  • The purpose of this study is to propose the way of decreasing frequently-occurred complaint by offering proper sale information at subscription phase based-on post-occupancy satisfaction survey. For this purpose, questionnaire surveys of residents were conducted to analyze their cognition of apartment sale information at subscription phase. and deduce appropriate sale information. The results can be summarized as followings: 1) It provides well-managed apartment sale information as utilizing checklists which is based on important items that effects on apartment inhabitants' satisfaction in apartment sale marketing. 2) It establishes a specific management standard of proper items of apartment sale information. 3) It manages and provides apartment sale information by making checklists of apartment sale information which consumers needs in their actual necessities.

Smart and Secure Point of Sale Framework with Threat Modeling and Formal Verification

  • Existing PoS (Point of Sale) based payment frameworks are vulnerable as the Payment Application's integrity in the smart phone and PoS are compromised, vulnerable to reverse engineering attacks. In addition to these existing PoS (Point of Sale) based payment frameworks do not perform point-to-point encryption and do not ensure communication security. We propose a Smart and Secure PoS (SSPoS) Framework which overcomes these attacks. Our proposed SSPoS framework ensures point-to-point encryption (P2PE), Application hardening and Application wrapping. SSPoS framework overcomes repackaging attacks. SSPoS framework has very less communication and computation cost. SSPoS framework also addresses Heartbleed vulnerability. SSPoS protocol is successfully verified using Burrows-Abadi-Needham (BAN) logic, so it ensures all the security properties. SSPoS is threat modeled and implemented successfully.

  • The Internet has been developed interactive media for electronic commerce. This progress is affected by the growth and adoption of virtual community technology, real time dialogue, and video conference etc. Recently, 'blogs' are rapidly diffusing to personal media on the internet. In this paper, we first review the previous research relevant to 'blogs', and then analyze the business models for blog systems presented by previous researchers. We develop a yard-sale shopping mall on the basis of analysis, design, and implementation of blog application for e-commerce, using Mcrosoft ASP.Net. This article describes the yard-sale shopping mall on a blog, presents an example of its abilities, and describes planned future research.

  • The contract for the International Sale of Goods is a contract of sale of goods between parties of business in different countries beyond tariff line. In principle, the formation of contracts for the international sale of goods is conventional made through offer and acceptance. Though this principle outwatdly looks simple, They turn out complicated problems as to what is offer or acceptance, especially as to the exact time that contracts go into effect. For that reason, the parties who conclude an international Sales contracts effectively are must understand perfectly in the legal commercial aspects offer or acceptance that become basic elements in the formation contracts for the International Sale of Goods. So, In the thesis I tried to explain principles on the Effective Formation in Contract for the International Sale of Goods based on Revision UCC.

  • Today people are very interested in an electronic commerce based on web according to the rapid growth of Internet and multimedia technology. Buyers want the special services for themselves as they become more reasonable, wiser and deepening the tendency of personality. But today most electronic commerce only serves the catalog of goods which buyers see and choose shapes and standards of goods. It is needed sale agent using sale clerks' knowledge beyond the level of service only offering the information about goods to satisfY buyers. So in this thesis buyers can buy the goods suiting buyers' taste using ISA(lntelligent Sale Agent), sale clerks in cyber in place of sale clerks in actual shops in real world. The use of this kind of intelligent sale agent makes buyers save the time for searching for goods and do shopping suiting buyers' taste.

  • This research used the sales information of the optician's shop located in Dadgu Dongseongro from January 2013 to October 2013. We used the sales information including the sale of glass frame, lens, sunglass, sale price, weekly sale and monthly sale generated in an optician's shop. It is difficult to direct expression for product sales quantity or amount. The sales ratio of the glass frame and sunglasses was very higher than a domestic about the imports. But the sales ratio of the lens was a little bit higher than a domestic about the imports. The glasses price in which it is sold the most was 500,000 won betweens in 300,000 won. The sale was concentrated than a weekday on weekend. While a summer became close, a sale increased and after decreased gradually.

  • This study focuses on the relationship between housing sale prices and Jeonse prices, amid a recent surge of Jeonse price and Jeonse-to-housing sale price ratio. There are many studies about the relationship between house prices and Jeonse, but they couldn't fully explain what makes them spike up. In addition to this relationship, this paper deals with the difference of Jeonse system on regions and price levels. Using Granger causality and Spearman's Correlation Coefficient, the outcome is drawn. As the result, the expected rate for housing sale prices effects on the Jeonse-to-housing sale price ratio. The higher on sale price, the lower the Jeonse-to-housing sale price ratio regarding the region difference.

Analysis of Sales Information of Secondhand Clothing Goods on the C2C Secondhand Trading Platform - Focusing on Content Analysis Using NVivo - (C2C 중고거래 플랫폼에서의 중고의류제품 판매 정보 분석 - NVivo를 활용한 내용 분석을 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to classify the dimensions of the sales information of secondhand clothing goods on the C2C secondhand trading platform and to systematically analyze the components of each dimension. To this end, the NVivo 12.0 qualitative data analysis software was used. The content analysis showed that the sales information of secondhand clothing goods was classified into four dimensions: detailed information of the sale goods, information specific to secondhand clothing goods, seller opinion information, and service information. The components of each dimension were as follows. The detailed information of the sale goods included size, sale price, item, design, brand name, material, color, wearing season, fit, gender, etc. The information specific to secondhand clothing goods included the number of times the item was worn, its purchase history, and product condition. Seller opinion information included product review, sales motivation, notes for the transaction, coordination proposal, and usage proposal. The service information included the transaction mode, exchange·return·refund, and promotion. The frequency analysis showed that the highest frequencies were sale goods(37.47%), information specific to secondhand clothing goods(24.63%), seller opinion information(20.54%), and service information(17.37%). This study will help C2C secondhand trading platform managers or sellers establish clear standards for presenting sales information and developing ideas toward constructing differentiated platform contents.

Chaos analysis of real estate auction sale price rate time series (부동산 경매 낙찰가율 시계열의 Chaos 분석)

  • There has never been research on Chaos analysis using real estate auction sale price rate in Korea. In this study, three Chaos analysis methodologies - Hurst exponent, correlation dimension, and maximum Lyapunov exponent - in order to capture the nonlinear deterministic dynamic system characteristics. High level of Hurst exponent and the extremely low maximum Lyapunov exponent provide the tendency and the persistence of the data. The empirical results give two meaningful facts. First, monthly time lags of the correlation dimension are coincident with the time period from the approval auction start day to the sale price fixing day. Second, its weekly time lags correspond to the time period from the last day of request for sale price allocation to the sale price fixing day. Then, this study potentially examines the predictability of the real estate auction price rate time series.

  • C.I.F. and F.O.B. contracts are the chief terms used in international trade contracts. But, in recently, the multimodal transport which is based on the containerization and the improvement of air transport has been grown gradually, Regardless of theese change in international trade environment, most of the contract of sale is made by C.I.F. and F.O.B. contracts which are based on the traditional port to port transport. In other words, there are some limitation in terms of legal base in which traditional C.I.F. and F.O.B. contract is applied to the changed environment. Especially, problems arised in marine insurance which export by F.O.B. trade terms. Therefore, when the parties of the contracts of sale make an sale contracts by using the container ship and Multimodal Transport, they should use the F.C.A. and C.I.P. contracts Instead of F.O.B. and C.I.F. contracts for the transport of goods. And parties of the contracts of sale need to gain a better understanding of the characteristic of F.C.A. and C.I.P. terms and the problem of the F.C.A. and C.I.P. contracts used in the performance on international multimodal transport.
