APQP와 DFSS를 연계한 자동차부품연구개발 단계에서 품질보증에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality Assurance in Auto-parts Research & Development Stage with APQP and DFSS)

  • Today, due to the global recession car sales have been decreased rapidly and auto makers are competing continuously to expand their market share. Automakers are struggling in order to secure competitive cost and quality through continuous cost reduction and quality innovation activities to win in the competition. In this situation, auto parts makers are trying to reinforce price competitiveness by reducing COPQ (Cost Of Poor Quality) in the mass production stages by securing the quality of components in advance from the design stage through DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) activities which is 6 sigma approach in the R&D field. However, auto parts makers have been undergone various confusion, feeling difficulties to get interrelationship among various activities. Thus, this study is going to suggest approach method for much more effective R&D activities by securing interrelationship between ISO/TS 16949 system established in the auto parts industry and DFSS activities.

도심지 상업지역의 정부 지원사업 효과 분석 (Government-funded Projects' Effects in Revitalizing the Urban Commercial District for Small and Medium Retail Merchants)

  • Purpose - This study reviews the achievements of a pilot project for the revitalization of a commercial district performed for three years after its establishment in 2011. The project for the revitalization of the commercial district was performed to create a new local community space in connection with the traditional market and nearby districts. Although it was a pilot project, the project for the revitalization of the commercial district has been performed for almost three years. Therefore, this seems a proper time to conduct an interim evaluation of the project. This study aims to review and evaluate how the government support policy is influential for the revitalization of the commercial district. In other words, this research aims to identify what projects positively affected consumers' intention to revisit the downtown commercial area among the commercial district revitalization projects-promotion events, promotion activities, education, merchants cooperation system, IT projects, cultural events, and residents' communication. Research design, data, and methodology - This study designated seven management improvement projects affecting commercial district revitalization based on preceding studies. The survey of the degree of satisfaction on seven management improvement projects was executed targeting consumers who visited the commercial areas. Additionally, visitors' revisit intentions regarding currently visited commercial areas were also investigated. Therefore, revisit intention was set as a dependent variable and the satisfaction degrees of the respective management improvement projects were set as the independent variables. A total of 1,209 consumers were examined in six districts in the country. Result - Multiple regression analysis results showed that cultural events, education, the merchants' cooperation system, and IT projects brought statistically significant effects to the revisit intentions of consumers. In contrast, promotion events, resident communication projects, and promotion activities did not affect the revisit intentions of consumers. Particularly, the residents' communication project did not show significant influence because of consumers' recognition that it is similar to a cultural event. Conclusion - The following implications for the revitalization of business districts in the urban central area are drawn. From a general perspective, the businesses of culture, education, and cooperative system among seven businesses play positive roles regarding the intention to revisit so that the project is required to be promoted periodically through unique performances differentiated for each district, the merchant training reinforced for professionalism, and the expansion of joint events of merchants. Moreover, the sales promotion project and public relations activity are shown to be not influential to the intention to revisit. Therefore, while short-term sales promotion such as one-time gift events are required, sales promotion and public relation activities to induce revisits by mileage savings and accumulated gift presentation to attract long-term customers are required. The IT business is positively influential to the intention of revisit. Therefore, detailed information on the revitalized commercial district should be provided and additional functions such as discount coupons for continuous utilization should be included in the mobile app and the website.

화장품업체의 내부마케팅이 방문판매원의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성 및 판매성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Internal Marketing of Cosmetic Retailers on Door-to-Door Salesperson's Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment, Customer Orientation and Sales Performance)

  • This study tried to find out implementation factors of internal marketing for a cosmetic retailer, and to look into their effects on Salesperson's job satisfaction, organization commitment, customer orientation and sales performance. For this, this study inquired into the concepts and relationships of internal marketing, job satisfaction, organization commitment, customer orientation and sales performance through literature review; and tested the relationships between the variables by setting up a research model and hypotheses. The findings of this study may be summarized as follows: First, it was found that the better the education & training, the supervisor support and the compensation system among internal marketing factors of a cosmetic retailer were, the higher a door-to-door salesperson's job satisfaction was. Second, it was found that the better internal communication and the education & training among internal marketing factors of a cosmetic retailer were, the higher a door-to-door salesperson's organization commitment was. Third, the higher the job satisfaction of a door-to-door salesperson in a cosmetic retailer was, the higher the organization commitment was. Fourth, it was found that the higher the organization commitment of a door-to-door salesperson in a cosmetic retailer was, the higher the customer orientation was. Fifth, it was found that the higher the organization commitment and customer orientation of a door-to-door salesperson in a cosmetic retailer were, the higher the sales performance was. In conclusion, the internal marketing increases door-to-door Salesperson's job satisfaction, and enhances the sense of belonging to their cosmetic retailer. Further, they come to have a customer-oriented attitude in serving customers, which is directly connected to sales performance, and thus the retailer can create profits through internal marketing. Therefore, a cosmetic retailer will need to strengthen internal communication activities through diverse methods, expand and activate employees' professional education, and develop fair and just compensation system; and supervisors will need to give support to employees, trusting their judgment.

공간정보산업 융·복합부문 탐색 및 시장규모 전망 연구 (The Exploration of Intersectoral Convergence of Spatial Information Industry and Forecast of its Market Size)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공간정보기업의 거래정보를 토대로 공간정보산업의 융·복합부문 탐색과 표면상무관회귀모형을 이용한 동 산업의 시장규모 전망이다. 공간정보산업조사 통계에서 확인할 수 없는 공간정보 융·복합부문은 한국기업데이터의 사업체DB(2010~2019년)를 이용하여 공간정보 관련 핵심키워드를 검색하여 상품별 구매 및 판매데이터를 확보하여 분석하였다. 공간정보사업체의 융·복합은 서울 특정구와 일부 경기도권역과의 가치사슬 간 거래관계에서 나타났다. 해당 융·복합 사업체는 가치사슬 2(활용·서비스)&3(융·복합)단계의 매출액이 가장 크고, 가치사슬 1(생산·구축)&2단계와 2&3단계의 융·복합은 2010년 대비 2019년 매출은 약 2배 가량 상승하였다. 2019년 통계청 기준 공간정보산업의 총매출액은 약 8조원으로 발표되었으나, 본 연구에서는 공간정보산업의 총매출액은 23~27조원, 융·복합 활동을 고려할 때 28~47조원으로 추정되었다. 마지막으로 공간정보산업 미래 시장규모예측을 위하여 표면상무관회귀(SUR: Seemingly Unrelated Regression)모형을 이용하여 2025년 및 2030년에 시나리오 1(인구증가율 0.38%, 2020~2024년), 0.07%(2026~2030년)을 적용할 경우, 공간정보산업 매출액은 -0.37% ~ 0.069% 감소하였다. 동 기간 시나리오 2(평균임금상승률 1.2%)를 적용하면 공간정보산업 매출액은 2.326% ~ 12.185% 증가하였다. 즉, 공간정보산업의 매출액은 노동, 총요소 생산성 및 자본 생산성의 함수이며, 특히 노동생산성과 연구개발 등의 총요소생산성을 제고하는 방향의 정책개발과 대안 수립 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다.

시계열 자료의 데이터마이닝을 통한 한국산업표준의 제정과 활용 분석 (Analysis of Enactment and Utilization of Korean Industrial Standards(KS) by Time Series Data Mining)

  • 표준은 산업발전 및 무역 자유화의 기반이며 사회 경제적인 효율을 향상시키는 중요한 수단이다. 표준과 관련된 정책은 국가적인 차원에서 중요한 이슈 중 하나가 되고 있으며, 이에 따라 산업 분야별 한국산업표준 제정과 활용에 대한 분석은 표준과 관련된 연구에서 중요한 부분이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 분야별 KS 보유 및 제정현황 분석 그리고 열람실적을 이용하여 표준의 활용도를 분석한다. 먼저 KS의 보유현황을 국가정책적인 이슈와 함께 살펴보고, 세부적으로 KS 제정현황이 유사한 분야들은 무엇인지 파악하기 위해 다차원 척도법을 이용하여 시각화 및 군집화를 실시한다. 이후 각 군집별 제정현황이 유사한 분야들의 표준화 제정활동에 영향을 미치는 결정요인이 무엇인지 가설설정에 따른 회귀분석을 실시한다. 연구결과 자본집약도, 연구개발 그리고 매출액이 표준화 제정활동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 정부는 자본집약도가 큰 기업들이 표준화 과정에서 선도적 역할을 유도하고, 연구개발에 따른 표준과 기술특허 등을 정책적으로 연계시키며, 매출액이 큰 기업들이 표준화 활동을 선도하도록 지원정책을 수립해야 한다. 두 번째로 표준의 활용도를 분석하기 위해, KS 열람실적 데이터를 사용하며, 각 KS의 제정연도, 형태 분야별 활용도가 어떻게 다른지 기초통계분석과 의사결정나무를 사용하여 분석을 수행한다. 그 결과 표준의 제정시기가 활용도에 영향을 크게 미치며, 특정 분야와 형태의 KS들은 최근에 제정되었더라도 활용도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 열람실적이 낮은 표준들에 대한 홍보 정책과 함께, 표준을 제정할 때 미열람되는 표준이 적어지도록 활용도를 고려하는 정책을 수립해야 한다.

Smart Store in Smart City: 소비자 감성기반 상권분석 시스템 개발 (Smart Store in Smart City: The Development of Smart Trade Area Analysis System Based on Consumer Sentiments)

  • 본 연구는 소비자들이 상권에 대하여 수행하는 웹 탐색 활동과 감성평가를 반영하는 데이터인 지역구 연관감성어휘를 기반으로 서울시 내 대형 상업 공간으로 정의할 수 있는 각 지역구 간의 연관 감성 네트워크에 대하여 소셜 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 나아가 도출한 소셜 네트워크 지표를 지역구 공공 데이터와 결합하여 보다 다각적 측면을 고려한 지역구 상권의 매출액에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검증하였고 그 영향력의 변화 또한 확인해 보았다. 정적 데이터로 표현되는 공공 데이터만을 통해 구성된 모형으로도 높은 설명력을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었으나, 소셜 네트워크 분석 결과로 도출된 네트워크 지표와 결합된 모형에서는 그 설명력이 더욱 향상된 것이 확인되었다. 공공 데이터에 대한 회귀 분석 결과, 투입된 22개의 요인들 중 '골목 상권 수,' '1인당 거주면적,' '주거환경만족도,' '거래증감률,' '3년 이상 생존율'의 5개의 요인이 지역구 상권 매출액에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 이후 공공 데이터와 네트워크 지표 결합 모형에서 투입된 지표들은 '에고 네트워크의 밀도,' '연결 중심성,' '근접 중심성,' '매개 중심성,' '아이겐벡터 중심성'이며, 이 중 '연결 중심성'과 '아이겐벡터 중심성'이 매출액에 유의한 영향을 미치며 모형 내에서 가장 높은 영향력을 보유한 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 각 상권이 소비자가 원하는 감성을 고려한 도시 전략 계획 수립과 이행의 실증적 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 상권에 진입하거나 재창업하는 자영업자나 잠재 창업자를 바탕으로 지역구 상권이 보유한 감성과 그 관계 구조를 고려한 상권 진입 방향성을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we tried to develop the fundamental quality assurance procedures that can be applicable to the new-product design stage, to the production stage and to the after-sales stage of the production system.

Servitization and Manufacturing Firms' Performance: Korean Firm-Level Data Evidence

  • Does servitization improve manufacturing firms' performance, and in what condition? Following the seminal work of Crozet and Milet (2017), this study analyzes disaggregated firm-level data that covers 40,000 South Korean manufacturing firms surveyed by the Survey of Business Activities of Korea. We compute firm-level servitization intensity with available sales data of each firm by two-digit SIC sub-sectors. We find two novel empirical regularities: Korean servitization intensity distribution shows a very different shape from the French benchmark; Servitized firms tend to perform higher profitability and higher productivity than non-servitized firms.

국내 패션기업의 CSR 활동 -기업 웹사이트를 중심으로- (Corporate Social Responsibility -Contents Analysis of Korean Fashion Corporations Websites-)

  • This study explores the CSR activities of Korean fashion corporations. A contents analysis of corporate websites was carried out to investigate the structure and function of their websites and the activity dimensions related to the CSR of Korean fashion corporations. The subjects were the Korean top 100 fashion corporations according to total sales in 2009. The findings throughout the research are as follow. First, a total of 46 corporations created the contents about CSR activities on their websites. A total of 32 of them communicated their CSR activities on the main menu at the intro page of the website. Second, the CSR activities of Korean fashion corporate were classified the 3P dimensions, profit (economic responsibilities), planet (environmental responsibility), and people (social responsibility). We found a total of 228 CSR issues for Korean fashion corporations. The issues included in the people dimension were 71.0%, planet issues 16.7%, and profit issues 12.3%. The most significant issue was the economic support responsibility to social organizations included in the people dimension.

국내외 ESG 사례를 통해 본 중소기업 ESG 경영 활성화 방안 (Strategies to Expand SMEs ESG Management through Domestic and Foreign ESG Cases)

  • Purpose - This study is aim to stimulate ESG management of SMEs in Korea with SWOT analysis. Presently, ESG is also affecting a company's supply chain and sales. We tried to make the complementary point of Korea SMEs through domestic and foreign cases. Design/methodology/approach - We divide foreign cases into three countries, and in Korea, also divide into three groups of government, major companies, SMEs to conduct SWOT analysis. Findings - We confirmed that ESG activities were delayed in Korea compared to overseas, but the government and major companies were responding quickly. However, SMEs are complaining of difficulties in ESG activities due to cost issues and limited information. Nevertheless, some SMEs companies show the possibility by carrying out ESG activities based on their own strengths. Research implications or Originality - We suggested the need for SMEs' ESG management. The SMEs are inevitably vulnerable to ESG management compared to other groups. Therefore, We suggested the direction of SMEs ESG management expansion, that are R&D and distribution of eco-friendly activities through collaboration with universities(E), social program to improve working places(S), and expansion of governance that guarantees autonomy(G).
