스텝 모으터의 동특성해석에 관한 연구 (The study on the dynamic analysis of a step motor)

  • In this paper, this objective is to obtain the mathematical model which describes the dynamic characteristics of variable reluctance(VR) step motor, the most important and most widely used motor in practice. In the development of the mathematical model for VR step motor, first the general nonlinear dynamic equations which describe the N-phase VR step motor are derived. These general equations are then applied to the multiple-step type of VR step motor in case, for simplicity, maynetic saturation and core lossess in the iron are neglected. These nonlinear dynamic equations are numerically analysed by the computer simulation, through which the performance characteristics of a step motor undertest are investigated under the various operating conditions.

  • Active control schemes which modify the excitation to correct for any of the nonideal characteristics of the SPMSM is described. Especially, because of design limitations(size and cost) in automobile, the back-EMF of SPMSM can't be perfectly designed with sinusoidal wave and iron core of stator is saturated so that torque ripple is unavoidable. An active cancellation method of the pulsating torque components which would otherwise be generated using the classic sinusoidal current excitation is illustrated.

  • In the distribution networks, it is necessary to develop small and light voltage and current sensor for compact and digitalized switchgears. For this purpose, some researches have been continuing till now, CT(current transformer) and VT(voltage transformer) are one of that research. But conventional CT and VT have some problems, that is, have big size and saturation characteristics because of used to iron core. In this paper, CS(current sensor) and VS(voltage sensor), have some merits measuring of current and voltage magnitude as a alternated conventional equipment, were studied. So, this paper shows the process CS and VS design method, equivalent circuit and output result, respectively. As a result of this test, proposed CS and VS have linearity for the output, no saturation.

자속구속형 초전도 사고전류제한기의 사고각에 따른 철심의 포화특성 (Saturation Characteristic of Iron Core Dependent on Fault Angle in a Flux-Lock Type SFCL)

  • 본 논문에서는 사고각에 따른 자속구속형 초전도 사고전류제한기의 사고전류제한 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 자화가지를 포함한 등가회로로부터 사고각에 따른 자속구속형 초전도 사고전류제한기의 철심내부자속을 유도하였으며 사고전류에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 사고전류제한 실험을 통해, 철심의 포화와 관련한 여자전류를 유도하였으며 사고각에 따른 변화를 분석하였다. 사고전에는 발생되지 않았지만 사고가 발생함과 동시에 여자전류크기가 증가하였으며 특히, 자속구속형 초전도 사고전류제한기를 가극결선한 경우가 감극결선한 경우보다 보다 크게 증가되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 등가회로로부터 분석한 결과와 실험결과는 일치되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we investigated the operational characteristics of the fault current limiting in the The flux-lock type high-Tc superconducting fault current limiter. The flux-lock type high-Tc superconducting fault current limiter was consisted of primary and secondary copper coils that flux was locked on iron core and YBCO thin film. The operational characteristic of a flux-lock type SFCL dependent on winding direction of coil 1 and coil 2, and the number of turns of coil 1 and coil 2, inductances of the coils, saturation in iron core, the properties of superconducting element etc. In this cases, we investigated the fault currents limiting characteristics of the flux-lock type SFCL when winding direction of coil 1 and coil 2 was subtractive polarity winding.

  • The hysteresis characteristics of flux-lock reactor, which is an essential component of flux-lock type superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL), was investigated. The hysteresis loss of iron core in flux-lock type SFCL does not happen due to its winding's structure especially in the normal state. From the equivalent circuit for the flux-lock type SFCL and the fault current limiting experiments, the hysteresis curves could be drawn. Through the hysteresis curves together with the fault current level due to the inductance ratio for the 1st and 2nd winding, the increase of the number of turns in the 2nd winding of the flux-lock type SFCL had a role to prevent the iron core from saturation.

  • A novel prototype of an inductive superconducting fault current limiter with an iron core and an air sap was fabricated and tested. If its impedance is not high enough to limit the fault current, then destructive damage occurs in the power system. We attained a magnetic saturation under the higher current by introducing an air gap in the three-legged magnetic core. The fault current was successfully limited to two times as much as the nominal current without high fault current within 1/4 cycles at a 60 Hz source having an effective voltage of 70V.

산화철 나노입자의 형성 메커니즘에 대한 연구 (Study on Formation Mechanism of Iron Oxide Nanoparticles)

  • 본 연구에서는 $Fe(OL)_3$ 전구체가 고온에서 열분해 한 후 산화철 나노입자를 형성하는 메커니즘을 분석하기 위하여 전구체의 온도에 따른 열유속을 측정하였으며, 반응 과정에서 순차적으로 채취한 반응 원액의 TEM 및 교류 자화율을 측정 하였다. $Fe(OL)_3$는 고온에서 OL-chain 두 개가 순차적으로 분리되어 Fe-OL 단량체(monomer)가 되고, 이들이 산화철 나노입자 형성에 기여하게 된다. 또한 산화철 나노입자는 초기 성장 과정에서 ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ 구조를 갖는 나노입자를 형성하지만, 나노 입자들이 급격히 성장할 때는 공급되는 산소량의 부족으로 인하여 FeO가 형성되어 ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$-FeO의 core-shell 구조를 갖는 나노입자들이 합성된다. 이러한 산화철 나노입자들을 고온에서 장시간 유지시키면 부족한 산소를 점차적으로 보충하여 $Fe_3O_4$ 구조를 갖는 나노입자로 변화한다. 따라서 포화자화량이 높고 공기 중에서 안정한 $Fe_3O_4$ 나노입자는 고온 열분해법을 이용하여 쉽게 제조할 수 있다.

  • 병렬연결된 두 코일을 가진 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 사고발생시 철심의 포화를 억제하기 위한 방안으로 공극을 도입하였다. 하지만, 공극의 도입으로 인해 자화전류가 증가하게 되어 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 임피던스 감소를 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 공극유무에 따른 병렬연결된 두 코일을 가진 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 전류제한 특성을 등가회로와 실험결과에 대한 비교분석을 통해 공극도입의 장.단점을 확인하였다.

  • Interior permanent-magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs) produce both magnetic and reluctance torques. The reluctance torque is due to the difference between the d- and q-axis inductances based on the geometric rotor structure. The steady-state performance analysis and precise control of the IPMSMs greatly depend on the accurate determination of the parameters. The three essential parameters of the IPMSMs are the armature flux linkage of the permanent magnet, the d-axis inductance, and the q-axis inductance. In the basic design step of an IPMSM, the inductance parameters are very important for determining the motor characteristics, such as the input voltage, torque, and efficiency. Thus, it is very important to accurately estimate the values of the motor inductances. The inductance parameters of IPMSMs have nonlinear characteristics along the magnet size because the iron core is saturated by the magnet and armature reaction fluxes. In this study, the inductance parameters were calculated using both the magnetic-equivalent-circuit method and the finite-element method (FEM). Then the calculated parameters were compensated by the saturation coefficient function, which was also calculated via the magnetic-equivalent-circuit method and FEM.
