치석제거 건강보험 급여화에 대한 일부 지역주민의 인식도 및 만족도 융합연구 (Recognition and Satisfaction fusion survey regarding health insurance coverage of dental scaling)

  • 본 연구는 치석제거에 대한 인식과 치석제거 건강보험 급여화에 대한 인식도 및 만족도를 파악하여 치과건강보험의 효율적인 보건정책을 위해 전북지역 거주민 389명을 대상으로 2016년 5월 30일부터 7월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 치석제거 적정횟수는 '연 2회'가 가장 높게 나타났고, 적정 연령은 '20대부터'가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 치석제거 급여화 인식도는 여자에서, 치주건강 관심도가 높은 경우 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 적용 만족도도 여자에서, 치주건강 관심도가 높은 경우 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 치석제거 인식도는 치석제거 급여화 인식도, 치석제거 급여화 만족도와, 치석제거 급여화 인식도는 치석제거 급여화 만족도와 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이에 치석제거에 대한 지속적인 인식 향상을 위해 올바른 정보 제공과 적극적으로 교육매체를 활용한 홍보가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

치아홈메우기의 건강보험 급여화와 치과위생사 시술에 대한 학부모의 인식 및 태도 (Parents' recognition and attitudes toward national health insurance coverage of sealant by dental hygienist)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate parents' recognition and attitudes toward national health insurance coverage of sealant by the dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 329 elementary school children parents in G metropolitan city and N city from July 11 to 27, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, recognition and attitudes toward national health insurance coverage of sealant and sealant by the dental hygienist, and recognition toward national health insurance. The data were analyzed by a descriptive analyses, multiple regression and logistic regression analysis using SPSS 12.0 program. Results: Recognition of national health insurance coverage was 2.52 times higher in high school and 4.97 times higher in recognition toward purpose of sealant. Factor affecting recognition of national health insurance was subscription of private health insurance, recognition of sealant treatment by dental hygienist (DH) and recognition of national health insurance coverage of sealant. Attitude toward sealant treatment by DH was positive in experience of sealant, recognition of sealant treatment by DH and experience of sealant treatment by DH. Factor affecting satisfaction on the sealant by DH was recognition of sealant treatment by DH and recognition of purpose of sealant. Conclusions: To increase national health insurance coverage of sealant, it is necessary to expand positive public relations of sealant by the dental hygienist.

보험범죄특별조사팀(SIU)의 근무환경과 보험범죄에 대한 일반적 인식이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Work Environment factors, Perception of Insurance Crime and Job Satisfaction among Special Investigation Unit(SIU))

  • 현재 보험범죄는 해마다 증가하고 있으나 정부차원에서 보험범죄를 적발하거나 방지하기 위한 전문조직은 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 보험범죄로 인한 피해는 인명과 국민경제 측면에서 매우 심각한 실정이다. 보험범죄는 보험회사의 경영수지를 악화시키는 것은 물론이고, 보험금의 부정유출로 인해 보험사의 손해율을 악화시킴으로써 보험사 부실의 원인이 될 수 있다. 이는 결국 보험사의 보험료 인상으로 이어져 결국, 보험가입자의 보험료 인상이라는 문제를 야기시킨다. 이러한 이유로 1996년부터 보험회사들은 보상조직 내에 보험사기를 전문적으로 조사하기 위한 보험범죄특별조사팀(Special Investigation Unit, SIU)을 구성하기 시작하였다. 하지만 현재의 SIU는 보험범죄의 예방을 위한 다양한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기에는 아직 그 인력과 재원이 부족한 수준이다. 따라서 본 연구는 갈수록 심각한 사회문제로 주목받고 있는 보험범죄를 실제 현장에서 담당하고 있는 SIU 구성원을 대상으로 현재의 근무환경과 보험범죄에 대한 일반적 인식이 그들의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보았다. 본 연구는 이러한 현장조사 분석을 바탕으로 현재 SIU 구성원들의 보험범죄 인식 및 근무 환경을 분석하고, 직무만족 향상을 통하여 구축할 수 있는 효과적인 보험범죄 대응 방안을 마련하는 데에 목적이 있다.

공적연금소득을 통한 가구형태가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Household Type by Public Pension Income Level on Life Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the life satisfaction of retirees(n=1,919) in one-person and multi-person households using the 2015 wave of the Korean Retirement and Income Study, collected by the National Pension Service. Methods: Frequency analysis and χ2-test were performed to examine the general characteristics and relation between one-person and multi-person household retirees. Logistic analysis was conducted to examine the factors affecting life satisfaction. Results: Public pension income was a statistically significant factor affecting life satisfaction, economic, health, and life in multi-person households. Conclusions: To improve life satisfaction after retirement, selective insurance benefits are needed depending on the type of household. Moreover a policy for expanding labor market participation is needed.

Distribution Efficiency of E-services in the Health Insurance Sector : The Case of Botswana

  • Purpose - Nowadays customers have become empowered by information communication technologies. This state of customers has brought enormous pressure to bear on organizations, thus, organizations have to stay relevant, market-oriented and profitable. The insurance sector is one that is constantly challenged by its exposure to ICT and the associated need for e-services by myriad customers. With increasing competition in the health insurance environment, it is necessary for the sector to understand customer expectations and how they perceive the services offered. This study seeks to determine the role played by e-services in relation to customer satisfaction in health insurance industry in Botswana where a substantial investment has been made in the sector. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is conducted using two prominent medical aid schemes in Botswana namely BPOMAS and PULA. Subscribers of these medical schemes were the respondents whose views were sourced using both closed and open ended questionnaires. Systemic sampling technique was used to select the participants, while descriptive statistical techniques were mainly used to analyze socio-demographic data of the samples. Results - The results reveal that the level of usage of the medical insurance firm's website and email service is higher for PULA participants than for BPOMAS participants. Conclusions - The findings of this study have practical implications for managers who should understand customers' value perceptions regarding e-service quality in Botswana.

산업재해보험 급여수급자의 통증과 산업재해서비스 및 생활만족간의 관계 (Relationship between Occupational Accident Service, Pain, and Life Satisfaction of Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Beneficiaries)

  • 본 연구는 산업재해 피험자의 고통을 수반하는 장애나 질병이 개인의 사회경제적 활동과 직접적인 관련이 있으며 현재의 건강과 일상생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수라는 관점에서 사회경제적, 사회적 활동에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 산업재해서비스와 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연계하여 산재보험 수혜자의 경제적, 심리적 재활을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고, 고통과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 산재보험 급여 수급자는 산재 통증으로 인해 산재 환자가 된 후 일상생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 재활서비스와 의료상담 서비스 간에는 양(+)의 관계가 있었다. 산업재해 통증은 개인의 특성인 자존감을 저하시키며, 현재의 건강이 좋아져도 일상생활에 대한 만족도가 떨어진다. 산업재해 관련 서비스의 중요성은 재활 서비스와 의료 상담 서비스를 통해 일상생활의 만족도를 높인다는 점에서 알 수 있습니다. 또한 산업재해 이후 다양한 문제와 상황에 처한 환자에게 적합한 자존감 향상을 위해 지속적으로 노력한 결과 재활서비스 및 건강에 대한 만족도가 향상될 수 있음을 간접적으로 확인하였다.

외래 초진환자의 만족진료시간과 관련 추가 비용 지불 의사 (Analysis of New Patient's Willingness to Pay Additional Costs for Securing Satisfactory Consultation Time)

  • Background: We evaluated new patient's satisfactory consultation time (SCT) and their willingness to pay additional costs (WPAC) for their SCT. Methods: We surveyed medical service satisfaction, SCT, WPAC for their SCT, and payable amount to 612 new patients of single general hospital and measured their real consultation time (RCT). To compare WPAC and payable amount, we divided RCT into 4 groups (${\leq}3$ minutes, 3-5 minutes, 5-10 minutes, and > 10 minutes), and SCT into 3 groups (${\leq}5$ minutes, 5-10 minutes, and > 10 minutes). On the basis of WPAC, we estimated new patient's SCT. Results: RCT was 6.2 minutes, SCT was 8.9 minutes, and medical service satisfaction score was 4.3 (out of 5). The number of patients having WPAC (payable group) was 381 (62.3%) and the amount was 5,853 Korean won. Their RCT and SCT were longer than non-payable group (6.4 minutes vs. 5.7 minutes, 9.3 minutes vs. 8.2 minutes). From multiple logistic regression analysis, WPAC of RCT 5-10 minutes was higher than that RCT ${\leq}3$ minutes (odds ratio= 1.78). Payable amount was highest in RCT > 10 minutes (6,950 Korea won) and SCT > 10 minutes (7,458 Korean won). Intuitively we suggest 10 minutes as SCT, based on payable group's SCT (9.3 minutes) and cut-off time differentiating payable group with non-payable group (10 minutes). Conclusion: We found that new patient had WPAC for their SCT and the longer the SCT, the greater the amount. From this, we hope that current simplified new patient consultation fee calculating system should be modified combining the consultation time factor.

중국내 북한이탈주민을 통해 본 북한의료이용 만족도 (Satisfaction with Health Care in North Korea: A Study of North Korean Refugees in China)

  • The aim of the study was to examine levels of satisfaction with health care in North Korea and to identify factors associated with it using a convenience sample of North Korean refugees in China. Data from the 2004 Survey of Health Seeking Behavior of North Korean Households conducted by the Center for Refugee and Disaster Response, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health were used. The study subjects were 273 North Korean refugees whose length of stay in China was less than 3 months. Factor analysis was used to extract factor dimensions from the 12 satisfaction items. Bivariate (t test and ANOVA) and multiple regression analyses were used in examining factors associated with satisfaction with health care use in North Korea Overall, satisfaction level was low ($2.36{\pm}0.36$, score range: 1-5). Of the three-factor dimensions, physician skills scored the highest $(2.93{\pm}0.36)$, followed by drug availability $(2.51{\pm}0.07)$ and general cleanliness $(1.66{\pm}0.55)$. In the multiple regression analysis, having a usual source of care was significantly associated with patient satisfaction. Respondents who identified primary care (section) doctors as their usual source of care tended to be less satisfied than those with the city or county hospital as their usual source of care. County residents tended to report a lower degree of satisfaction with general cleanliness than city residents. Among socioeconomic characteristics, the number of household assets positively predicted satisfaction with drug availability. North Korean residents appear to be dissatisfied with their medical care. It may reflect some inadequacies in the North's universal health care system to meet the healthcare needs of its people.

학교-병원 협력실습교육 프로그램이 간호학생의 임상실무수행능력과 만족도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Cooperative Clinical Nursing Education Program on the Competency and Satisfaction of Nursing Students in Clinical Practice)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to examine the effects of the Cooperative Clinical Nursing Education Program on the competency and satisfaction of nursing students in clinical practice. Method: The research design was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with a convenience sample of 107 nursing students who were at one College of Nursing located in Seoul. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. Results: Nursing students participated in the program reported higher nursing skills and total satisfaction than control group after completing education program. Conclusion: Cooperative clinical nursing education program for nursing students had positive effects on nursing skills and satisfaction of clinical practice.

표준화된 치과건강보험교육의 필요성에 관한 융합적 연구 (A Convergent Study on the Necessity of Standardized Dental Health Insurance Education)

  • 본 연구는 치과의료기관의 건강보험 청구 만족도 및 건강보험 지식정도에 따른 청구 결과의 차이를 분석하여 향후 지속 가능한 건강보험제도를 마련하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 치과 의료기관 종사자 209명을 대상으로 2019년 3월~5월까지 자기기입식 온라인 설문을 시행하였다. 분석결과 건강보험 청구 만족도에 따른 치과건강보험청구 관련 전문인력의 요구도는 전문인력 자격요건(p<.05) 항목에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 지식정도를 측정하는 지표인 자격증 유무에 따른 전문인력 요구도는 의료기관에 따라 청구 전문인력 필요 이유가 상이한 것으로 나타났으며(p<.05) 통계적으로 유의하였다. 따라서 치과건강보험 청구 전문인력의 필요성을 확인하였으며 이를 위한 정책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
