높은 투명성과 우수한 자외선 차단성을 갖는 금속산화물 나노입자와 유기계 자외선 차단제 및 폴리머와의 하이브리드화를 통한 고기능 입자를 합성하기 위하여 산화티탄(TiO2)에 유기 자외선차단제를 도입 하였다. 그 결과 UVB영역과 UVA영역을 동시에 차단할 수 있는 유무기 하이브리드화 자외선차단제를 제조하였다.

There have been a lot of marine accident due to the increasing transportation by sea in accordance with economic growth . Accordingly, we are fully aware of the importance of the development of safty control system so that may prevent the sacrifice of life and disasters on the sea. The objective of this research in to investigate the more effective system by establishing the prevention of safety accident and marine information system as a national project.

Construction safety inspections come in a wide variety of types. The types of inspection are, 1) a self-checking and a periodical-checking by contractors, 2) a site inspection by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transprt (MOLIT) or licensing organizations and 3) others. In this situation, there are needs to determine fuction of the safty inspection and roll of stakeholders for the inspection to avoid unnecessary duplication and serious omission. The result of this study indicates a guide line for improving of consturcion safety inspection systems as a fundamental research.

The construction industry has the most safety accidents among domestic industries. Special care must be taken because disasters in the construction industry lead to social problems caused by huge property losses and casualties. As a result of this, there is a growing awareness of disasters occurring in the construction industry, and government departments are tightening regulations on safety management. In particular, the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Agency) focuses on the expansion of protection targets and the clarification of responsibility in the full amendment OSHA. As a result, a study that focuses on safety management by client's responsibility is needed. In this study, the project performance capability assessment of construction project management contractors, which is being carried out with uniform assessment criteria without considering the characteristics of the construction project, is considered and all the amendments to the OSHA are considered, and the factors were derived for improvement measures.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the cognitive function, depression, and health promotion lifestyle changes are maintained or improved through the dementia prevention program when applying the dementia prevention program along with the daily life management program to the elderly with mild cognitive impairment. The study was conducted from April 1 to August 9, 2019, and 30 elderly people with mild cognitive impairment who participated in the dementia prevention program at the Dementia Safty Center in Seoul were studied. The study found that cognitive function (MMSE-DS) and health promotion lifestyle (HPLP-II) were maintained and improved compared to control groups in the experimental group that voluntarily implemented daily life management programs along with dementia prevention programs, and that depression (SF-GDS) decreased. Therefore, based on the results of this study, in future studies, we hope to develop a variety of voluntary daily life management programs to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the dementia prevention program for a long period of time. I hope that the prospective study will be done.

Objective: There have not been so many study about the quality of acupuncture needle tip. In order to ensure safe acupuncture treatment, the quality of needle tip is essential. Therefore we investigated the current condition of the tip of the acupuncture needles in Korea. Methods: We have selected the needles that made by 8 companies in Korea, and selected 50 pieces from 1000 pieces each company by randomized methods. and observed the tip of each needle using a scanning electron microscope at ${\times}800$ magnification. Results & Discussion: We found that needles had several defects such as scratch marks on the surface, metallic scuff, lumps and irregularities of the needle tips, stubbed or malformed tips, tips of point off-center, peeled off coated tips. There was much difference on the quality of needle among the manufacturer, and some needles seem to need to do- thorough quality control. It is necessary to intensify quality management and a concentrated control on manufacturing process of acupuncture needles.

물/유기용매의 혼합용액에 키토산을 분산시키고 이 현탁액에 글리시딜 트리알킬 암모늄염, 글리시딜 아릴염 등의 에테르 시약을 상온에서 현탁상태로 반응시켜 4급화 키토산을 제조하는 새로은 방법을 개발하였다. 이 방법으로 합성한 결과 수득율이 90%이상이었으며 후처리과정이 필요없었다. 4급화 키토산의 균에 대한 최소저지농도(MIC)를 조사한 결과 E. coli O157:H7 균주의 MIC는 0.007%-0.01%(70-100ppm)로 추정되었고 V. vulnificus 균주의 MIC는 0.005%(50ppm)정도이고 V.vulnificus 균주의 MIC는 0.007%(70ppm)이었다. 작물에 대한 항균성을 알아보기 위하여 4N-키토산의 항균 활성만이 검정되었는데, 4N-키토산은 고추 역병균인 P. capsici에 대하여 가장 높은 항균 활성을 보여 4,000 ppm에서부터 키토산 무첨가 대조구에 비하여 항균활성을 보였으며 P. capsici보다는 약하지만 잿빛곰팡이병균 B. cinerea에 대하여도 약간의 항균 활성을 보이고 있어, 16,000 ppm에서는 항균서이 뚜렷이 나타났으나 고추 탄저병균인 C. gloeosporioides에 대해서는 16,000 ppm 이라는 높은 농도에서도 항균 활성을 전혀 보이고 있지 않았다.

It is important to collect and analyze the data from the traffic accident analysis system and the National Statistical Office to reduce the traffic accident rate of the elderly, who are the weakest. In particular, it is more important to analyze the data in areas where the elderly population is large and where accidents occur frequently. This paper visualizes and analyzes the data of elderly traffic accidents that occurred in recent 5 years in the area where many elderly people live in Buyeo-gun. The elderly traffic accident type, accident area, and location data of the elderly can be useful for the improvement measures and related decision making to reduce the elderly traffic accidents.

A network of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) will be required to carry the traffics(CVR, VBR, UBR. ABR) generated by a wide range of services ATM services the Quality-of-Service (QoS) management of traffice sources and bandwidth. Besides efficiency and throughput, the security services are achieved in the traffic sent in ATM network. In this paper, the scheduler evaluate and the packets sent in ATM security group. The scheduler transmits the safty packet, drop the unsafty packet and evaluate mark packet as the requirement of the delay. In this paper, we propose the scheduling algorithm of mark packet which evaluates the packet. The suggested model performance of the firewall switch is estimate simulation in terms of the delay by computer.

The purpose of this study was to identify nursing interventions performed by pediatric care unit nurses. For data collection this study used the taxonomy of Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC : 486 nursing intervention) which was modified by McCloskey & Bulecheck(2000). The 419 nursing interventions were selected by panel group, which consist of pediatric clinical experts and nursing scholars. The data were collected 104 nurses of pediatric care unit. There were 158 nursing interventions identified as being used at least monthly 50％ or more of the nurses. The 32 nursing interventions were used at least daily, indication a set of core interventions unique to pediatric care unit practice. The most frequently used nursing interventions were 'Medication administration: intravenous' & 'Medication administration: oral'. The 27 nursing interventions were rarely performed by 90％ or more of the nurses. The rarely used interventions were 'Ostomy care' & 'Rectal prolaps management'. The domain received the highest mean score was Health System, followed by Physiolocal: complex, Physiolocal: Basic, Safty, Community, Family, Behavior domain. These findings will help in building of a standardized language for the pediatric care units and enhance the quality of nursing care.
