The purpose of this study is to develop a new domestic (national) law classification scheme with universality. An underlying reason for the development of this scheme reset upon the fact that Civil law system, Common law system, Socialistic law system have had difficulties each other and that current classification scheme covering three law systems have not been still in existence. From the comparative discussion of classification schemes that are the representative of each law system, a new national law classification scheme with universality was designed. If law classification scheme have been completeness, this new scheme must be combined with jurisprudence and international law classification scheme which was developed already.

Public policies are subject to the general strategies and agendas of the state and the enactment of law is subject to the superior laws. This paper will clarify in a practical way how the strategies and agenda of an Islamic state and the superior law (the primary sources of Sharia law) affect the mechanism of enacting laws and creating policies in an Islamic government. The Anti-corruption Law has been enforced since Sep. 28, 2016 to prevent public servants from colluding with people for political favors and financial gain by giving bribes to public servants. Generally, most people in Korea think that the law has had a positive effect on society. Under this law, people believe that our society has become more transparent. However, domestic producers think the law has had negative effects on the Korean livestock industry. Statistics from the domestic livestock industry show that the Hanwoo price has dropped after the law was enforced. This study attempts to show how livestock prices in the Korean livestock industry have changed after the enactment of the law. We chose three important livestock industries, Hanwoo, pork, and chicken, to determine and compare the effects of the law on them. For the analysis, we used a time-series model, VAR, to incorporate the interactions of the three industries. We selected the average wholesale prices of these industries. Daily prices during the last 5 years were used to estimate and forecast the impacts of the law. The results show that the price of Hanwoo decreased after the enforcement of the law; however, the other livestock prices did not decrease. Additionally, we clearly saw this negative effect on the Hanwoo industry during the high demand season and New Year's Day (solar and lunar together).

In this paper, we present a new guidance law for a reusable launch vehicle (RLV) that lands vertically after reentry. In our past studies, a guidance law was developed for a vertical/soft landing to a target point. The guidance law, which is analytically obtained, can regenerate a trajectory against disturbances because it is expressed in the form of state feedback. However, the guidance law does not necessarily guarantee a vertical/soft landing when a dynamical system such as an RLV includes a nonlinear phenomenon owing to the atmosphere of the earth. In this study, we introduce a design of the guidance law for a nonlinear system to achieve a vertical/soft landing on the ground using the exact linearization method and solving the two-point boundary-value problem for the derived linear system. Numerical simulation confirmed the validity of the proposed guidance law for an RLV in an atmospheric environment.

Recently, according as the weight of science and technology in the national development has been more increased, each nation have consolidated policies and legal systems in the field of science and technology. South and north korea have also treated science and technology as an important matter, and have continuously conducted reorganization of administrative framework and related law and regulation since the latter of 1990's. This paper aims to present a useful reference materials in policy-making by investigating the current application state of the fundamental law of science and technology in south and north korea. For this purpose, after reviewing the structure and content not only of the provisions about science and technology in constitutional law but also the general law of science and technology in south and north korea, compare and analyze differences and similarities of them.

The paper demonstrates how the Islamic governments in the Islamic history derived the authority for regulations and laws from the Qur'ān and the Sunna (sayings of the Prophet). These two laws are sovereign over public policy. Then, it shows the obstacles that prevented modern Muslim countries from formulating public policy based on Sharia law.

An essential area is the creation of a single digital market between the EU and Ukraine through information technology. Purpose: to investigate and analyze civil law relations in the field of adaptation of Ukrainian civil law to civil law regulations of the EU. The object of research: Ukrainian civil law and civil law of the EU. The subject of the study is civil law in the context of adaptation of civil law to the legislation of the EU. The following methods of scientific cognition were used during the research: semantic, historical, comparison, analysis and synthesis, generalization. The results of the study show that the harmonization of the legal system of Ukraine with EU law is caused by several goals: successful integration of Ukraine into the EU, legal reforms based on the positive example of EU countries, promoting access of Ukrainian enterprises to the EU market; attracting foreign investment, increasing the welfare of Ukrainian citizens. The adaptation includes three stages, the final of which is the preparation of an expanded program of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation. In the process of adaptation, it is important to take into account the legal history, tradition, features and mentality of Ukraine and before borrowing legal structures to analyze the feasibility of their application in the Ukrainian legal field.
