High Efficient Welding Technology of the Car Bodies (자동차 경량화를 위한 알루미늄 합금의 강변형 가공 및 고능률 용접기술에 관한 동향)

  • The trend of the fabrication technology of high strength, high toughness aluminum alloys by the severe plastic deformation(SPD) process and the welding technology of lightweight alloys in the automobile has been studied. The lightweight aluminum alloys can reduce vehicle weight, while stringently demanding the high quality and efficient welding techniques, to produce the best weldments. Among the production technologies, welding plays an important role in the fabrication of lightweight vehicle structure. This paper covers the scientometric analysis of the severe plastic deformations of lightweight alloys and the welding technology in the automobile which are based on the published research works in the 'HPT, ECAP and rolling', and 'welding technology of the automobile' obtained from Web of Science, and deals with the details of the background data of the HPT, ECAP, and rolling of lightweight alloys, and welding technology of the automobile technology.

  • 신뢰할 수 있는 딥러닝 기반 영상처리 기술을 적용하여 도서관 등 공공장소에서 별도의 센서 없이 하나의 카메라로만 좌석의 점유 사항을 자동으로 검출하여 사용자에게 앱으로 제공하는 솔루션을 제안한다. 라즈베리파이를 이용하며 촬영과 동시에 내부적으로 분석 및 좌석탐지가 진행되며, 촬영된 데이터는 모두 탐지 즉시 휘발된다. 이로 인해 우리의 솔루션은 구조적으로 개인정보 유출 등의 민감한 데이터는 유출될 우려가 없다. 또한 탐지가 완료된 후 결과를 서버로 전송하기 때문에 서버의 처리량이 크게 감소된다. 우리는 이와 같이 신뢰할 수 있고 효율적으로 좌석을 탐지하고 정보를 제공하는 솔루션을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문은 어린이의 불편함을 해소하며 카시트 사용율을 증가시키기 위해 어린이의 안전한 이동과 편의를 제공하는 '어린이 교통안전 위한 자동 방향 전환 스마트 카시트'를 제안한다. 주요 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 카시트에 자녀를 태우고 내리는 과정이 편리하도록 승하차 모드를 제공한다. 둘째, 상황에 맞게 정방향, 역방향 전환이 가능하다. 셋째, 운전자가 운전에 집중할 수 있도록 음성인식으로 모드를 전환할 수 있다. 넷째, 수면인식을 하여 어린이가 차안에서 편안하게 잘 수 있도록 햇빛가리개를 작동한다. 다섯째, 흔들린 아이 증후군 방지를 위해 카시트의 높이와 너비를 조절할 수 있다.

  • Shale gas has caused a change in the dynamics of gas market since development of horizontal drilling technic and hydraulic fracturing technic caused its commercial production. The commercial amount of shale gas is 187.5 trillions $m^3$ so human can use it for 59 years and the amount will increase in the future. Several nations such as USA, Canada, China and Russia have more and more interested in shale gas as a futuristic major energy source. In accordance with this trend in the world, the amount of studying theses for development of shale gas have increased so their theses became important increasingly. The number of searched theses (1986 ~ The first half of 2013) is 3,468 and has increased recently. Among 89 nations studying shale gas, USA has 637 theses as No.1 in the world. 1,813 global studying institutes have studied shale gas; in the analysis result of several studying institutes, US geological survey institute was ranked as No.1 for the quality level of shale gas study and intensity of global cooperation.

Prevalence Rate for Low Back Pain and Related Factors in Senior High School Teachers (일부지역 고등학교 교사들의 요통 유병률 및 관련요인)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the prevalence rate and factors related with low back pain(LBP) in senior high school teachers. Methods: Questionnaires were completed by 405 teachers at 13 high school in Andong city in July 2-14, 2001. The information was used to estimate odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence intervals(CI) for factors relation to LBP prevalence. A cross-section study design was used in this study. Results: The pointprevalence rate for LBP was 26.4%, prevalence rate for 6 months was 36.0%, prevalence rate for 1 year was 36.5%, and experience rate during life time was 55.1%, The factors associated with LBP by Chi-square test were marital status(p=0.014), An angle for back rest of car seat(p=0.014), and vibration of seat (p=0.003), 12.2% for patients with LBP was a higher than 6.0% for without in singles, Patients(29.0%) were higher than no patients(17.8%) in above $100^{\circ}$. 14% for patients who exposed to a high vibration. Vibration significantly associated with point prevalence rate for LBP were marital status and lecture time in logistic analysis. The married teachers had a higher LBP experience than singles(OR=2.6, 95% CI 1.13-6.03). The teachers who have a lot of lecture time in a day had a higher experience than those for less time(OR=1.6, 95% CI 1.42-2.51). Conclusions: Results from this study indicate that a statistical significant factors relation to LBP were marital status and lecture time in a day.

  • This study analyzed the characteristics of Physical Environment of existing free shuttle bus Interior centered on elderly people who frequently use free shuttle buses. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data that can be used for improvement of existing free shuttle buses. In the case of the old type, in terms of accessible design, the middle entrance is not normally opened except the wheelchair occupant, so that the entrance of the front wheel is always used. Therefore, most elderly people go to the back seat and travel distance is twice longer. In addition, many stairs caused frequent inconveniences for boarding. In the case of the new type, it is planned to be a low-floor type, and various types of safety rods and handles, pictograms for enhancing the information convenience are well-equipped, and the measured value of the overall design characteristic is high. However, in the case of mental stability, it was confirmed that the seat of the bus is colored with a cold color system and is in a different relationship with the warm color which can feel mental stability. Overall, both old and new shuttle buses lack audiovisual feedback on bus routes and route guidance in terms of Supportive design. Also, since the cleaning tools and other miscellaneous items were left in the room, it became an obstacle to space utilization in terms of adaptable design. In terms of safety, both shuttle buses did not come into view with fire extinguishers shaded by miscellaneous items. Therefore, immediate action is unlikely in case of emergency. This problem should be resolved quickly.

  • Unconventional resources are natural resources which require greater than industry-standard levels of technology or investment to exploit the commercial development. The key point is that unconventional resources are lower quality fuel sources and are not as economically viable as crude oil and conventional gas. Over the past 100 years, Conventional oil and gas has been satisfied with the energy demands. But developing countries such as China and India, the introduction of the developed countries and the surge of energy due to the depletion of unconventional energy resources will be the limelight. According to be analyzed in the academic literature to unconventional gas and oil(2000~2012) by the program of 'web of science', the research activities 402 papers in unconventional gas and 1,581 papers in unconventional oil.

  • Active use of images in the same place as the religion according to the height of the screen is determined by the height of the main speakers. This causes the 'sound image mismatch' and 'bass boost' sound like a failure occurs. Front seats are good seats in visual acoustics is a bad place. To minimize these obstacles acoustical speakers to actively apply the front fill needed. Higher sound pressure difference between the main speaker and the distance must be determined in accordance with the appropriate capacity. Actively using the front speakers to the sound image field by implementing the agreement to increase the concentration of sound. The relatively high inflow enhance alto lacking the front seat can be implemented evenly in the frequency response. Column in front of the main seat of the main speakers to supplement the deficiencies can be implemented more comfortable acoustic environment. Front fill speaker needs to be actively introduced, thereby presenting a detailed estimate, is needed.

A Study on Audience Counting Method in Auditorium Based on Pattern Comparison (패턴비교를 이용한 공연장에서의 관객 수 카운팅 방법에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose an audience counting method in an auditorium based on pattern comparison. The previous counting methods based on object detection can't exactly count the audience in real time because auditorium has coarse illumination condition and so many audiences. Therefore, in this paper, we count the audience in an auditorium with fixed seats by the method which the pattern from each reference seat is compared to the pattern from each input seat. Especially, to overcome limitations based on either illumination or noise, two pattern comparison methods are efficiently employed and combined. One is based on the amplitude projection, and the other is based on Walsh-Hadamard Kernel. Walsh-Hadamard Kernel has the characteristic which complements amplitude projection. Therefore, we ran achieve the accurate counting in the presence of coarse illumination and noise. The experimental results show that our method performs well on sequences of images acquired in an auditorium. We also verify a realistic possibility for other applications applying our method to the parking positioning system.
