사업장내 의사소통이 안전의식과 행위에 미치는 영향

  • A major purpose of management or occupational safety is a significant decrease in safety accidents. With this view, the establishment of occupational safety culture and the building of occupational communication network stand out as being more important than the past. This study has analysed the positive effects of occupational safety communication on safety consciousness and action of the employees in workplace. And it is confirmed that the occupational safety communication in workplace is the essential mechanism, through which the workers internalize safety consciousness and act safely. The safety consciousness and action of the employees are formed in safety culture, which is not only legal regulations, but a daily communication network in workplace. In these sense, the building of the occupational safety communication network is decisive for the establishment of safety culture. For these reasons, this study makes the proposition that a firm promotion of occupational communication network is necessary, which connects the safety culture and a effective safety management in workplace.

공통특허분류 분석을 활용한 안전기술융합분야 탐색 : Association Rule Mining(ARM) 접근법 (Exploring Convergence Fields of Safety Technology Using ARM-Based Patent Co-Classification Analysis)

  • As the safety fields are expanding to a variety of industrial fields, safety technology has been developed by convergence between industrial safety fields such as mechanics, ergonomics, electronics, chemistry, construction, and information science. As the technology convergence is facilitating recently advanced safety technology, it is important to explore the trends of safety technology for understanding which industrial technologies have been integrated thus far. For studying the trends of technology, the patent is considered one of the useful sources that has provided the ample information of new technology. The patent has been also used to identify the patterns of technology convergence through various quantitative methods. In this respect, this study aims to identify the convergence patterns and fields of safety technology using association rule mining(ARM)-based patent co-classification(co-class) analysis. The patent co-class data is especially useful for constructing convergence network between technological fields. Through linkages between technological fields, the core and hub classes of convergence network are explored to provide insight into the fields of safety technology. As the representative method for analyzing patent co-class network, the ARM is used to find the likelihood of co-occurrence of patent classes and the ARM network is presented to visualize the convergence network of safety technology. As a result, we find three major convergence fields of safety technology: working safety, medical safety, and vehicle safety.

신경회로망 기반 우리나라 산업안전시스템의 모델링 (Neural Network-based Modeling of Industrial Safety System in Korea)

  • It is extremely important to design safety-guaranteed industrial processes because such process determine the ultimate outcomes of industrial activities, including worker safety. Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in industrial safety involves modeling industrial safety systems by using vast amounts of safety-related data, accident prediction, and accident prevention based on predictions. As a preliminary step toward realizing AI-based industrial safety in Korea, this study discusses neural network-based modeling of industrial safety systems. The input variables that are the most discriminatory relative to the output variables of industrial safety processes are selected using two information-theoretic measures, namely entropy and cross entropy. Normalized frequency and severity of industrial accidents are selected as the output variables. Our simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed neural network model and, therefore, the feasibility of extending the model to include more input and output variables.

재난안전망 앱 보안 체계 구축 (Establishment of a public safety network app security system)

  • 우리나라는 재난안전통신망 개통 초기로 응용서비스 앱에 대한 보안 대응은 아직은 미흡한 실정이기에, 이에 대한 선제적 보안 대응이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 재난안전통신망에서 앱을 유통하는 앱 스토어와 전용 단말에서 앱이 동작되는 안드로이드 운영체제에 대한 잠재적 취약점을 사전 예방하고자 '재난안전망 앱 보안 체계 구축'을 제안하였다. 응용서비스 앱이 재난안전통신망 모바일 앱스토어에 등재하고자 하기 위해서는, 우선 악성 및 정상 앱에 대한 데이터 셋을 구축하여 피쳐를 추출하고 가장 효과적인 AI 모델을 선정하여 정적 및 동적 분석을 수행한다. 분석 결과에 따라 악성 앱이 아닌 경우에 대해서 '안전 앱 인증서'를 인증하여 공인 앱에 대한 신뢰성을 확보한다. 궁극적으로 재난안전통신망 앱의 보안 사각지대를 최소화하고 인증된 앱의 재난안전 응용 서비스 지원으로 재난상황에 대한 통신망의 안전성을 확보할 수 있다.

Web Information Systems for Safety and Health Monitoring in Subway Stations

  • In this study, a framework for web-based information system in VDN environment for safety and health monitoring in subway stations is suggested. Since physical variables that describing safety and health need to be closely monitored in multiple locations in subway stations, concept of distributed monitoring network using wireless media needs to be implemented. Connecting remote wireless sensor network and device (LonWorks) networks to the IP network based on the concept of VDN can provide a powerful, integrated and distributed monitoring performance, making a web-based information system possible.

  • In general, structures in service gradually lose original performance according to time due to initial defects in design and construction, or exposure to unfavorable external conditions such as repeated loading or deteriorating environment, and in extreme cases, may collapse in large disaster. Therefore, in order to maintain the serviceability of structures at optimal level, advanced structure measuring system which can inform optimal time point and method of maintenance is required in addition to accurate prediction of residual life the structure by periodic inspection. To guarantee the safety level of bridge structure and to prevent from disaster, the integration of safety network for bridge structures are needed. Therefore in this study, to enhance the effectiveness of safety network for bridge, the connection methodologies between safety network and pre-installed bridge monitoring system are investigated.

재난안전 분야 핵심 학술지 탐색 및 네트워크 분석 연구 (Study on Determining Core Journals and Network Analysis in the Field of Disaster & Safety)

  • 최근 발생하는 재난의 형태는 복합적이며 대형화되어가고 있는 추세이다. 예고 없이 발생하는 재난에 효과적으로 대비하고 대응하기 위해서는 기존에 활용되는 정형화된 재난안전정보 이외에 재난안전 분야의 학술정보를 활용하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 한국과학기술인용색인DB와 재난안전정보 공유 플랫폼 기술개발 R&D 사업에서 개발한 재난안전정보 분류체계를 활용하여 재난안전 분야 학술지를 식별하고 논문 콘텐트의 데이터 식별 및 전처리를 통해 인용관계 네트워크, 공저 네트워크, 키워드 네트워크를 구축하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 정보 분석 단위별로 구축된 네트워크를 기반으로 재난안전유형별 국내 및 해외 핵심 학술지, 주요 연구기관, 주요 키워드와 개별 정보간의 연결 구조가 자세히 파악되었으며 사례별로 분석 결과를 제시하였다.

방사선 사회안전망 구축이 시민의 안전의식과 안전 문화 정착에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Impact of Building a Radiation Social Safety Network on Citizens' Safety Awareness and Establishment of Safety Culture)

  • 본 연구는 부산에 거주하는 시민을 대상으로 방사선 사회안전망 구축과 시민의 안전의식 및 안전 문화 정착에 대해 조사하여 방사선으로부터 안전한 사회를 조성할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하고자 수행하였다. 자료수집은 온라인 설문을 실시하고, 200부의 설문을 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS Window Ver 28.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 집단 간 차이 검증을 위해 t-test와 일원배치분산분석(one way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 연관성을 확인하기 위하여 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 변수 간 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 다중선형회귀분석(Multiple Linear Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 사회안전망 구축, 시민의 안전의식, 안전 문화 정착에서 성별은 남자, 연령은 20대, 학력은 고등학교 졸업 그룹의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 그중 성별에서 사회안전망 구축은 유의수준 .01, 안전 문화정착은 유의수준 .05에서 통계적 차이를 보였다. 직업에서는 방사선 사회안전망 구축에 대해서 전문직 종사자와 서비스직 종사자가 유의수준 .05에서 통계적 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석 결과 방사선 사회안전망 구축의 하부요인인 '지자체 방사선 안전교육'이 시민의 안전의식과 안전 문화 정착에 정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회안전망 구축과 시민의 안전의식, 안전 문화 정착 간 상관관계 분석 결과 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 따라서, 방사선 사회안전망 구축이 잘되어 있으면 시민의 안전의식과 안전문화 정착에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다.

2018년부터 2021년까지 대한안전경영과학회지의 주제어에 관한 분석 (An Analysis on Keywords in the Journal of Korean Safety Management Science from 2018 to 2021)

  • This study tried to analyze the keywords of the papers published in the Korea Safety Management Science by using the social network analysis. In order to extract the keywords, information on journal articles published from 2018 to 2021 was extracted from the SCIENCE ON. Among the keywords extracted from a total of 129 papers, the keywords with similar meanings were standardized. The keywords used in the same paper were visualized by connecting them through a network. Four centrality indicators of the social network analysis were used to analyze the effect of the keyword. Safety, Safety management, Apartment, Fire hose, SMEs, Virtual reality, Machine learning, Waterproof time, R&D capability, and Job crafting were selected as the keywords analyzed with high influence in the four centrality indicators.
