조직이나 기업은 IT 자원 구입이나 유지보수에 대부분의 IT예산을 사용하고있으며, IT 자원들은 지역별, 부서별, 사업단위별로 중복되어 운영되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 중복된 자원들을 제거하고 유지보수 비용을 절감하여야만 전체 IT비용을 줄일 수 있다. 오늘날 글로벌 기업들은 산업환경에서 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해 쉐어드서비스 구현에 많은 투자를 하고 있으며, 많은 금융서비스회사들이 IT 자산과 인프라의 중복성을 제거하기 위하여 IT쉐어드서비스를 도입하였다. 본 연구는 최근 국내 금융환경이 겸업화(은행업, 증권업, 보험업 등)와 대형화(금융기관 간 M&A, 전략적 제휴)함에 따라 정보기술(IT) 부문이 조직간에 중복되어 운영되는 현상이 나타나기 시작했으며, 따라서 기업 내에 중복되어 운영되고 있는 정보시스템들을 통합하여 효율적으로 운영하고자 하는 요구가 있다고 판단하여 IT쉐어드서비스 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석해 보고자하였다.

Purpose - This study is to verify the impact of the documentation of key audit matters on the value relevance of accounting information in accordance with the revised accounting audit standards in 2017. Investors will be able to identify the company's significant financial risks through key audit matters and use them to make investment decisions. Design/methodology/approach - From 2011 to 2019, the final sample is 290, based on the December settlement of accounts listed on the securities market. Ohlson (1995) was used to verify the incremental link between net income and the book value as a determinant of corporate value. Findings - First, the key audit matters in the financial industry was found to have a negative (-) effect that was significant to the value relevance of accounting Information. In addition, the value of the interaction between the key audit matters and the net income is a significant (+) relationship with the share price and the value of the interaction between the key audit matters and the book value is a significant (-) relationship with the share price. This means that the key audit matters is the determining factor of corporate value, positively reflects the accounting information in net income and negatively reflects the accounting information in book value. Second, among the key audit matters, the fair value assessment of financial instruments and the adequacy of premiums reserve have a significant impact on the value relevance of accounting information. Research implications or Originality - The results of this study suggest that investors recognize key audit matters as information about the company's major financial risks and reflect them differently in the value relevance of accounting information.

21세기 사회에 진입하면서 시민의 안전한 삶을 위협하는 범죄와 테러같은 위험요인들이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 개인의 생명, 신체, 재산 등의 아전의 욕구는 증가 할 수 밖에 없다. 국가중요시설은 적의공격으로부터 파괴되거나 기능이 마비가 될 경우에 국가적으로 중대한 영향을 미치는 시설을 말하며, 특수경비원들이 담당하고 있는 국가중요시설은 적 또는 불순분자, 테러리스트들의 제일의 공격목표가 될 수 밖에 없기 때문에 우리나라에서는 경비가 강화외도 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 특수경비제도의 현황과 문제점을 검토해보고 발전방안을 모색해보는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 특수경비제도의 발전은 한국 민간경비산업의 발전으로 이어지기 때문에 특수경비제도의 발전을 위해서는 이 분야에 근무하는 경비근무자들의 근무환경개선, 유능한 자원의 확보, 보수의 현실화, 전문자격증제도의 검색시스템의 개선을 행함으로써 한국민간경비산업의 발전에 가속도를 붙일 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to present effect of transtherapy which is treatment of Korean Medicine to acne scar patients. Methods: We used transtherapy to moderate and severe acne scar patients and evaluated by a Photo evaluation with 10-point score and Qualitative Global Acne Scarring Grading System. Results: After transtherapy treatment, mean of Qualitative Global Acne Scarring Grading System of patients changed from $3.5{\pm}0.71$ to $1.5{\pm}0.71$. Acne scar showed an improvement at least 8 up to 9 and mean of their acne scar improvement scores was $8.33{\pm}0.52$ on photo evaluation with 10-point score. Conclusions: This paper shows that transtherapy in the treatment of moderate to severe acne scars is beneficial for promoting skin regeneration.

The objective of this study is to examine the differentiated influence of sell-side advisors and buy-side advisors on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Unlike prior studies on M&A advisors, the study addresses different roles of target and acquirer advisors, and explores their influences on the cumulative abnormal returns (CAR) and acquisition premiums with an empirical analysis of longitudinal data of M&As conducted by Japanese listed firms except financial companies from 1995 to 2012. M&A data were obtained from the Securities Data Corporation's (SDC) database, and the individual firm data were collected from the Nikkei Economic Electronic Databank System (NEEDS), which provides a wide range of corporate information including financial status, operational performance, and strategy. Using a sample of 452 cases for the CAR and 498 cases for the analysis of acquisition premiums, the empirical results support the hypotheses of the target advisor's positive association with CAR and acquirer advisor's positive association with acquisition premiums. The findings of this study indicate the target advisor's positive contribution to the success of acquisition process and performance, and acquirer advisor's negative influence on the deal progress. The study provides theoretical implications on M&A research and practical insights into the investment banking industry.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of environmental sound rice farming method on the productivity of rice industry which may result in impacts on the staple food securities. Recently fanners have been concerned about adopting new rice cultivation method such as organic and low input farming system in which fertilizer and pesticide can be substantially reduced so as to alleviate the burden of agro-ecosystem. However, It has been argued about whether or not there are negative impacts on the self sufficiency rate of food, income of farm household and technological adaptability. Therefore this study examined the productivity trend of environmental rice farming system and predicted the long term rice self-sufficiency rate when environmental rice farming system are adopted by assuming various scenarios. It was estimated that rice self-sufficiency rate can be decreased up to 52.2% by 2010. Based on the analysis of results, policy recommendations for environmentally sound rice farming were suggested as follows: 1) gradual adopting and transferring of environmental rice cultivation method, 2) increasing profitability of rice growing fanners 3) developing the farm level technology specific to Korean farming condition, 4) institutionalization of direct payments for encouraging environmental rice fanning.

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the stock prices of the companies traded on the UAE financial markets (Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Dubai Financial Market). The time series regressions have been applied to estimate the impact of COVID-19 data on the companies' stock prices movements. The data cover the period between January 29^th, 2020, and January 5^th, 2021. The data was collected from the website of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre of the UAE. The empirical results of this study show that the stock prices are negatively and significantly affected by the number of COVID-19 positive cases and the number of death while they are positively and significantly affected by the number of recoveries. The results vary from one industry to another. These results would be important to the policymakers and financial regulators in developing the needed policies to improve the stock markets' resilience and maintain financial and economic stability. In addition, the findings would be useful to the investors and portfolio managers in taking the most appropriate investment decisions and managing more efficiently their portfolios. This paper will shed light on the responsiveness of the UAE financial market to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Owing to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, the pharmaceutical industry has attracted considerable attention, spurred by the widespread expectation of vaccine development. In this study, we collect relevant topics from news articles related to COVID-19 and explore their links with two South Korean pharmaceutical indices, the Drug and Medicine index of the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and the Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ) Pharmaceutical index. We use generalized Dirichlet-multinomial regression (g-DMR) to reveal the dynamic topic distributions over metadata of index values. The results of our analysis, obtained using g-DMR, reveal that a greater focus on specific news topics has a significant relationship with fluctuations in the indices. We also provide practical and theoretical implications based on this analysis.

본 연구는 내부마케팅이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로서, 상대적으로 연구에서 소외된 증권회사를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 또한, 증권회사 지점 종사원이 인식한 내부마케팅 요인이 직무만족, 직무몰입, 고객지향성, 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 단일 매개 모형에서 더 나아가 다중 매개모델로 보다 심층적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 수집된 자료의 최종 분석 대상자는 서울, 부산 등의 광역시에 위치한 증권회사의 지점의 종사원 263명이고, 연구모형의 가설검증은 SPSS 22.0 및 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 경로 분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내무마케팅요인 중 권한위임, 보상제도, 교육연수가 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었고, 내부커뮤니케이션은 직무몰입과 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무만족은 직무몰입과 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 고객지향성은 직무성과에 직접적 영향을 미쳤다. 그렇지만 내부마케팅 4요인 모두가 직무성과에 직접적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로 내부마케팅 요인들의 직무만족. 직무몰입, 고객지향성 및 직무성과에 대한 간접효과를 추가로 분석하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅요인 중 권한위임, 보상제도는 직무만족 및 고객지향성을 매개로 직무성과에 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 증권회사의 경우 다른 업종과는 다른 방식으로 주로 직무만족과 고객지향성을 매개로 내부마케팅의 요소가 직무성과에 영향을 미치며 그 중 권한위임과 보상제도가 특히 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 시사한다.

2018년 부동산시장은 정부의 강력한 부동산규제에 따라 거래가 거의 이루어지지 않고 있고, 미국의 기준금리 인상에 따른 대출금리 상승으로 하락국면으로 접어들 가능성이 높다. 대형건설사는 주요 매출수익은 해외플랜트와 민간개발사업 으로 나누어지는데, 해외플랜트사업은 예상치 못한 설계변경 및 공기지연으로 대규모 손실이 나타나 신용등급이 하락되는 어려움을 겪었다. 민간개발사업의 경우도 부동산시장이 하락국면으로 접어들고 있어 전체적인 사업리스크가 상승하고 있다. 중소형증권사의 경우 증권영업의 적자로 인해 수익을 만회하고자 PF시장에 적극적으로 참여하여 단기간에 많은 영업이익을 시현하였지만, 현재는 서울을 제외한 지역은 분양이 쉽지 않고, 대형건설사 재무상태도 양호하지 않아 기 취급된 PF유동화증권이 우발채무가 발생하면 유동성 위기에 직면할 수 있다. 예전의 저축은행 사태를 경험하였듯이 금융감독원의 선제적인 관리방안과 감독방향을 제시하여 위기를 극복해야 할 것이다.
