The first crystal structure of PDE4D catalytic domain and a bound inhibitor, zardaverine, was determined. Digital economy has grown rapidly so that the new business area called 'Internet business' has been dramatically extended as time goes on. However, in the case of Internet business, market shares of individual companies seem to fluctuate very extremely. Thus marketing managers who operate the Internet sites have seriously observed the competition structure of the Internet business market and carefully analyzed the competitors' behavior in order to achieve their own business goals in the market. The newly created Internet business might differ from the offline ones in management styles, because it has totally different business circumstances when compared with the existing offline businesses. Thus, there should be a lot of researches for finding the solutions about what the features of Internet business are and how the management style of those Internet business companies should be changed. Most marketing literatures related to the Internet business have focused on individual business markets. Specifically, many researchers have studied the Internet portal sites and the Internet shopping mall sites, which are the most general forms of Internet business. On the other hand, this study focuses on the entire Internet business industry to understand the competitive circumstance of online market. This approach makes it possible not only to have a broader view to comprehend overall e-business industry, but also to understand the differences in competition structures among Internet business markets. We used time-series data of Internet connection rates by consumers as the basic data to figure out the competition patterns in the Internet business markets. Specifically, the data for this research was obtained from one of Internet ranking sites, 'Fian'. The Internet business ranking data is obtained based on web surfing record of some pre-selected sample group where the possibility of double-count for page-views is controlled by method of same IP check. The ranking site offers several data which are very useful for comparison and analysis of competitive sites. The Fian site divides the Internet business areas into 34 area and offers market shares of big 5 sites which are on high rank in each category daily. We collected the daily market share data about Internet sites on each area from April 22, 2008 to August 5, 2008, where some errors of data was found and 30 business area data were finally used for our research after the data purification. This study performed several empirical analyses in focusing on market shares of each site to understand the competition among sites in Internet business of Korea. We tried to perform more statistically precise analysis for looking into business fields with similar competitive structures by applying the cluster analysis to the data. The research results are as follows. First, the leading sites in each area were classified into three groups based on averages and standard deviations of daily market shares. The first group includes the sites with the lowest market shares, which give more increased convenience to consumers by offering the Internet sites as complimentary services for existing offline services. The second group includes sites with medium level of market shares, where the site users are limited to specific small group. The third group includes sites with the highest market shares, which usually require online registration in advance and have difficulty in switching to another site. Second, we analyzed the second place sites in each business area because it may help us understand the competitive power of the strongest competitor against the leading site. The second place sites in each business area were classified into four groups based on averages and standard deviations of daily market shares. The four groups are the sites showing consistent inferiority compared to the leading sites, the sites with relatively high volatility and medium level of shares, the sites with relatively low volatility and medium level of shares, the sites with relatively low volatility and high level of shares whose gaps are not big compared to the leading sites. Except 'web agency' area, these second place sites show relatively stable shares below 0.1 point of standard deviation. Third, we also classified the types of relative strength between leading sites and the second place sites by applying the cluster analysis to the gap values of market shares between two sites. They were also classified into four groups, the sites with the relatively lowest gaps even though the values of standard deviation are various, the sites with under the average level of gaps, the sites with over the average level of gaps, the sites with the relatively higher gaps and lower volatility. Then we also found that while the areas with relatively bigger gap values usually have smaller standard deviation values, the areas with very small differences between the first and the second sites have a wider range of standard deviation values. The practical and theoretical implications of this study are as follows. First, the result of this study might provide the current market participants with the useful information to understand the competitive circumstance of the market and build the effective new business strategy for the market success. Also it might be useful to help new potential companies find a new business area and set up successful competitive strategies. Second, it might help Internet marketing researchers take a macro view of the overall Internet market so that make possible to begin the new studies on overall Internet market beyond individual Internet market studies.

In this study, the seismic risk has been evaluated by setting the bedrock acceleration to 0.154g which, was taking into consideration that the earthquake return period for the buried electric power tunnels in the metropolitan area to be 1,000 years. In this case, the risk assessment during the earthquake was carried out in three stages. In the first stage, the site classification was performed based on the site investigation data of the target area. Then, the LPI(Liquefaction Potential Index) was applied using the site amplification factor. After, candidates were selected using a hazard map. In the second stage, risk assessment analysis of seismic response are evaluated thoroughly after the recalculation of the LPI based on the site characteristics from the boring logs around the electric power area that are highly probable to be liquefied in the first stage. The third Stage visited the electric power tunnels that are highly probable of liquefaction in the second stage to compensate for the limitations based on the borehole data. At this time, the risk of liquefaction was finally evaluated based off of the reinforcement method used at the time of construction, the application of seismic design, and the condition of the site.
This paper presents an advanced life cycle cost (LCC) analysis of a ground source heat pump (GSHP) system and suggests a smart operation mode with a thermal performance test (TPT) and an energy pile system constructed on the site of the Incheon International Airport (IIA). First, an economic analysis of the GSHP system was conducted for the second passenger terminal of the IIA considering actual influencing factors such as government support and the residual value of the equipment. The analysis results showed that the economic efficiency of the GSHP system could be increased owing to several influential factors. Second, a multiple regression analysis was conducted using different independent variables in order to analyze the influence indices with regard to the LCC results. Every independent index, in this case the initial construction cost, lifespan of the equipment, discount rate and the amount of price inflation can affect the LCC results. Third, a GSHP system using an energy pile was installed on the site of the construction laboratory institute of the IIA. TPTs of W-shape and spiral-coil-type GHEs were conducted in continuous and intermittent operation modes, respectively, prior to system operation of the energy pile. A cooling GSHP system in the energy pile was operated in both the continuous and intermittent modes, and the LCC was calculated. Furthermore, the smart operation mode and LCC were analyzed considering the application of a thermal storage tank.

The first objective of this study is to verify diverse responses of users of internet landscape architecture media to service quality. Second, the degree of value and evaluation of service users is understood. Third, the general relation between users' importance/achievement response and overall satisfaction is analyzed. Thus, the general relation between users' response and satisfaction is analyzed. It aims to contribute to the suggestion of basic data for the development of internet media in the landscape architecture area The results of this study are like following. First, there were significant differences in expect and performance responses depending on 'age' among demographic variables, and 'academic background' and 'work' among socioeconomic variables. Second, the influence of service quality on satisfaction was verified as significantly positive(+). Especially, the influence of appearance showing low importance and achievement was the most noticeably shown, so that it was analyzed as the most efficient progress. Third, the determinant of satisfaction was shown differently depending on 'age' among demographic variables and 'work' among socioeconomic variables.

In this study, the simulation of partial discharge pulse waveform have been performed for the typical joints such as EBA and PMJ in the HV underground transmission XLPE cable system in order to improve the understanding of partial discharge pulse waveform and the on-site measurement accuracy of partial discharges. FDTD simulation technique was adopted for the simulation and has been shown to be suitable for partial discharge simulation of power cables in terms of pulse propagation characteristics and waveform formation. The simulation results for the EBA showed that the second not-so-large opposite polarity peak appeared after the first negative polarity peak and the measurement sensitivity was the highest near the bottom of the EBA copper box. In the analysis results for PMJ, the magnitude of the second opposite polarity peak was large enough to compare with the first peak, and the measurement sensitivity at the end of the PMJ copper box was the highest. These simulation results show considerable similarity with the on-site measurement, and it would be very useful for the partial discharge measurement of HV XLPE cable systems.
The purpose of this study is to clarify multi-habitation, a new phenomenon in which inhabitants in urban areas reside in primarily condominiums on weekdays and retreat to dwellings in rural areas on weekends, and to examine the various life styles related to multi-habitation. Through the interviews and site surveys, three major subtypes of multi-habitation were identified to support the theoretical framework: interchange style, sedentary style, and special style. Findings include that first, in order to discuss multi-habitation, the terms primary home and secondary home are introduced. Based on the concept of primary home and secondary home, a variety of multi-habitation can be described using spatial locations in urban and rural areas. Second, systematic deregulation for the second home ownership should be made to promote citizens' interchange. Also urban residents should make more efforts to integrate into rural communities. Third, for some remote areas such as Cheju Island, it is observed that multi-habitation is limited by cost, time, and lifestyle.
The solar eclipse affects terrestrial environments in various aspects. For instance, it is well known that the electron concentration and current density decrease in the ionosphere due to the reduction of solar irradiation during solar eclipse. In this study, we carry out the statistical analysis of x, y, z, H-components, and the intensity of the geomagnetic field using the ground based geomagnetic data observed during the solar eclipses from 1991 to 2016. First, we confirm that characteristic decreases in the x and H-components can be seen in the vicinity of the maximum eclipse time at the observing site. Second, we find that the decrease in x and H-components is more conspicuous during the total solar eclipse rather than the partial or annular eclipses. We also find that such a dip is likely to be noticed when the observing site locates in the second half compared to the first half of the eclipse path, as well as when the eclipse occurs in dusk side than in dawn side. Third, we find that reductions in the ground geomagnetic field by the solar eclipse are more evident in the ascending phase of the solar cycle than in the descending phase. Finally, we briefly discuss implications of our findings.
Purpose - In this study, it investigates the relationship among brand asset, customer satisfaction, brand trust, and brand loyalty related to golf products. Research design and methodology - The study was conducted with 500 customers from five indoor and outdoor golf training centers located in Seoul, South Korea. The method of tabulation was developed using a nonprobability convenience sampling and the questionnaire was administered through self-administration. The survey was conducted on-site between July 2018 and August 2018 by four trained researchers, including the researchers. Five indoor golf training centers in Seoul were randomly selected, and a total of 500 samples were collected by radio at each training site. Of the 500 questionnaires collected, 449 were utilized once incomplete questionnaires were removed from the sample. Results - This study was as follows. First, brand asset was a significant predictor of customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction was a significant predictor of brand asset. Third, customer satisfaction was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fourth, brand trust was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fifth, brand asset was a significant predictor of brand trust. Finally, brand trust was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Conclusions - First, the results showed that brand assets had a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction was shown to have a significant effect on brand trust. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on brand loyalty.
In order to investigate the importance of the prospective mesodermal and endodermal blastomeres at 32-cell stage in the anis formation, blastomeres were deleted or transplanted into the ventrovegital site of another normal embryo. The results are as follows: When the dorsomesodermal or dorsoendodermal blastomeres were deleted, there was a substantial developmental lesion in the axis structure. However, when the ventromesodermal or ventroendodermal blastomeres were deleted, the formation of an axis structure was nearly normal. The dorsomesodermal or dorsoendodermal blastomeres which were transplanted into the ventral side of the normal 32-cell embryo caused the formation of a secondary body axis, and the capacity of the second axis induction in the dorsomesodermal blastomeres was a little higher than that in the dorsoendodermal blastomeres. These results imply that both the dorsomesodermal and dorsoendodermal blastomeres are involved in the formation of a set of dorsal body structures during early embryogenesis. As well, in order to investigate the axis inducing capacity in the early cleavage embryos, the dorsovegital blastomeres were transplanted into the ventrovegital site at 4-cell, 8-cell and 16-ceIL stage respectively. As a ruts·fIt, a second body axis was formed. Therefore, it seems that the early cleavage embryo as 4-cell stage dorsal blastomeres contain some informations necessary for the axis formation.
