Nowadays clusters are recognized as an important instrument for promoting industrial development, innovation, competitiveness and growth. An educational cluster is a set of interrelated vocational educational institutions of various levels that are united by industry with each other and are connected by partnership with industry enterprises. This article attempts to develop and describe cluster model of university students' multilingual training. The purpose of this study is to describe multilingual training of university students and their polycultural competencies formation and to define the process of multilingual training in form of a cluster. The authors consider clusters as an integral part of the educational campus within the concept framework of Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University. To determine the essence of the concept of a cluster model of university students' multilingual training, theoretical, empirical, observational, and diagnostic methods were implemented, such as a review of scientific literature, a compilation of best practices, observation, statistical methods, etc. The authors analyzed the programs of partner universities and organized international webinars and internships for bachelors and masters abroad and developed online courses "Foreign language for undergraduate students and masters". Experimental data obtained during the implementation of cluster training show the effectiveness of the formation of students' polycultural competencies.

Purpose: This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of information sharing on the two dimensions of trust and logistics performance in the relationship between firms in the supply chain. Research design, data and methodology: In this study, information sharing is a variable for information competency of the entire supply chain. Moreover, we classified trust into quantitative and qualitative trust and analyzed the two paths through which information sharing reaches logistics performance. To examine these correlations, we conducted a survey among professionals in supply chain-related departments in South Korea. Based on 350 completed questionnaires, we tested the hypotheses with structural equation modeling using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Results: We found that information sharing has a significant positive effect on trust and logistics performance, which is a typical index of supply chain performance. These results show that information itself is considered a partner to a firm's competencies in operating the supply chain and plays a major role in forming the other's competencies and trust for the present and future. Conclusions: As these competencies and trust consequentially affect logistics performance, supply chain managers must pay attention to the importance of information competency and consider ways of promoting it to improve logistics performance across the entire supply chain.

4차 산업혁명에 따라 AI, 데이터 분석가 등 AI·데이터 사이언스 분야의 일자리에 대한 수요와 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그에 발맞춰 효과적으로 해당 분야의 직무를 수행할 수 있는 인력을 적시에 공급하기 위해서 구직자는 회사가 요구하는 역량을 개발하고, 대학은 양성 교육을 담당하여야 한다. 하지만, 적절한 역량을 갖춘 인력 공급의 이해 당사자인 구직자, 회사 그리고 대학 차원에서 적절한 대응 전략 마련에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 필요충분한 직무 역량을 가진 인재 양성 및 공급을 위해 실무에서 요구되는 역량이 무엇인지 알아보고, 대학 차원에서의 역량 개발 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. AI·데이터 사이언스 분야에서의 필요 역량을 파악하고자 채용 플랫폼 링크드인(LinkedIn) 사이트의 채용공고 데이터를 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이후, 국제적인 AI·데이터 사이언스 분야 대학원 교육과정과 채용 담당자와의 인터뷰 결과를 각각 토픽 모델의 결과와 비교 및 검증하는 절차를 통해, 대학 차원에서의 활용할 수 있는 커리큘럼을 제안하는 것으로 연구를 진행하였다.

본 연구는 2010년 1월에 미국의 청소년도서관서비스협회에서 공표한 '청소년 담당 사서의 역량'에 대한 국립중앙도서관 사서들의 인식을 조사한 것이다. 이를 위하여 국립중앙도서관의 사서 50명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 '청소년 담당 사서의 역량'에 명시된 7개 분야와 48개 역량에 대하여 각각의 필요성과 효과성, 난이성 정도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년 담당 사서에게 요구되는 핵심 분야는 자료정보, 행정, 사서직과 전문성이며, 난이도가 높은 분야는 소통 및 마케팅, 소외계층지원 서비스이다. 청소년 담당 사서에게 요구되는 핵심 역량은 A4(도서관이 제공하는 서비스와 도서관 자료이용방법, 청소년의 성장 및 발달 실현에 도서관이 어떠한 기여를 하는지 알게 함으로써 청소년이 평생 도서관 이용자가 되도록 장려), A1(청소년의 요구를 파악하고 서비스 향상을 위한 리더십 기술 함양 및 발휘, 성인 및 어린이 담당 사서와 같은 수준의 재정 지원과 직원 확보)이며, 난이도가 높은 역량은 C4(도서관, 학교, 청소년 담당 기관 및 지역사회 전반의 청소년 서비스 증진을 위한 전략적 마케팅 계획 구상, 실행 및 평가)이다.

이 연구의 목적은 융합인재교육의 학습성과에 대한 합리적인 교육평가에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것으로, 융합인재교육에서 학습자가 함양해야 할 핵심 역량 준거의 상대적 가중치를 포함하는 학습성과 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 방법은 융합인재교육 전문가를 대상으로 핵심역량에 대한 이원비교 설문조사를 실시하였고 핵심역량 요인의 우선순위를 분석하기 위하여 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핵심역량 1계층에서 융합수행능력과 융합인지능력의 중요도는 각각 39.4%, 36.8% 순으로 분석되었다. 융합인재교육의 교육평가에서 융합수행능력과 융합인지능력은 유사한 중요도 수준을 보였으며, 융합태도능력(23.8%)보다는 중요하게 고려해야 하는 요인으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 핵심역량 2계층에서 문제해결(20.0%)의 상대적 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 다음으로는 창의적 사고력(18.3%), 책임감(15.3%), 융합지식 이해(11.0%) 순으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 핵심역량의 상대적 가중치 분석 결과는 융합인재 교육프로그램의 교육목표 달성 여부를 상대적 가중치에 따라 합리적으로 평가하는 역량평가 체제의 토대가 될 것이다. 더불어 융합인재교육의 교육평가뿐만 아니라 교수 학습 과정 개선과 학습효과를 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발에 가이드 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

최근 자동차 시장이 꾸준히 성장해옴에 따라 소비자의 기대치 역시도 높아졌다. 그러므로 자동차 영업소는 과거와는 다른 혁신적인 고객 가치 창출이 필요해졌다. 자동차 영업소는 경영 전략에 맞는 영업사원을 선발하기 위해 노력하고 있으나 실질적인 내적 역량을 평가하기에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Spencer&Spencer(2008) 연구에 기반하여 영업사원 선발에 필요한 핵심역량을 재구성해보고, 그 역량간 계층적 중요도를 AHP 분석을 활용하여 도출하여 오늘날 자동차 영업사원에게 필요한 핵심역량에 대해 분석한다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에 기초하여 주요 핵심역량을 선별하고, AHP 분석을 통해 역량간 상대적 중요도를 도출하였다. 그 결과 과거 연구와는 다른 핵심역량 중요도를 도출해낼 수 있었다. 이는 현대사회 시장과 기존 자동차 영업사원의 특징, 최근 고객들의 성향이 주된 원인일 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 AHP 분석을 통한 필요 역량 산출의 용이성, 중요도에 따른 선발 기준 설정이 가능하다는 점을 보였으며, 기존 연구가 직무명세서를 기반해서 이루어졌다면 본 연구는 전문가 집단의 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다는 점에서 차이가 있다.

Background: In the dental hygiene curriculum, efforts are being made to introduce an integrated curriculum based on the competency of a dental hygienist. Because there is a connection and overlap in learning contents between Dental Nutrition and Oral Biochemistry, which are basic dental hygiene subjects, it is possible to integrate these two subjects. This study aims to derive Nutritional Biochemistry as an integrated curriculum for Dental Nutrition and Oral Biochemistry, and to develop learning goals and competencies for Dental Nutritional Biochemistry. Methods: The learning contents of the integrated curriculum were composed by referring to the contents of the Dental Nutrition and Oral Biochemistry textbooks, and learning goals were derived from the learning contents. Moreover, competency was developed by analyzing the duties of a dental hygienist that can be performed through the learning goals. The Delphi survey was conducted twice to verify the content validity ratio (CVR) of the competence and the learning goal of the integrated curriculum. Results: In the first Delphi survey, the CVR for two competencies was 0.56 or higher. Moreover, it was revised based on expert's opinions, and as a result of the second Delphi survey after the revision, the CVR was either increased or maintained. Eighty-five learning goals were derived by referring to the textbook. According to CVR and expert opinions, after the first Delphi survey, the number of learning goals was reduced to 69. After the second Delphi survey, 68 learning goals were finally derived. Conclusion: The development process of the integrated curriculum conducted in this study can be utilized for integration between subjects in basic dental hygiene.

학생의 핵심역량 함양과 학교도서관 서비스의 상관관계를 검증하기 위해 전국의 고등학생을 연구 대상으로 웹을 활용한 설문조사를 실시해 211명의 자료를 분석하였다. 첫째, 고등학생이 느끼는 학교도서관 서비스 활성화 인식은 5점 중 3.72점으로 조사되었다. 둘째, "2015 개정 교육과정"에서 강조하는 6가지 핵심역량에 대해 고등학생의 자아효능감을 조사한 결과, 의사소통 역량이 4.07점으로 가장 높게, 창의적 사고 역량은 3.66점으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 고등학생 이용자의 학교도서관 서비스 활성화 인식과 핵심역량 자아효능감의 상관관계에 대해 분석한 결과, 6개 핵심역량 모든 영역에서 학교도서관 서비스 활성화 인식과 통계적으로 뚜렷하게 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 학교도서관 서비스의 방향 설정과 학교도서관 교육을 통한 역량 중심 교육의 실천을 가속화시켜줄 바탕을 마련하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 독서수준에 따른 단계별 학습만화 이용행태가 학습능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 독서수준이 다양한 학생들을 대상으로 질적 연구방법을 통해 조사 분석하였다. 학생들은 학습만화 반복읽기 과정에서 독서수준에 따라 동일주제의 단계별 학습만화를 이용하는 행태를 보였다. 이러한 학습만화 이용행태는 관련 주제의 일반도서 읽기로의 전이를 돕고, 학습만화가 교과단원의 이해를 위한 참고서 역할을 함으로써 학습능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학습만화를 이용한 자기주도적 학습법과 학습만화 읽기 개선을 통한 효율적인 독서지도안이 개발되기를 기대한다.

인재상 및 핵심역량 기반 교육이 요구되고 있는 가운데, 본 연구에서는 K대학 문헌정보학과의 인재상 및 전공역량을 개발하고, 이에 적합한 교과목을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌분석, 전문가 의견수렴, 그리고 수요자 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌정보학과에 요구되는 인재상은 큐레이션 인재, 지능 인재, 서비스 인재, 기술 인재, 전문 인재인 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 인재상별 요구역량은 문헌정보 수집능력, 조직능력, 보존능력 등 15개의 전공역량이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, K대학의 교과목은 이러한 인재상 및 전공역량을 실현하기 위해서 교과목의 추가가 요구되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후에는 국가차원에서 사서의 인재상 및 전공역량 개발이 요구되며, 더불어 NCS 기반 교육과정의 개발과 도입이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.
