  • In recent years, industrial convergence centered on ICBM (internet of things (IoT), cloud, big data, mobile) has been experiencing rapid development in various fields such as agriculture and the financial industry. In order to prepare for cyber threats, one of the biggest problems facing the convergence industry in the future, the development of the industry must proceed in tandem with a framework of information security. In this study, we analyze the details of the current industrial development policy and related information protection policies using cross impact analysis and present policy priorities through the expert questionnaire. The aim of the study was to clarify the priorities and interrelationships within information security policy as a first step in suggesting effective policy direction. As a result, all six information security policy tasks derived from this study belong to key drivers. Considering the importance of policies, policies such as improving the constitution of the security industry and strengthening of support, training of information protection talent, and investing in the information security industry need to be implemented relatively first.

  • In this paper, we investigated the factors affecting the intention to use smartphone banking with a research model based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) extended to include security risk, trust, and self-efficacy. With analysis after controlling factors such as age, gender, and previous experience of smartphone banking that may have effects, we conclude that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security risk, and trust have direct effect on the intention to use smartphone banking, and self-efficacy has indirect effect on the intention to use through mediation of perceived ease of use. We performed a study to check the validity of TAM in the context of smartphone banking, and confirmed that perceived ease of use has both direct and indirect effect on the intention to use.

  • The study is devoted to the formation of a economic principles cargo delivery management in global supply chains. Mathematical model of delivering special categories of goods by road is a key element of these principles. The article analyzes the existing studies on solving the problem of cargo delivery in various aspects. It was noted that the greatest attention is paid to legal regulation, last mile delivery, optimization of routes and delivery schemes, information support, technological innovations, cluster routing, etc. In the developed mathematical model a minimum of total costs of forming loading units and freight shipments was defined as the criterion of optimality of organizing delivery by motor transport. The authors propose the creation of logistics clusters allowing the integration of urban transport flows and global supply chains.

Research design, data, and methodology - The data were obtained from the statistical yearbook of each province. The BCC and CCR models of DEA model and Malmquist index are used to analyze the efficiency, and the input-output index is expanded. Result - The results show that the social security performance of the Chinese government has improved on the whole despite the unbalanced development in different regions. Each region should look for strategies to improve the efficiency of social security according to its own problems. The study suggests that provinces affected by TCI should improve their internal environment, such as raising social security fund structure and strengthening fund supervision, to improve efficiency. Areas affected by TECI need to be more responsive to policy, socio-economic and technological development. Conclusion - The research conclusion can provide reference for Chinese provinces to improve the efficiency of social security expenditure in the future. This study is not comprehensive enough in the selection of input-output indicators, which can be further expanded in the future.
