취업주부의 직업-가정 갈등, 가사노동사회화, 그리고 가정관리만족간의 인과관계 (Causal Relationships among Working Wives' Work-Family Conflict, Socialization of Housework, and Home Management Satisfaction)

  • The major purpose of this research was to investigate the causal relationships among working wives' work-family conflict, socialization of housework, and home management satisfaction. the double ABCX model of family stress and adaptation provided the theoretical framework for this study. the data were recruited from working wives who had more than one pre-school child. The respondents were asked to complete the self-administered questionnaires, and the responses of 536 working wives were used for the final analysis. basically Cronbach's α to the reliability of major variables, frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation, pearson's correlation coefficients, and LISREL 7 program were performed to test the research model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. The frequency of work-family conflict was affected by the flexibility of work time and wives' income. 2. The severity of wok-family conflict was directly influenced by the frequency of the conflict, the flexibility of work-time, and wives' education level. 3. The variables influencing the degree of socialization of housework were found to be the frequency and the severity of work-family conflict, wives' education, and the degree of husband's participation in housework. 4. The higher degree of home management satisfaction was associated with the higher level of family member's health status, the greater degree of the flexibility of work-time, and the greater degree of husband's participation in household labor.

식품표시제도에 대한 부산지역 초등학교 교사의 인식, 만족도 및 이용실태 (Awareness, Satisfaction, and Usage Patterns of Elementary School Teachers for Food Labeling in Busan)

  • This study examined the awareness, satisfaction, and usage patterns of 257 elementary school teachers for food labeling in Busan. The survey was conducted from April 15 to June 20, 2020, by questionnaires. The perception degree of food labeling was higher in female teachers than in male teachers and did not differ significantly among age groups. The score of the understanding degree was highest in their 20s and lowest in their 30s. The degree demand in their 50s was higher than in their 30s and 40s. The reliability degree in their 20s was higher than that of those in their 40s and 50s. The verification degree and satisfaction degree did not differ significantly with age or gender. The primary reason to check food labeling was 'to confirm harmful additives (31.9%)'. Among those in their 20s and 30s, the major reason for reviewing nutrition labeling was 'nutrient', while it was 'health improvement' was most important in those in their 40s and 50s. Of the subjects, 31.1% reported that the reason for the difficulty in understanding the label was 'various forms and the small letters'. The demand for the content was highest in trans fats. Apporximately 32.3% of the teachers were educated for food labeling; 42.4% of them taught food labeling, and 62.7% of them recognized the necessity of food labeling teaching. A correlation was observed between the demand for food labeling and understanding (r=0.586). Therefore, preparing education programs for teachers according to gender and age group and developing food additives-related programs will be necessary for strengthening the teachers' ability to manage their dietary life and educate students.

The Algorithm-Oriented Management of Nasal Bone Fracture according to Stranc's Classification System

  • Background: Nasal bone fracture is one of the most common facial bone fracture types, and the surgical results exert a strong influence on the facial contour and patient satisfaction. Preventing secondary deformity and restoring the original bone state are the major goals of surgeons managing nasal bone fracture patients. In this study, a treatment algorithm was established by applying the modified open reduction technique and postoperative care for several years. Methods: This article is a retrospective chart review of 417 patients who had been received surgical treatment from 2014 to 2015. Using prepared questionnaires and visual analogue scale, several components (postoperative nasal contour; degree of pain; minor complications like dry mouth, sleep disturbance, swallowing difficulty, conversation difficulty, and headache; and degree of patient satisfaction) were evaluated. Results: The average scores for the postoperative nasal contour given by three experts, and the degree of patient satisfaction, were within the "satisfied" (4) to "very satisfied" (5) range (4.5, 4.6, 4.5, and 4.2, respectively). The postoperative degree of pain was sufficiently low that the patients needed only the minimum dose of painkiller. The scores for the minor complications (dry mouth, sleep disturbance, swallowing difficulty, conversation difficulty, headache) were relatively low (36.4, 40.8, 65.2, 32.3, and 34 out of the maximum score of 100, respectively). Conclusion: Satisfactory results were obtained through the algorithm-oriented management of nasal bone fracture. The degree of postoperative pain and minor complications were considerably low, and the degree of satisfaction with the nasal contour was high.

장기공공임대주택 주민의식조사를 통한 주거환경개선방향 설정연구 (A Study on the Direction of Residential Environment Improvement through the Residents Survey in Long-term Public Rental Housing)

  • 노후 공공임대주택은 노후화 관리를 위해 주거환경개선을 지속적으로 시행하며 최근 3년간 시설개선사업을 통해 기본적인 노후화 관리를 수행하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 주거단지 노후화에 따른 주거환경요소의 개선 요구도 및 현 주거환경 만족도 조사를 통해 기 시행된 시설개선사업의 효과에 대해 알아보고 추후 시설개선사업의 계획방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 장기공공임대주택의 거주자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 만족도 및 중요도에 대해 평균값 분석을 하고 항목간의 유형구분을 위해 요인분석을 하였다. 그 결과 주거환경개선 항목으로 도출한 공용 공간 29개 항목을 6개의 요인으로 구분하고, 세대 내부 공간 28개 항목을 4개의 요인으로 구분하여 만족도 및 중요도에 대한 평균값을 비교하였다. 결론적으로 주민의식조사 결과를 종합하여 추후 시설개선 사업을 중심으로 타 주거환경개선사업과 연계한 추진방향을 제안하였다.

종합병원인력의 직무만족요인과 충성지수 (Job Satisfaction and Commitment of General Hospital Employees)

  • This study was intended to enhance the level of hospital personnel management through analysing job satisfaction of hospital employees in terms of structural, personal and environmental variables. The sample of this study consist of a total of 790 persons including doctors, residents, interns, pharmacists, nurses, medical engineers, office workers and manual workers who have worked for general hospitals with 200 beds, 300 beds and 800 beds respectively. The Likert's 5 scales were used for the measurement of satisfaction. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Structural Variables The level of satisfaction on the job itself was generally low, 2.8 in Likert's 5 scales, with the order of role ambiguity(3.87), routinization(2.6), work overload (2.45) and autonomy(2.37). Hospital employees are aware of their responsibility and they regarded their work as heavy one. The compensatory satisfaction degree was 2.5 which was also low: There were in the order stability(3.1), distributive justice(2.57), pay(2.3) and promotion(1.9). Usually hospital employees showed high degree of stability, while, their satisfaction on promotion possibility is quite low due to specially differentiated structures of hospitals. The degree of satisfaction on the internal conditions of organizational culture was relatively higher as 2.92: They were co-worker's support(3.69), supervisory support(3.15), role conflict(2.64) and welfare(2.17) in order. The satisfaction on welfare as an economic condition was the lowest. 2. Personal Variables The level of satisfaction on personal variables was 3.27 which seemed to be quite high: Contribution to the hospital(3.38), attitude on job performance(3.28) and pride as a member of the hospital(3.07). They seem to believe that their work has been helpful to the performance of hospitals. 3. Environmental Variables The degree of satisfaction on these variables was 3.07 on the average which was derived from environmental factors such as family-role conflict and community support related to hospital employees' environment. The order of satisfaction for each variable is community support(3.2) and family-role conflict(2.94). They turned out to be fairly satisfied with their job in community and yet, they wanted more spare time to spend with their family.

소비자의 내적 정보량과 구매전 탐색이 구매후 만족에 미치는 영향 -컴퓨터 구매행동을 중심으로- (The Effects of Internal Information and Prepurchase Search on Consumer Satisfaction -Focus on Purchasing Computer-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the extent of information search on consumer satisfaction and to provide, ultimatly, effective consumer search for consumer satisfaction. Data for this study were collected from 452 computer purchasers who living in Seoul. This study has focused on new computer purchasers. The amount of internal information was measured by three categories, such as the number of computer purchase, the frequency, duration of computer use and the degree of computer education. In addition, the amount of prepurchase search was measured by threecategories, such as neutral information, commercial information and private information. The research results shows that the variables affecting on the level of consumer satisfaction are objective search, the degree of computer education, the frequency and duration of computer use, the number of computer purchase. Meanwhile, commercial information search and private information search are not significant affecting variables on the level of consumer satisfaction.

병원의 설립이념 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Cognition of Mission Statement of Hospitals on the Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of study is to research employees cognizing their hospital mission statement impact on their job satisfaction. Survey was conducted with 100 employees as samples, totaling 400 samples from four of religious general hospitals located in Busan, Gyeongsang Namdo and Gyeongsang Bukdo. The survey data was statistically analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis. Summary of study results are as follows: First, the degree of cognizance of mission statement showed significant differences by age, education, religion, job categories and experience of employees. Second, the degree of job satisfaction showed significant differences by age, education and experience of employees. Finally, significant correlation existed between employees' cognition of mission statement and their job satisfaction.

친환경농산물 소비의 속성별 만족도 및 요인 분석 (An Analysis on Consumer's Satisfaction Attributes and factors of Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products)

  • The objectives of this study were to find out determinant attributes of selecting Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products (EFAP) and to analyze the degree of consumer's satisfaction by using factor analysis. To identify determinant attributes of EFAP, a series of household surveys were conducted on housewives residing in Seoul. The sample size of the survey is 247 respectively. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, the degree of consumer's satisfaction and loyalty is higher than before. Secondly, the consumers recognized that the most important attributes in selecting EFAP is a 'taste'. Thirdly, 'price policy', 'diversity of purchasing items' and 'package design' will continuously speed up the development of EFAP in order to improve the consumer's satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 고객만족모형의 선정에 있어 재구매 의사와 예측타당성을 체계적으로 검토하려는 시도이다. 일반적으로 고객만족의 측정을 위해서는 단일항목척도와 복수항목척도를 사용하고 있다. 그러나 고객이 제품특성을 잘 모르는 경우는 이용하는 모형이나 측정방법에 따라 계산된 지수의 신뢰성이나 구매의도와의 상관관계는 높지 않는 경우가 발생한다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 통상적으로 활용되는 고객만족지수의 다양한 측정방법들에 대해 예측타당성을 검토하여 적절한 모형을 찾아내려는 시도이다.

Electronic Questionnaire of Organizational Citizenship, Job Satisfaction and Their Relationship to Performance Quality for Physical Education Teachers in the Western Region - KSA

  • The research aims to identify the degree of the organizational citizenship, satisfaction and performance quality of the teachers and relationship between organizational citizenship, job satisfaction and performance quality for physical education teachers . The researcher used the descriptive method, The participants were (195) teachers. The researcher conducted the research main study in the period from 05/12/2022 to 30/12/2022 use the website to distribute and collect the questionnaire: https://www.surveymonkey.com. The researcher used the computer in the statistical processing, using the SPSS statistical program, and the following methods: Mean, SD, percentages, Correlation Coefficient, Alpha Cronbach coefficient, differences Indicator using chi2 . Conclusions: There is high degree of organizational citizenship behavior practices, job satisfaction and performance quality for some teachers at the schools. Recommendation the importance of enhancing the organizational citizenship behavior in schools, according to the positive effects of these behaviors on the individual and group performances.
