  • As social media such as facebook and twitter is widespread, social commerce appears as a new way of e-commerce. Social commerce is a subset of electronic commerce that involves using social media that supports social interaction and user contributions. From the understanding of social commerce and literature review, we deduced the research model that relationship, collectivism, convenience, usefulness, low price, reputation, and rapidness have influence on satisfaction and repurchase intention. As a result of data analysis, relationship, convenience, usefulness, low price, and rapidness had influence on satisfaction and repurchase intention. And collectivism had influence on relationship. But reputation did not have influence on satisfaction. The focus of this study is on the effect of relationship and collectivism on satisfaction and repurchase, because relationship and collectivism is the major feature of social commerce. Succinctly speaking, collectivism affects relationship among users, in turn, relationship affects satisfaction and repurchase intention. This study gives a contribution to business. Business related with social commerce has to make a business strategy for managing relationship and consider collectivism tendency for selecting target customer.

The relationship between social support and life satisfaction was in a moderate positive correlation with each other (r=.410, p=.000). It was found that the higher social support was, the higher life satisfaction was. There was remarkable difference in the form of family (F=2.69, p=.023), the form of residence (F=5.29, p=.002), whether to belong to a group (F=2.26, p=.025). Conclusion: For the reasons stated above, as the feeling of powerlessness is lower and social support is higher, life satisfaction is higher. To do this, we analyzed 4,831 elderly people with chronic illness using the 10th Korea Welfare Panel data in 2015. To investigate the moderating effects of variables, we conducted a hierarchial regression analysis and confirmed the change $R^2$. As a result of that, first, subjective health, satisfaction with social relationship and satisfaction with leisure had a direct impact on depression. The results show that the better self-rated health of the elderly is, the higher satisfaction with social relationship is and the higher satisfaction with leisure is, the lower depression is. Second, it was found that satisfaction with social relationship and leisure was moderating variables in the relationship of subjective health and depression. This shows that the approach to the subjective aspect of the parties is important rather than the quantitative approach to the social interaction or leisure life. Based on this results, this study has proposed the implications and limitations of it and suggestions for further study.

The effect of educational attainment on depression was fully mediated by type of household among women. The effect of type of household on depression was partly mediated by satisfaction with social relationship in men and women. Lastly, educational attainment, type of household and satisfaction with social relationship had an independent association with depression among men, but educational attainment was not statistically significant among women. Conclusions: Our study illuminated the importance of the independent and mediating effect of parental and respondent socioeconomic position and social relationship in the production of depression for South Korean adults.
