This paper proposes a method of utilizing convolutional neural network to classify the images of Bender Gestalt Test (BGT), which is a tool to understand and analyze a person's characteristic. The proposed network is composed of 29 layers including 18 convolutional layers and 2 fully connected layers, where the network is to be trained with augmented images. To verify the proposed method, 10 fold validation was adopted. In results, the proposed method classified the images into 9 classes with the mean f1 score of 97.05%, which is 13.71%p higher than a previous method. The analysis of the results shows the classification accuracy of the proposed method is stable over all the patterns as the worst f1 score among all the patterns was 92.11%.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-concept and self-care activities of the cerebral palsied adolescents and to gain the baseline data for development of effective rehabilitation nursing intervention program of the cerebral palsied adolescents. The design of this study was a descriptive correlational study. The subjects of the study were 160 cerebral palsied adolescents attending at special schools located in Seoul and Kyonggi and rehabilitation centers located in Seoul, Kyonggi and Kyongnam province. The data was collected from May 20 to July 20, 2000. The instrument used for this study were the self-concept scale(50items 4point scale) and self-care activities scale(29items 4point scale). Self-Concept Scale had developed by Fitt(1965), which was standardized by Chung(1968) and modified by Kim(1984). Self-Care Activities Scale developed by the researcher through out the consulting of expert and pilot study on the basis of ADL check list developed by Kang(1984) and LDSQ-3(Lambeth Disability Screening Questionnair-3) developed by Na et al. (1995). The data was analyzed by the SPSS/PC+program using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA & Scheffe test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The mean score of self-concept was $138.55{\pm}17.20$(range: 50-100), which the item mean score was $2.77{\pm}0.34$(range: 1-4). The score of subarea of the self-concept was the highest score in family self ($3.01{\pm}0.54$) and the lowest score in physical self ($2.52{\pm}0.42$). 2. The mean score of self-care activities was $95.25{\pm}21.69$ (range: 29-116), which the item mean score was $3.28{\pm}0.75$ (range: 1-4). The score of subarea of the self-care activities was the highest score in feeding($3.75{\pm}0.59$) and the lowest score in walking($2.64{\pm}1.21$). 3. There were statistically significant difference in the score of self-concept according to the age (F=3.24, P=.04), the grads (F=4.36, P=.01), and types of cerebral palsy (F=2.42, P=.03). 4. There were statistically significant difference in the score of self-care activities according to the age (F=8.29, P=.00), the grads (F=16.05, P=.00), types of living place (F=6.46, P=.00), types of cerebral palsy (F=48.92, P=.00), whether or not receiving a rehabilitation therapy (t=-3.64, P=.00), whether or not receiving a vocational training (t=2.14, P=.03), and whether or not using a device (t=-7.42, P=.00). 5. There was not significant correlation between self-concept and self-care activities (r=.081, P=.311).

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem or social support on job-related stress and depression among emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: Data were collected from EMTs at emergency medical institutions and fire stations (n=257). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS WIN 21.0. Results: Self-esteem and social support of EMTs were found to be at moderate levels (Self-esteem: M=3.04, SD=0.43; Social support: M=3.65, SD=0.43) Job-related stress was positively correlated with depression: the higher the job-related stress score, the higher the depression score. Moreover, self-esteem score or social support score was negatively associated with job-related stress and depression: the higher the self-esteem score or the higher the social support score, the lower the job related stress score and the depression score. Conclusions: Future research should address how social support and networks interact and together affect self-esteem for job-related stress and depression.

The purpose of this study was to determine the predictors of health promoting behavior in postpartal $4{\sim}6$ week women. The sample consisted of 104 postpartal women who experienced a vaginal delivery at four obstetrical clinics located in Kwangju city. Data were collected for two months from June 1 to July 30, 1997. Analysis of the data was done by use of percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coeficients, and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1. The range of total HPLP score was from 93 to 182 and the mean score of that was 142.28. In comparison of mean scores defending on each item of six demensions, self-actualization demension tended to showed hightest score(3.33) and exercise & rest demension, the lowest score(2.47). 2. The HPLP score was not significantly different defending on the general characteristics. 3. The HPLP score showed a positive correlation with family-support(r=.51) and self-efficacy(r=.41), but a inverse correlation with perceived barriers(r=-.27). 4. By using stepwise multiple regression analysis it was determined that the main influencing factors on the HPLP score were family-support(26%) and self-efficacy (8%). These variables made it possible to explain 34% of variance in HPLP score.
Purpose : The purpose was to evaluate the early result of revision of failed anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Materials and Methods : From August 1997 to February 2002, this report presents the findings of 18 patients who had revision surgery for failed ACL reconstruction. There was an average of 39 $(7\~120)$months from index procedure to the time of revision. Allografts were used in 14 $(78\%)$cases and autografts were used in 4 $(22\%)$cases and the revision procedures were assisted by arthroscopic technique. The majority of chief complaints were instability in 16 $(89\%)$cases. Sixteen $(89\%)$ cases had 1 previous reconstruction, 2 $(11\%)$ cases had 2. Before and after revision, patients were evaluated by Lachman test, pivot shift test, KT 2000, radiographs, Lysholm score and HSS score and subjective satisfaction. Results : Average length of followup was 27 $(12\~60)$months. Preoperatively, all cases were positive in Lachman test and pivot shift test. After revision the majority of cases were negative. Objectively improving stability was confirmed by KT 2000 and all average KT 2000 was 7.75 $(3.5\~12.5)$mm preoperatively and 2.36 $(1.0\~6.0)$mm at final followup. Lysholm score and HSS score were also improved from 72.6 $(66\~77)$ and 72.5 $(68\~78)$ preoperatively to 89.2 $(80\~92)$ and 88.2 $(81\~92)$ at final followup. Most $(89\%)$ of patients were satisfied with their results. The most common causes of failed ACL reconstruction were malposition of femoral tunnel in 11 $(61\%)$cases. Conclusion : Arthroscopic revision ACL surgery with adequate graft for failed ACL reconstruction was successful in objectively and subjectively improving stability. However, considering the most common causes of failure after ACL reconstruction were errors in surgical technique, it is important that the primary ACL reconstruction should be performed with correct surgical technique.
This study aims to examine the effects of art therapy on challenging behavior of schoolchildren. For this purpose, I selected one class of 4th year student of S primary school, located at Jeongeup city, Jeonlabukdo, and selected 4 study subjects through examination of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale, characters, school life and K - HTP test. With regard to procedure of this study, I carried out art therapy program at the art class for 60 minutes one time a week for 4 months, a total of 17 sessions from Apr. 3, 2007 to July 24, 2007. I made this program with some modification in reference to Arts Therapy Technique (Counpia Remote Training Center, 2005), Group Art Therapy (Choi Seon Nam. Kim Gap Sook. Jeon Jong Kuk, 2007) and the Effects of Peer Group Art Activity on Sociality Skill of Offensive Children (Park Ju Yeon. Lee Byeon In, 2005). For each child, I compared and analyzed the changes in score of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale, behavior by K-HTP (dynamic house-wood-human figure test) analysis and by school life(KSD) image analysis before and after treatment. I also carried out qualitative analysis on behavioral feature of each child for each session. This study obtained the following conclusions. First, child A showed positive change in comparison before and after art treatment program of score K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation, K-HTP image test and school life. Since he was so active and wanted to obtain good evaluation from anyone that he frequently had quarrel with friends, spoke against others well and beaten others much but was changed and did not speak against others or beat. Second, child B showed clear difference in comparison before and after art treatment program of score K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation, but no significant difference in K-HTP image test and school life. However, I observed substantial changes. While he could not speak frankly to others, felt empty in mind and was offensive in personal relations, he was changed, did not have quarrel with others or speak against others that much and improved his relationship with friends or teachers. Third, child C showed positive change in score of K-CBCL children juvenile behavior evaluation after art therapy program. In comparison of K-HTP image test and school life treatment before and after treatment, he still longed for mothers in mind but found rather stable after treatment. Fourth, child D showed positive chance in score of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale after art therapy program, but almost no changes in K-HTP image test. But he depicted good relationship and socializing with other friends in school life. While he could not carry his point due to social immaturity and felt depressed, he got more confident. This result of study showed that art therapy had positive effects on correction of schoolchildren.
This study evaluated the usefulness of the elasticity score and strain ratio in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules in thyroid elastography. We performed a retrospective analysis based on the results of fine needle aspiration cytology. The Chi-square test and the Mann-Whitney U test were used to analyze the difference between the five degrees of elasticity score and strain ratio according to the benign and malignant thyroid nodules. ROC curve analysis was used to determine the elasticity score and the best cut-off value of the strain ratio for the prediction of malignant nodules. There was a statistically significant difference (p=0.000) between the homogeneity of the elasticity score and the difference of the strain ratio between the benign and malignant nodule groups. On the ROC curve analysis, the elasticity score and the srain ratio for predicting benign and malignant nodules were determined as AUC 0.842, 0.700, cut-off value 3, 2.49 (p=0.001). Therefore, the elasticity score and strain ratio may be useful in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.

The aim of this investigation was to delineate concepts contributing to the Exercise of Self-Care Agency (E.S.C.A.) Scale developed by Kearney & Fleischer (1979) and to test its construct validity and its predictors. The results are summarized as follows ; 1. By means of principal factor analysis and maximal likelihood factor analysis upon data generated from 280 undergraduate students, the factors of Concern about Health Knowledge, self-Concept, Information - Seeking Behavior, Decision -making and Responsibility, Self-esteem, and Passivity emerged. The total percent of variance explained by the 6 factors was 75.1% 2. To assess factor independence and instrument homogeneity, correlations among the 6 factors were computed. The correlations ranged from .24 to .46 indicating that the factors and the items were not too similar or redundant. 3. Test-retest reliability of the total scale is r=.70. Cronbach's $\alpha$ coefficient for internal consistency of the total scale is .86 and that of the factors ranged from .750 to .661 (only factor 6 .497). 4. In additional analysis of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale in relationship to Multiple Health Locus of Control, Family Environmental Scale, and Cornell Medical Index using stepwise multiple regression, the Internal Health Locus of Control Score predicted 21.8%(F=53.34, p=.0001), Family Environmental Score 8.3%(F=22.59, P=.0001), Modified Cornell Medical Index Score 5.4%(F=15.74, P=.0001) of the score of the E.S.C.A.

The purpose of this study was to compare job stress and satisfaction of western hospital nurses and oriental hospital nurses. The subjects were 256 nurses(135 of western hospital nurses, 121 of oriental hospital nurses) and data were collected from 20 March to 25 August 1998. The items used for this study were items for genernal characteristics(7 items). job stress(6 items) and job satisfaction(20 items). Analysis of data was done by use of mean, percentage, chi-squre test. t-test and pearson correlation with SPSS program. The results of this study were as follows 1) The mean score(3.16/5) of hospital nurses was significantly higher than the mean score(2.97/5) of oriental hospital nurses in job stress. 2) The mean score(2.97/5) of hospital nurses was significantly higher than the mean score(2.64/5) of oriental hospital nurses in job satisfaction. 3) There were significant negative correlation between job stress and the factors of job satisfaction : decision-making fators (r=-0.421, p =.000) , group conflict factors(r=-0.301. p=.041), role implementation fators(r=-0.209, p=.047) and personal socialization fators(r=-0.132, p=.027).
