의류 소매업태별 애고소비자의 특성 비교에 관한 연구 - 대학생을 대상으로 - (A Study on Purchase Behaviors of Patrons for Different Types of Clothing Retail Stores)

  • The purposes o this study were to investigate buying behaviors of patrons of six retail store types for clothing and the satisfaction levels of the six store types (department stores, specialty stores, chain store, discount stores, bonded goods stores and traditional market), and to test the differences in purchase behaviors and store satisfaction levels among the groups determined by demographic characteristics. A questionnaire survey was administered to male and female university students living in the Seoul metropolitan area from April 27 to May 11, 1999 ; 443 were collected and 391 were used for the data analysis. Data were analyzed by SPSS statistical package. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Chi-square analysis and Duncan's multiple range test were employed for the data analysis. In terms of the store usage, most of the subjects tended to choose the store types they patronized for buying coats, suits, blouses, T-shirts, slacks/skirts and jeans items ; but, they used department store and specialty store for coat, suit, blouse, T-shirt, slacks/skirt and jeans for purchasing selected clothing items. Regarding criteria used for store selection, the most important criterion was the diversity of products offered and other store types. In terms of the store satisfaction levels of the six store types, the patrons of all store types were most satisfied with the stores they patronaged.

챗봇의 서비스 회복을 위한 정중한 사과와 유머러스한 사과의 효과 비교 (Comparing the Effects of Courteous vs. Humorous Apologies for Chatbot Service Recovery)

  • Human agents are increasingly being replaced by chatbots. However, like humans, chatbots can also make mistakes in service delivery by failing to provide accurate answers to customer questions while research on service recovery has been highly focused on human employees. Recognizing the necessity of research on effective chatbot service recovery strategies, this study investigated the relationships among service recovery messages (courteous apology vs. humorous apology), perceived sincerity, recovery satisfaction, and continuous usage intention. An online experiment was conducted with the participants randomly assigned to one of two experimental conditions (courteous apology vs. humorous apology). After using the chatbot developed for this study, the participants completed a questionnaire. The analysis results revealed that, in comparison to the humorous apology, the courteous apology had a higher positive predictive effect on perceived sincerity, Furthermore, perceived sincerity and recovery satisfaction sequentially mediated the relationship between the chatbot's courteous apology and continuous usage intention. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that the courteous apology was a more effective approach as a chatbot service recovery strategy. This study offers insights into crafting recovery service messages for chatbots.

사례관리 수행요소와 지역거주 정신장애인의 소비자 만족도 및 삶의 질 사이의 경로 탐색 (A Path Analysis of the Case Management Implementation Factors with Client Satisfaction and Quality of Life among the Mentally Ill Persons in the Community)

  • 사례관리의 수행요소가 지역거주 정신장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향이 소비자 만족도에 의해 어떻게 매개되는지를 분석하였다. 분석대상은 지역사회정신보건서비스 기관 중 사례관리를 수행하는 18개 기관과, 이 기관의 서비스를 이용하는 381명의 정신장애인이다. 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 클라이언트 수준과 기관 수준의 자료를 동시에 고려하는 위계적 선형모형(HLM: Hierarchical Lineral Model)을 적용하여 검증하였다. 주요한 연구 결과는 실무자의 담당 사례량이 삶의 질에 직접적 영향을 주었다. 사례관리팀 접근은 소비자 만족도에 직접적 영향을 미친 반면, 소비자 만족도를 매개하여 삶의 질에 이르는 간접적 영향은 미미하였다. 적절한 사례량의 확보 및 사례관리자 확대, 팀접근의 유용성에 대한 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.

일개 시지역의 가정간호 수혜자들의 만족도 조사 (A Survey on Clients' Home Care Satisfaction in Taejon City in Korea)

  • This study enrolled one thousand five hundred twenty one clients that were receiving home care services at five health centers and a home care services center in the city of Taejon from November 17 through December 7, 1997. The purpose of this study was to analyze satisfaction levels, general characteristics and efficacies, of the client served home care. The main results were as follows; The age group of most of the subjects was 70-79 years: 76.9% of them were female and 87.3% were over 65 years. In education variables, over 90% of the clients were below primary school. In marital status variables, 63.4% of them had no spouse, 57.5% of them were widows and widowers. In living arrangement variables, alone(35.8%) was the most. In insurance status variables, medical aid(69.9%) was the most. In household income variables, below 000 won(72.6%) was the most. In hospitalization variables, 53% of the clients had no hospitalization. The satisfaction level of home care service of male and female was similar. The older the age, the higher the satisfaction level. The satisfaction level of the group having religion was higher than the group having no religion and the Christianity group had the highest satisfaction level(p<0.001). In education variables, the over high school group was the highest satisfaction level(p<0.01). In living arrangement variables, the other (sisters or neighbors etc.) group indicated the highest satisfaction level(p<0.001). In insurance status variables, the other group(except for medical aid) was the highest satisfaction level(p<0.001). In household income variables, below 390,000 won was the highest satisfaction level(p<0.001). In hospitalization variables, 'over 4 times' group indicated the highest satisfaction level (p<0.01). Home care took place more in health centers than in home care services center. In frequency of home care per month three times was the most. In opinion of home care frequency per month 82.8% of the people answered 'proper'. A lot of present illness was neuralgia, arthritis, digestive disease, hypertension & CVA. In contents of home care services variables, education & counselling was the most and medication was second. In duration of illness variables, over 10 years was the most. In place of treatment before home care service variables, hospital(57%) was the most. In illness condition after home care variables, 'moderate' was the most and 'much better'(85.5%) was second. In help of home care variables, 'much help'(71.5%) was the most and 'moderate'(28.1%) was second. In contents of counselling variables, treatment method of illness was the most. Home care services center indicated higher level of satisfaction than health center(p<0.001). In opinion of home care frequency per month variables, 'less' was the highest satisfaction level (p<0.001). In duration of illness variables, below one year was the highest and over 10 years was second(p<0.001). In place of treatment before home care service variables, health center was the highest (p<0.001). In illness condition after home care variables 'much better' was the highest and 'worse' was second (p<0.001). I n help of home care variables, 'much help' was the highest (p<0.001). In contents of counselling variables, cause of illness was the highest(p<0.001). According to the 14 items which consisted of 3 point scales the total level of satisfaction of home care service was very high, with total mean score 36. According to the above results, most clients taking home care services are satisfied. However, organization and a fund are required to support high quality home care services to those who need them. Furthermore, a follow-up survey should be accomplished to evaluate the status of clients.

세계시민역량 함양을 위한 초등 가정과 세계시민교육 교수·학습 과정안 개발 및 효과 검증 (Development and Validation of a Global Citizenship Education Teaching-Learning Plan and its Effects on Fostering the Global Citizenship Competencies of Elementary School Students)

  • The objectives of this study were to develop, implement a home economics education teaching-learning plan and assess its effects to enhance global citizenship competencies among upper elementary school students. The ADDIE model was employed for learner needs analysis, instructional design, development and implementation. This was followed by assessments of global citizenship competencies and class satisfaction. Based on an analysis of the core ideas associated with an area of "Living Environment and Sustainable Choice," four practical problems were designed: What actions should I take for the rational management of living resources? What actions should I take to ensure consciousness of the need to respect diversity in daily life? What actions should I take to maintain a safe and healthy living environment? What actions should I take to make sustainable choices? Based on these four practical problems, four lesson topics were developed in accordance with both the voyeur's and the critical perspectives, resulting in a total of 8 sessions. The subsequent delivery of an 8-session class on global citizenship education in home economics yielded significant improvements in the global citizenship competencies (knowledge, skills, attitudes, and willingness to act) of 37 elementary school students immediately after the sessions. The significance of this study lies in its focus on the core ideas of the revised 2022 curriculum, thereby offering directions for the development of global citizenship education within the curriculum.

가족, 학교 및 지역사회 관련요인이 남녀 청소년의 인터넷관련 문제행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Family, School and Community Variables on Students' Internet Behavior Problems)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how family, school and community variables influence internet behavior problems in adolescents. By focusing on sex differences, this study analyzes female as well as male behavior problems. The data used in this study are gathered from 1,046 middle and high school students in a national sampling. The results are as follows. Internet addiction is the most frequently occurring problem. A chi-square test shows that male students have higher experience rates than female students in obscene chatting and violent games. A series of logistic regressions are performed to blow the relative influence of independent variables controlling for each other. In the case of male students' internet behavior problems, region, communications with their parents, interactions with their close friends, and satisfaction with community facilities are significant variables. Interactions with friends are significant in predicting behavior problems of both female and male students. Suggestions and implications with regard to intervention strategies for adolescents are discussed.

취업 기혼여성 본인이 인지한 취업의 가계 경제적 효과 (Working Married Women's Perception on the Effect of Work on Household Economy)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the working married women's perception on the effect of work on household economy. The household economy was examined in three aspects; income, assets, and consumption patterns, along with the contribution and the satisfaction of working married women with respect to their income by work Four hundred thirty working married women with the first child of less than middle school were surveyed, with questionnaires from March 25 to April 22 of 2005, and analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results were as follows: the reasons of working married women for work were making an affluent living, showing their ability, wanting for work, and making a living in order. The perceived degree of their income contribution to household income was on the average about $42.53\%$. They perceived the spending in time-saving consumption items, child-rearing consumption items, and personal consumption items to be decreased, if they were not working. Their work was helpful in saving, insurance and investment, debt payment, money for old life, money for housing, money for emergency. About $69\%$ of working married women perceived their income contribution to their household income as being high.

치매 노인을 돌보는 노년기 배우자의 돌봄 부담감이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회적지지의 조절효과 (The Effect of Care Burden of Elderly Spouses Caring for Dementia Elderly on Life Satisfaction: The Moderating Effect of Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 치매 노인을 돌보는 노년기 배우자가 지각한 돌봄부담과 사회적지지가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 사회적지지의 조절효과를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도 지역 재가방문요양센터의 치매 노인을 돌보는 만60세 이상 배우자 165명을 조사대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치매 노인을 돌보는 배우자의 전체 돌봄부담은 3.76점(SD=.57)으로 중앙값보다 약간 높은 수준을 나타냈다. 사회적지지의 경우 비공식적지지는 2.65점(SD=.78), 공식적지지는 2.60점(SD=.77)으로 중앙값 보다는 낮게 나타났다. 생활만족도는 3.11점(SD=.78)으로 중앙값 보다 약간 높은 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 치매 노인 배우자의 주관적 건강상태, 소득수준, 사회활동 부담, 비공식적지지가 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 치매 노인 배우자의 주관적 건강상태가 좋을수록, 소득수준이 높을수록 그리고 사회활동 부담이 낮을수록, 비공식적지지가 높을수록 생활만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 사회활동 부담과 비공식적 지지 상호작용 항이 유의미하게 나타났다. 따라서 치매 노인에 대한 사회활동 부담과 생활만족도와의 관계에서 비공식적지지는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 치매 노인 배우자가 사회활동 부담을 경험하여도 비공식적지지를 많이 사용할수록 생활만족도가 감소하는 정도가 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다.

대전 지역 성인의 영양상담에 대한 인지도 및 요구도 조사 (The Perception and Need for Nutrition Counseling of the Adults Living in Daejeon)

  • This study was done to investigate the perception and need of the nutrition counseling of the people living in Daejon. Results were as follows: Nutrition knowledge score increased with education level. It showed tendency that women's scores were higher than men's. Only 15.5% of the participants were experienced in nutrition counseling mostly with medical doctor or nurse in the general hospital. Their satisfaction level was above average, which means positive reaction on nutrition counseling. In the case of the people who paid nutrition counseling fee, they thought that fee level was reasonable. Participants whose education level was higher thought less frequently that the nutrition counseling fee charged currently in the general hospital was expensive. The prevalent contents they want in the nutrition counseling included the prevention and the treatment of the specific disease and food safety (pesticides and food-born illness). As means of nutrition counseling they preferred internet (or PC) and interview. The higher the education status and the less the age, the higher preference, there was for internet or PC. As a source of nutrition knowledge, participants gave high credit on the professional books, academic journals, and advices from dietitian, nutritionist, medical doctor and pharmacist; in the other hand, they gave low credit on the newspaper, magazine, TV or radio, and advices from family or relatives, and friends. They thought most of the adult-onset disease (especially obesity, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes) were closely related to diet. However, percentage of the participants who thought that diet and kidney disease were related was relatively low.

지역사회 거주 노인의 우울에 미치는 융합적 영향요인 (Converged Factors Influencing Depression of Community Dwelling Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 우울, 늙어감에 대한 행복감, 자아존중감, 생활만족도, 사회참여, 일상생활 활동장애 정도를 파악하고 노인의 우울에 미치는 요인들을 분석하는데 있다. 연구 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression analysis를 이용하여 분석하였다. 노인의 우울에 가장 영향이 높은 변수는 자아존중감 27.9%(${\beta}=-.318$, p<.001), 생활만족도 5.5%(${\beta}=-.248$, p<.001), 늙어감에 대한 행복감 4.1%((${\beta}=-.200$, p<.001), 일상생활 활동장애 1.6%(${\beta}=.128$, p=.026) 순으로 이들 네 개의 변수가 노인의 우울을 총 39.1% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의 우울을 감소시키고 자아존중감과 늙어감에 대한 행복감을 향상시키기 위한 차별화된 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.
