors. Researchers analyzed a secondary data gathered by the Korean Institute of Public Administration, which included a sample of 1,000 adults aged over 19. The results showed that indirect experiences of corruption and interaction with the corrupted were positively related to individuals' corruption behaviors. In addition, their perception towards low- and mid-ranking officials were statistically signifiant in explaining the corruption behavior. Thus, policy-makers should consider focusing on indirect experiences of corruption, interaction with the corrupted, and perception towards low- and mid-ranking officials. This study contributed as an attempt to suggest policy implications and further research ideas by examining factors related to individuals' corruption behaviors.
The retirement pension is one of the security systems for retirement income. In Korea, since 2016, companies with 300 or more employees are obligated to introduce retirement pensions, so the rate of introduction of retirement pensions by large companies is high, but the rate of introduction of small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) is very low. This study aims to suggest a direction for the government's policy establishment to introduction of a retirement pension plan by looking at what financial attributes affect the intention to introduction of retirement pension plan. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the financial attributes, Return on Sales in the positive (+) direction and Equity Capital Ratio in the negative (-) direction were significant factors influencing the intention to introduce a SME retirement pension. Accordingly, the government policy to induce the introduction of the retirement pension for SMEs needs to be implemented in stages with priority to SMEs with large Return on Sales and Equity Capital Ratio.

The authors of the article investigate the impact of digitalization on the forms change of employment and the labor market in the modern conditions. It is substantiated that digitalization processes directly affect the change of forms of employment and the range of occupations in the labor market, as well as the change of jobs. The positive and negative consequences of changing forms of employment for the economy in the process of digital transformation are analyzed, which include: reduction of personnel costs by employers; dissemination of non-standard, informal employment (electronic freelance, electronic outsourcing, start-employment); enabling employees to manage their working hours; increasing unemployment and imbalance of supply and demand in the labor market; reduction of productivity of enterprises, as a result of reduced productivity of workers with non-standard forms of employment, or with a negative indirect impact on productivity. A model for managing the process of digitalization in the labor market of Ukraine under different scenarios of their implementation, namely evolutionary and forced is devoted. To recognize the possible change in the level of employment in connection with the implementation of the forced scenario of digitalization in Ukraine, a model for estimating probable changes in the labor market is proposed. The directions of development of the state strategy of prevention of risks of reduction of number of workplaces in the course of digitalization are outlined.

The article considers the training, competitiveness of specialists, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of specialists in the context of distance learning. The advantages of distance learning are shown. The characteristic features of distance learning in the preparation of students and in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions are determined. Competitiveness, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of a specialist are qualities that determine a person's life and work success. Professional mobility is interpreted as a systemic quality of a specialist's personality, which includes a whole range of knowledge, skills, abilities, personal qualities, value orientations, and so on. The vision of mobility of specialists by foreign scientists is presented. It is noted that the classification of professional mobility presented in the article makes it possible to organize various movements from a single position, to present them as separate manifestations of the general process of professional and pedagogical mobility, to determine which type of mobility ensures the performance of certain social functions. It was found that mobility can be differentiated into differentiated and intergeneration. According to the subject, individual and group mobility are distinguished; according to the direction - internal and external. The classification of employees according to their attitude to mobility is shown, which can be divided into the following groups: actually mobile; potentially mobile; actually stable; potentially stable.

The article is devoted to perfecting the system of management of the financial potential of transport enterprises. It is established that transport as an integral part of the state economy has to organically enter the market economy and provide sustainable transport services to national economy enterprises regardless of ownership, as well as ensure passenger transportation. It is also determined that in the conditions of market relations, transport highways must perform their functions with sufficient economic benefit to keep their material and technical resources in good order, conduct an investment policy with extensive use of scientific and technological progress, as well as a social policy guaranteeing the conditions for employees' motivated work. The study reveals an association between the financial and strategic goals of transport enterprises and the minimization of their economic risks, the prevention of bankruptcy and profit margin shortfalls. It is found that transport enterprises need to strive for the overall improvement of their financial potential through increasing the components of financial potential and assessing the impact of risk factors on them: the capacity of fixed assets, the capacity of financial resources, the capacity of services, and the capacity of credit opportunities. These are the elements of transport enterprises' financial potential that ensure its desired level. It is demonstrated that of critical importance in managing the financial potential of a transport enterprise is the role of financial resources, as a subject cannot reach the desired strategic goals without them.

Digital transformation represents one of the main obstacles facing several government, private, and non-profit sectors that help stabilize digital transformation in the Arabic region. One of the helpful ways to improve the level of freedom, productivity, and flexibility among employees to accept the BYOD approach is using their own devices to perform their work both in and outside the workplace. This study focuses to present the differences between the main three economic sectors, which represent the most important pillars of the economy in Saudi Arabia within the Kingdom's Vision 2030. BYOD also has great importance to the stakeholders for raising their awareness by expressing the implications, if the concept of BYOD is widely and correctly adopted. The study uses the diffusion of innovation (DOI) framework and quantitative analysis data to determine the main dimensions and important factors that help increase the awareness of the target audience. The number of participants in this study was 830, and the participants are mixing between the government, private, and non-profit sectors. The main findings showed a significant impact of several factors such as the importance of knowledge, ease of use, employee satisfaction, risk awareness, and attention to increase the level of acceptance in three main sectors study for using the BYOD approach widespread and professional use.

This article identifies the problems and substantiates the directions for the development of distance learning technologies in the training of personnel. An example of using digital media to create a remote access laboratory is given. The article is devoted to the definition of the main aspects of the organization of distance education. Rapid digitization, economic, political and social changes taking place in Ukraine necessitate the reform of the education system. First of all, it concerns meeting the educational needs of citizens throughout their lives, providing access to educational and professional training for all who have the necessary abilities and adequate training. The most effective solution to the above-mentioned problems is facilitated by distance learning. The article analyzes the essence and methods of distance learning organization, reveals the features of the use of electronic platforms for the organization of this form of education in different countries of the world. The positive characteristics of distance learning are identified, namely: extraterritoriality; savings on transport costs; the interest of modern youth in the use of information tools in everyday life; increase in the number of students; simplicity and accessibility of training; convenient consultation system; democratic relations between the student and the teacher; convenience for organizations in training their employees without interrupting their regular work; low level of payment for distance education compared to traditional education; individual learning pace; new teacher status. Among the negative features of online education, the author refers to the following problems: authentication of users during knowledge verification, calculation of the teacher's methodological load and copyright of educational materials; the high labor intensity of developing high-quality educational content and the high cost of distance learning equipment; the need to provide users with a personal computer and access to the Internet; the need to find and use effective motivation mechanisms for education seekers.

Whenever Information leak case had been happened, even though IT Infra systems were reinforced, those cases of kind were not decreased. It meant that the causes are not only the fault of IT, but also other things. So that the information leak cases should have been studied by the interdisciplinary way. There was a point of view for the Business Ethics which needed to be studied in the interdisciplinary way. Financial Information Leak Case of three representative Card Companies in Korea which is happened in 2014 was a case which was composed by many problems. These were bad circumstances, half-educated, lower salary, and the most of all, the C-Levels' ignorance of the law. By studying the CLD: Causal Loop Diagram of Business Ethics and those mentioned factors, few meanings were discovered. Firstly, this case was not a accident, but a predeterminate issue at all, because of the structural unethical corruption. Secondly, main reason of this case was not only criminals who leaked information, but also managers, especially CEO who didn't obey the law, forced that to employees. Thirdly, although those companies had moral guide and did CSR activities, it was not help to protect this information leak case. This study shows that the important thing was not the action for showing, but effective action to management for sustainability.
Purpose - This study was intended to find the selection attribution factors and service satisfaction determinants of third party logistics suppliers in Dongdaemun wholesale market. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire survey was performed, and the retailers and wholesalers in Dongdaemun wholesale market were asked to fill in it. Company employees using third party logistics service were selected by a random sampling method. Results - It is easy for both retailers and wholesalers to use third party logistics service. The logistics companies in Dongdaemun wholesale market have paid more heed to the security of freight and the operability. That is, the freight safety and operating service are the most important factors in selecting third party logistics suppliers, and they both have a close relationship with user satisfaction. There is no relation between service level and recognition in selection factors of third party logistics suppliers. All the responsiveness, operability and informativeness of third-party logistics providers has a significant relationship with user satisfaction. Conclusions - Third party logistics service is entirely different from the existing delivery or transport service. The most market vendors' wish for third party logistics suppliers is the stability of freight and robust operating service. They also demand the responsiveness for special or emergency situation with having information strength.
