도시철도 시설물 점검 방법 및 주기 개선방안 - 궤도시설물 점검 중심으로 - (A Improvement Plan for Inspection Method about the Urban Railway Facilities and Cycle)

  • Seoul subway is an safety, quick, and clean public transportation to secure citizens safety. One of the most important elements of train is optimizing railroad function and need to conform railroad inspection for function maintenance. Railroad is the most biggest part of the railroad facility and it is a structure which requires sustainable maintenance. The purpose of study is to improve domestic metropolitan railroad facility inspection method and period. For this, we refer documents about present roving method, roving members and period of railroad roving. In addition, analyzed problems of railroad roving investigation method and period by examining the type and standards of railroad investigation and interviewing experts. By this, we analyzed improving plan and expectations of railroad maintenance and repair operation.

STS304 열화재의 부식및 부 식피로특성 (Corrosion and Corrosion Fatigue Characteristics of Artificially Sensitized STS 304)

  • Stainless steel is useful material for various industrial facilities such as the nuclear and steam power plant and the heavy chemical industry due to its good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. However, it has also a large problem that is sensitized in the welding process and its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties decreases by sensitization. Thus, corrosion and corrosion fatigue characteristics of artificially sensitized austenitic STS304 were investigated through the EPR test and corrosion fatigue test. Obtained results are as follows: 1) According to the sensitizing period increase, Cr deficiency layer is linearly expanded. 2) Degree of sensitization(Ia/Ir) proportionally increased with sensitizing period. However, after 4hrs, it showed constant value. 3) Cr-carbide($Cr_{23}C_6$) in the grain boundary increased as sensitizing period increases until six hours. 4) corrosion fatigue strength of sensitized STS304 were remarkably reduced compare to non-sensitized ones.

Seismic Capacity Required for the Safety Limit Design of High-rise RC Buildings under Long-period Ground Motions in Osaka, JAPAN and its Estimation Based on the Equivalent Linearization Method

  • In June 2016, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) in Japan delivered countermeasures against long-period ground motions caused by strong earthquakes along the Nankai trough. However, the countermeasures do not cover high-rise buildings equal to or shorter than 60 m in height, which do not require earthquake response analyses in the seismic design. Hence, in the present study, earthquake response analyses for such high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) buildings were performed under artificial ground motions assumed in the OS1 and OS2 regions to determine the base shear coefficients that satisfy a given safety demand. Furthermore, the results from the earthquake response analyses were estimated by the authors' proposed method based on the equivalent linearization method, showing good agreement and inspiring suggestions for more accurate and simplified estimations.

  • This paper describes how to measure the running safety using vibration accelerometers theoretically, and considers the effect of vibration parameters, such as amplitude and period, on the running safety by numerical analysis, which shows that the running safety are decreased as those parameters are increased.

  • 지금까지 연구된 피복석의 부분안전계수는 각 확률변수가 독립이라고 가정하여 계산하였다. 하지만 피복석의 안정공식 중 van der Meer 공식에서 파형경사와 파고는 독립이 아니며 상관성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들의 상관성을 고려한 부분안전계수를 산정하였고 이를 상관성을 고려하지 않은 다른 연구자들의 결과와 비교하였다. 파고와 파형경사의 상관성은 주기의 변동성과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 주기의 변동성이 작아짐에 따라 파고와 파형경사의 상관성은 커지며, 상관성 고려 여부에 따른 계산 결과의 차이가 커진다. 따라서 주기의 변동성이 작은 지역에서는 상관성을 충분히 검토하여 부분안전계수를 산정해야 할 것이다.

지역별 기본풍속과 공사기간을 반영한 시스템 동바리 설계 풍하중 분석 (Analysis of Design Wind Load Level for System Supports Considering Local Basic Wind Velocity and Construction Period)

  • This study evaluated wind loads considering a local basic wind velocity and construction periods to define the level of applied wind loads for system supports. Structural responses of system supports were examined and compared to those of system supports with the level of wind loads following various standards and specifications for permanent and temporary structures. And, the maximum combined stress ratios were estimated to evaluate the structural safety of a considered system support. From results, it was found that the wind load level should be applied in accordance with construction periods when estimating the safety of system supports. Looking into the response by change of the basic wind velocity according to local regions, it is no need to consider wind loads in regions with the basic wind velocity of 30 m/s. However, it was analyzed that wind loads should be considered in the regions with the basic wind velocity of 40 m/s or above. In addition, wind loads should be considered in designing system supports located at the region with the basic wind velocity of 35 m/s starting from construction period of 1.5 years. The standard specification for temporary work was analyzed as an incorrect standard in evaluating wind loads, since it underestimated the response of system supports in accordance with the local basic wind velocity and construction periods.

장주기구조물의 탄소성응답특성을 고려한 지진안전성 평가 (Seismic Safety Assessment of Long Period Structures Base on Elastic/Inelastic Response Characteristics)

  • 지진별 특성이 사회간접시설에 미치는 영향을 평가하는 것은 내진성능의 향상을 위해 중요한 검토사항이다. 이 연구에서는 근거리 및 원거리 지진의 특성을 고려하여 장주기 골조구조물의 구조거동을 합리적으로 평가하는 방법을 비교분석하였다. 이를 위해서 입력지진동의 영향을 명확하게 반영할 수 있는 대상구조물을 선정하여 탄성 및 비탄성 시간이력해석을 수행하였다. 수치해석결과를 바탕으로 지진특성에 따른 전단력, 모멘트, 가속도 및 변위응답의 분포양상을 검토하고 차이점을 분석하였다. 또한 대상구조물의 비탄성 거동을 파악하기 위해서 소성힌지의 발생순서를 모사운용하여 붕괴발생모드를 해석하였다. 이 연구결과는 장주기 골조구조물의 내진안전성 평가를 위한 효율적인 방법을 제시하고 근거리 지진의 안전성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

방사선 발생장치 제조업체 및 의료기관 종사자의 방사선 관리에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천 (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Radiation Management among Radiation Generating Device Manufacturers and Medical Personnel)

  • 이 연구는 방사선 발생장치 제조업체 종사자와 의료기관 종사자들 간의 방사선안전관리에 대한 인식을 알아보고 적극적인 대처능력과 안전수준을 향상시키는데 기초자료로 활용하기 위하여 연구조사하게 되었다. 방사선에 대한 지식, 태도 실천 점수는 성별, 연령, 결혼상태, 직종, 직위, 현 직장근무기간, 직장 총 근무기간, 방사선 관련 유사업무 유무, 매뉴얼 비치 여부, 방어 시설유지 여부, 방어 장비보유 수, 방사선 안전교육 여부, 특수건강검진 여부, 방사선 용어인지 여부와 관련이 있었으며, 특히 방사선 관련 직종에서 방사선사의 지식 점수가 가장 높았다(p<0.05). 방사선 안전관리는 방사선제조업체 종사자 및 의료기관 종사자 모두 방사선 노출에 적극적인 방어 노력이 필요하며방사선 안전관리를 위해서는 지침 준수, 주기적인 교육, 시설보강, 매뉴얼 작성, 특수 건강검진 등 제도적 장치가 필요하다.

  • Safety is soaring up as a core value in accordance with the recent improvement of operating speed & incidents. rolling stock is a kind of system which works together with several components. one component has an effect on the sub-system, which can cause to the train safety operation, therefore reliability management of the major components of rolling stock is a kind of solution to the safety operation of train, but realistically maintenance in korea performed based on period rather than TBO of major components, but Japan does new maintenance system based on the major components, which optimizes maintenance tasks. actually Japan can apply to new maintenance system because they are ready in planning step but in this study, making a reliability data of major components and review the adaptability of new maintenance system to the rolling stock operating in Ansan line.

  • The adequate design of a passenger car's braking system, which is directly related to the safety of a car, is very important since the safety is an essential design parameter of a car to keep men and car from the damage. The general method to verify the performance and safety of a braking system is still based on the trial-error experiments. However, the design based on experiments costs high and is time-consuming method. So it is desirable to use the numerical analysis method for the reduction of cost and time in the design of a braking system. In this paper, the thermal characteristic of a ventilated disc brake has been analyzed as a function of the car speed and a deceleration during quick braking.
