The purpose of this study is to develop a new domestic (national) law classification scheme with universality. An underlying reason for the development of this scheme reset upon the fact that Civil law system, Common law system, Socialistic law system have had difficulties each other and that current classification scheme covering three law systems have not been still in existence. From the comparative discussion of classification schemes that are the representative of each law system, a new national law classification scheme with universality was designed. If law classification scheme have been completeness, this new scheme must be combined with jurisprudence and international law classification scheme which was developed already.

Public policies are subject to the general strategies and agendas of the state and the enactment of law is subject to the superior laws. This paper will clarify in a practical way how the strategies and agenda of an Islamic state and the superior law (the primary sources of Sharia law) affect the mechanism of enacting laws and creating policies in an Islamic government. 본 연구에서는 법률도서관에서 전문적 봉사를 담당하는 법률전문사서의 의의와 필요성, 역할 및 법률전문사서로서 갖추어야 할 자격에 대해 개관하고, 이러한 자격을 갖추도록 실시하는 교육에 있어서 가장 발달된 미국의 교육제도와 교육현황에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 우리 나라의 현실에서 법률전문 사서의 교육을 위한 바람직한 방안으로 문헌정보학과 (도서관학과) 대학원에 '법률도서관학전공'과정을 설치하도록 제안하였다.

The Anti-corruption Law has been enforced since Sep. 28, 2016 to prevent public servants from colluding with people for political favors and financial gain by giving bribes to public servants. Generally, most people in Korea think that the law has had a positive effect on society. Under this law, people believe that our society has become more transparent. However, domestic producers think the law has had negative effects on the Korean livestock industry. Statistics from the domestic livestock industry show that the Hanwoo price has dropped after the law was enforced. This study attempts to show how livestock prices in the Korean livestock industry have changed after the enactment of the law. We chose three important livestock industries, Hanwoo, pork, and chicken, to determine and compare the effects of the law on them. For the analysis, we used a time-series model, VAR, to incorporate the interactions of the three industries. We selected the average wholesale prices of these industries. Daily prices during the last 5 years were used to estimate and forecast the impacts of the law. The results show that the price of Hanwoo decreased after the enforcement of the law; however, the other livestock prices did not decrease. Additionally, we clearly saw this negative effect on the Hanwoo industry during the high demand season and New Year's Day (solar and lunar together).

In this paper, we present a new guidance law for a reusable launch vehicle (RLV) that lands vertically after reentry. In our past studies, a guidance law was developed for a vertical/soft landing to a target point. The guidance law, which is analytically obtained, can regenerate a trajectory against disturbances because it is expressed in the form of state feedback. However, the guidance law does not necessarily guarantee a vertical/soft landing when a dynamical system such as an RLV includes a nonlinear phenomenon owing to the atmosphere of the earth. In this study, we introduce a design of the guidance law for a nonlinear system to achieve a vertical/soft landing on the ground using the exact linearization method and solving the two-point boundary-value problem for the derived linear system. Numerical simulation confirmed the validity of the proposed guidance law for an RLV in an atmospheric environment.

최근 과학기술이 국가발전에서 차지하는 비중이 더욱 커짐에 따라 각 국가들은 그에 대한 정책과 관련제도를 한층 강화하고 있다. 남북한 역시 1990년대 후반부터 과학기술을 국가의 중요정책으로 취급하고 이를 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 과학기술 행정체계의 개편과 관련법령에 대한 정비를 지속적으로 시행하고 있다. 이 논문은 남북 과학기술정책의 제도적 기반이 되는 과학기술 기본법제의 우영 상황을 살펴봄으로써, 남북 과학기술 협력 활성화 및 향후의 관련법제의 통일화에 대비한 양 법제간의 정합 가능성을 탐색해 보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 남북 헌법상의 과학기술 관련규정과 과학기술에 관한 총괄규범으로서 기능하는 남한의 과학기술기본법과 북한의 과학기술법에 대하여 그 규정체계와 내용을 개관하고 상호간의 유사점과 차이점을 비교분석하였다.

The paper demonstrates how the Islamic governments in the Islamic history derived the authority for regulations and laws from the Qur'ān and the Sunna (sayings of the Prophet). These two laws are sovereign over public policy. Then, it shows the obstacles that prevented modern Muslim countries from formulating public policy based on Sharia law.

An essential area is the creation of a single digital market between the EU and Ukraine through information technology. Purpose: to investigate and analyze civil law relations in the field of adaptation of Ukrainian civil law to civil law regulations of the EU. The object of research: Ukrainian civil law and civil law of the EU. The subject of the study is civil law in the context of adaptation of civil law to the legislation of the EU. The following methods of scientific cognition were used during the research: semantic, historical, comparison, analysis and synthesis, generalization. The results of the study show that the harmonization of the legal system of Ukraine with EU law is caused by several goals: successful integration of Ukraine into the EU, legal reforms based on the positive example of EU countries, promoting access of Ukrainian enterprises to the EU market; attracting foreign investment, increasing the welfare of Ukrainian citizens. The adaptation includes three stages, the final of which is the preparation of an expanded program of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation. In the process of adaptation, it is important to take into account the legal history, tradition, features and mentality of Ukraine and before borrowing legal structures to analyze the feasibility of their application in the Ukrainian legal field.
