본 연구는 컨설턴트역량, 컨설팅수행과정 및 컨설팅성과 사이에 존재하는 수진기업의 참여수준과 활용의지의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 컨설팅 수진경험이 있는 446개 중소기업을 대상으로 분석되었다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS와 AMOS를 사용하였으며, 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰성분석, 타당성분석, 매개 및 간접효과의 유의성 검증을 실행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 컨설턴트역량이 참여수준에 미치는 영향을 제외하고 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 컨설팅수행과정과 컨설팅성과 사이의 수진기업 활용의지에 매개효과가 있었다. 즉 컨설턴트역량 자체보다 컨설팅수행과정이 중요하며, 수진기업의 참여수준보다 활용의지를 높여야 컨설팅성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 컨설턴트 교육정책이나 수행지침과 관련하여 필요한 가이드라인을 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

'Consulting', which is the main research topic of the knowledge service industry, is a field of study that is essential for the growth and development of companies and proliferation to specialized fields. However, it is difficult to grasp the current status of international research related to consulting, mainly on which topics are being studied, and what are the latest research topics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of academic research related to 'consulting' by applying quantitative analysis such as topic modeling and statistic analysis. In this study, we collected statistical data related to consulting in the Scopus DB of Elsevier, which is a representative academic database, and conducted a quantitative analysis on 15,888 documents. We scientifically analyzed the research trends related to consulting based on the bibliographic data of academic research published all over the world. Specifically, the trends of the number of articles published in the major countries including Korea, the author key word trend, and the research topic trend were compared by country and year. This study is significant in that it presents the result of quantitative analysis based on bibliographic data in the academic DB in order to scientifically analyze the trend of academic research related to consulting. Especially, it is meaningful that the traditional frequency-based quantitative bibliographic analysis method and the text mining (topic modeling) technique are used together and analyzed. The results of this study can be used as a tool to guide the direction of research in consulting field. It is expected that it will help to predict the promising field, changes and trends of consulting industry related research through the trend analysis.

본 연구는 혁신클러스터 지역의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅 기업에 대하여 컨설팅 만족도와 BSC 성과요인과의 관계에 대하여 성과만족도 측면에서 어떠한 차이가 나타나는 지를 다양한 변수를 적용하여 실증적인 연구를 통해 고찰하였다. 연구에 의하면, 최근에 새로이 산업클러스터 지역에 적용하고 있는 현지의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅이 컨설팅 만족도가 높고 실제적인 컨설팅으로 이어지고, 기업의 실질적 성과에도 상당한 보탬을 주는 것으로 평가되고 있었다. 따라서, 전국 주요공단지역의 클러스터에 우선적으로 전문인력 상주 컨설팅을 확대 지원하고, 나아가서는 주요 거점지역에 까지도 중소벤처기업에 대하여는 전문인력 상주에 의한 컨설팅 지원시스템을 구축하여 실시 적용을 확산하여야 할 것이다.

The study aims to measure the quality of consulting services for village-building projects in rural areas. To this end, the government wanted to analyze the impact of the quality of service on residents' satisfaction and business performance in villages that are receiving consulting services. As a result of the empirical analysis of the case areas, the five-dimensional tangibles, reliability, assurance and empathy of the quality of consulting services in rural villages had a defining influence on the residents' satisfaction. And the residents' satisfaction of consulting services had a defining influence on the business performance of the village with tangibles, reliability, and assurances. The main implications presented on the basis of these results were analyzed that it was necessary to universalize the assessment of service quality, to strengthen the burden of the village on the cost of consulting services, and to induce participation through a sufficient understanding of the villagers' business.

Companies build the factory automation system to improve management effectiveness and productivity as prime strategies for sustainable growth. But most companies undergo various trials and errors while carrying out the project without elaborate preparation stage for factory automation. In this study, we tried to verify what factors are critical to effectively building distribution automation system, which is a branch of factory automation system. A consulting model for setting up a Material Handling Automation System by utilizing the Stage-Gate Process, which is product development process was studied. 29 material handling automation projects carried out between the year 1990 to 2013 at K-Company were selected. Interviews with the project managers, operators and maintenance personnels, various records and current status of the projects were used as data for structural equations based on the Milan consulting model and existing researches of factory automation, CIM for material handling automation. Creating effective basis of production, material handling system and energy saving system with expert review, when preparing a material handling automation project, help promote the project planning thus contributing to the performance of the resulting system, which appears though rather weakly in our data. Also the effect of material handling automation can be enhanced through sufficient and effective links to the relevant environments such as production logistics management and automated warehouses. More detailed planning characteristics of project promotion or some time-series data of effective Material Handling Automation System could enhace furthur studies. We propose a consulting model for setting up an efficient material handling automation system.

이 연구는 2007년을 시발점으로 내용교수지식(PCK) 및 수업컨설팅 지원에 관하여 3개년에 걸친 중장기 연구로서, KICE-TLC 고유의 PCK 연구 방법과 PCK에 대한 관점을 정립하고자 하였다. 이와 관련하여 수학 교과의 경우, 일차년도인 2007년도 연구에서는 개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 PCK의 의미를 탐색하여 수학과 PCK 분석틀을 설정하고 이를 기반으로 다양한 유형의 PCK를 마련하였다. 이차년도인 2008년 연구에서는 중학교 수학 교과의 초임 및 경력교사 각각 3명씩을 대상으로 이들의 수업 사례를 통해 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 진단 및 대안을 모색하고자 하였으며, 본 논문에서는 이러한 초임교사를 위한 수업컨설팅(안)을 '학습자 이해'에 관한 지식 측면에 초점을 두어 제시하였다.

이 연구는 한국교육과정평가원 교수학습개발센터(KICE-TLC)에서 2005년 이래로 수행해 온 교사 전문성 신장 프로그램 개발 연구를 계승한 과제 중의 하나이다. 이 연구는 2007년을 시발점으로 내용교수지식(PCK) 및 수업 컨설팅 지원에 관하여 3개년에 걸친 중장기 연구로서, KICE-TLC 고유의 PCK 연구 방법과 PCK 연구 방법과 PCK에 대한 관점을 정립하고자 하였다. 이와 관련하여 수학 교과의 경우, 일차년도인 2007년도 연구에서는 개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 PCK의 의미를 탐색하여 수학과 PCK 분석들을 실정하고, 이를 기반으로 다양한 유형의 PCK를 마련하고자 하였다. 이차년도에 해당하는 2008년 연구에서는 수학과 PCK에 초점을 맞춘 수입건설팅을 본격적으로 실행하고 초임교사 수업 컨설팅 연수를 실시하였다. 이는 향후 이러한 실행 결과를 토대로 맞춤형 교사 전문성 발달 프로그램을 초임교사를 대상으로 본격적으로 개발하고자 함이다.

최근 가족 기업에 대한 원활한 가업승계를 위해 교육, 컨설팅, 우수 기업 발굴 및 포상, 세제 지원 등 장수기업으로 지속성장 지원을 하고 있다. 이러한 기업의 성공적인 가업승계는 기술 경쟁력 유지 및 향상, 안정적 고용유지, 장기적 투자와 신규 일자리 창출 등의 긍정적 효과를 유발한다. 그러나 우리나라는 아직까지 가족지배기업에 대한 개념이 생소하기 때문에 가족지배 기업에 대한 연구도 미비한 수준이지만 가족지배기업은 국가 경제에서 차지하는 비중이 매우 높기 때문에 우리나라의 가족지배기업에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소상공인을 중심으로 하는 가족기업에 대한 승계과정 컨설팅 만족도에 대해 실증적 연구를 진행하였고 그 차이에 대해 분석하였다.

주요정보통신기반시설의 취약점진단 등 컨설팅 프로젝트가 증가하고 있으며, 공공기관의 개인정보영향평가(PIA) 의무화와 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS) 인증 의무화 등 정보통신 분야의 법률 준수가 의무화 되면서 정보보호 컨설팅 수요는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나 정보보호 컨설턴트 부족은 개선되고 있지 않다. 한 이유는 증가하는 정보 보호 컨설팅 수요에 맞게 정보보호 컨설턴트가 양성되고 있지 않기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 컨설턴트 직무를 해외 사례와 국내 사례를 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 표준화/규격화하여 해당 직무를 실무관점에서 학습하고 교육할 수 있는 방안으로 정보보호 컨설팅 업무를 시나리오로 제시하여 스스로 문제를 풀어나가는 PBL (Problem-based learning) 교육방법을 제안한다. 또한 전문가 분석을 실시하고 그 효과성을 알아본다.

생계형 창업의 절박함과 정부의 창업지원 정책 등 소상공인 창업에 대한 관심이 높은 상황에서, 본 연구는 창업의지와 창업불안에 개인적 특성과 사회적 자본이 차별적인 영향력을 미치는지, 그리고 선행요인과 창업의지 및 불안과의 관계에서 창업컨설팅 경험이 조절효과를 갖는지 223명을 대상으로 실증적으로 확인하였다. 분석결과 창업의지에는 모든 개인적 특성, 네트워크, 신뢰 자본과 컨설팅 경험이 유의한 영향을 미친 반면, 창업불안에는 외적통제성과 호혜성 규범이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 컨설팅 경험은 위험감수성향과 네트워크 자본이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 약화시키고, 외적 통제성이 창업불안에 미치는 영향력을 강화하는 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 창업불안과 창업의지의 차별적 효과 및 창업컨설팅의 조절 효과를 규명한 점에서 의의를 가지며, 후속연구에서는 창업불안에 검증이 이루어져야 할 것으로 기대한다.
