Recent abnormal climate has increased the frequent of heavy rains and floods, and over 100 people have been killed in the last decade caused by these. In the midst of severe flood disasters, safety education to learn how to respond and evacuate them has become important. The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and effective education types for the flood disaster school safety education. This study shows Analysis the current state of school safety education based on the 7 standards of school safety education, especially in disaster safety categories through the survey of secondary school teachers and students. And a desirable form of flood safety education was derived by analysis of awareness of flood disaster safety education and their educational needs. More than 70% of teachers and students hoped for a experience-based flood disaster safety education, they wanted to learn once a year, one hour from a safety education specialist in experience facilities. As for the contents of the training, they wanted to experience evacuation in the event of flood disaster, and also wanted education related to survival swimming. The most necessary thing for the establishment of experience-based disaster safety education was the expansion of experience facilities.

Korean apartment buildings have been manhattanized and enlarged, but it caused increase of fire accidents. Fire accidents such as Uijeongbu apartment fire(2015), and Ssangmoon apartment fire(2016) caused many deads because of a lack of emergency exit route awareness. Follow to advanced research, conducted suervey on fire safety awareness. On this study, it will present the basic data based on the result of the survey to secure the life.

Background: Increasing workplace health-care perception has become a major issue in the world. Most of the health-related problems are faced because of the lack of health management instruments. The level of health care can be improved through workplace health well-being regulations. The aim of the present study is to formulate a conceptual model of physical checkup. Methods: This study applied conceptual theories and figures and used secondary data from articles and relevant websites for evaluating the validity of the study. Results: Annual health checkup increases health-care awareness perception of states, organizations, employees, and their families and manages the annual health record of employees, organizations, and states. Conclusions: Health care and awareness perception of states, organizations, employees, and families improves with annual health checkup, and annual health checkup also prevents unhealthy acts.

This study investigated the effect of the level of ethics in food manufacturing of agricultural products processing companies on food safety and product trust. In general, a company's food manufacturing ethics is complex, includes social responsibility, and has a potential impact on stakeholders. The main implications summarized based on the analysis results are the expansion of the HACCP application of the agricultural product processing system, the production of safe agri-food that fulfills social responsibilities with an ethical awareness, including entrepreneurial awareness, from raw materials to processing, packaging, and distribution from a long-term perspective. It was found that it was necessary to secure product trust and to provide education, consulting and management on ethical awareness.

This study examined the influence of social responsibility awareness (economic and social-environmental responsibility) and trust in corporate social responsibility on sustainable diets. The subjects of the study were 468 university students. The main research results were as follows. First, the social responsibility awareness of the study subjects was 4.03±0.72 points for economic responsibility and 3.48±0.81 points for social-environmental responsibility. An awareness of economic responsibility showed differences according to gender. Trust in corporate social responsibility was 3.62±0.61 points, and there was no statistical significance based on gender. Second, the level of a sustainable diet was food safety and consideration (4.06±0.63), knowledge of the environment and diet (3.94±0.68), understanding of the food circulation system (3.45±0.77), and healthy diet (3.26±0.89). Among the factors influencing a sustainable diet, female students had higher attitudes toward food safety and consideration and understanding of the food circulation system than male students. Third, the social responsibility awareness (economic responsibility and social-environmental responsibility) and corporate social responsibility trust variables influenced university students' sustainable diet. Among these, social-environmental responsibility awareness had the highest influence.

In this paper, we propose a method to investigate the safety consciousness of a analyst incident response. This study conducted a statistical survey on 154 analysts who hired as expert in environment monitoring organizations in South Korea. The results of the analyses showed that respondents had good awareness on the equipment incident response and complied with laboratory safety regulations very well. Secondly, respondents were aware of the importance in the order of equipment incident response, an analytical laboratory incident response, and the cause of a chemical substance associated incident in an analytical laboratory in regarding the regulation compliance for creating a safe laboratory environment and the securement of laboratory safety. Therefore, (it was identified that) it would be necessary to create a safe environment and integrate a safety management system.

This study examined the consumers' awareness and information need toward the irradiated foods and environmental hormones. The data were collected from 350 adults living in Daegu and Busan by the self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies and chi-square tests were conducted by SPSS. The results of the survey were as follows: (1) consumers' awareness regarding the irradiated foods and environmental hormones were low, while consumers' concerns for them were high, (2) the orders of the information needs for the irradiated foods are safety of irradiated foods, dose permitted for food irradiation, benefits of irradiated foods, kinds of permitted irradiated foods, and legislations of food irradiation, and (3) the orders of the information needs for the environmental hormones are harmfulness of environmental hormones, standards for contamination by environmental hormones, materials releasing environmental hormones, methods to prevent environmental hormones, and kinds of environmental hormones.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of risk awareness on injury experience in quick delivery service workers. Risk awareness has complicate characteristics such as its level of worker and worker's decision about the level of other's risk perception. Data were collected by interview survey with structured questionnaire about injury experience, risk perception, work characteristics, and socio-demographic characteristics of quick delivery service workers by cross sectional survey design in 2012. The sample size was 120 respondent of quick delivery service workers. Statistical method for this study was hierarchical logistic regression method with 3 different models using socio-demographic characteristics and work characteristics and risk perception, etc. The difference between the level of risk perception of quick delivery service and other's was statistically significant effect on the experience of injury. Especially the higher the level of risk perception of quick delivery service workers is than other's, the lower the injury experience of quick delivery service worker is. The limitation of this study can be found in survey design. The future study for investigation of mechanism of the combined effect of risk perception of quick delivery service workers and others on injury experience.

This study examined awareness and information acquisition behavior regarding food hygiene and safety and information search behavior of college students. The sample was obtained from 284 students in Yeungnam region through a self-administered questionnaire. To describe characteristics of the respondents, frequency distributions were used. In addition, $t$ tests, analysis of variance and Duncan multiple range tests were conducted. Data were analyzed by SPSS Windows V.18.0. The results of the study were as follows: (1) most respondents were concerned about food hygiene and safety. They were mostly interested in the expiration date label on breads, milk/dairy products, fish products and meat products, and price of cookies. Many respondents answered that foods produced and distributed in Korea were not safe. The respondents were most worried about endocrine disruptors among various food risk factors. The respondents received information on food hygiene and safety from blogs, mini-homepages, or Kin-searches on the Internet, electronic media, and food labeling in decreasing order.

Rotorcraft operating in the domestic aviation safety techniques are applied CRM training is conducted but, aircraft accidents caused by human factors has not shown a declining trend. Thus, knowledge of aviation safety and human factors for the spread of awareness of improved rotorcraft flight operations department managers to understand the complexity of nature and culture, and to perform high-risk mission helicopter pilot study of local activation and enhance safety awareness research was conducted in order to. In this study, the development direction of CRM training studies in order to identify the leading NOTECHS (Non-Technical Skills; non-technical pilot skills) of the four categories as the independent variable and the dependent variable corresponding to the resulting effect on the key variables awareness of the differences were studied. In addition, the direction and strength of the relationship were analyzed to determine the relationship of each independent variable to assess the impact on the dependent variable regression analysis was performed. Pilot training and evaluation of non-technical skills related to the teaching reflected in the CRM training and assessment must be carried out with 5 star rating scale was preferred. Therefore, to meet our country rotorcraft operating environment 'NOTECHS' aviation safety by developing training programs reflected in the educational process, implementation, and periodic training and assessment is done in future research on this analysis and feedback is done to reflect the specific performance expect.
