A preparation method of cobalt supported alumina catalyst for a emergency escape mask cartridge has been studied. Catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method using pre-shaped $\gamma$=alumina powders of 70-100 mesh. The catalyst was tested in a continuous-flow reactor system and characterized by elemental analysis, BET and TGA-DTA techniques. Cobalt shows higher activity than platinum or nickel for carbon monoxide oxidation at room temperature. Optimum loading amount of cobalt was 10 wt.% for CO oxidation and the reaction activity increases gradually with the increase of calcination temperature up to $450^{\circ}C.

This research helps secure the safety of snow boarders in an activity that is currently recognized as a minor specific hobby. The research goal is to develop a new board wear product with intensified safety and activity through the development of a safe and convenient snowboard wear that is wearable in ordinary life. The participants consisted of 31 snowboard club members evaluated from January 12 to January 19 at Eden-valley Ski Resort and Phoenix-park Resort in Korea. The result are as follows. First, what domestic snowboard wear consumers consider design difference and brand recognition a significant priority in choosing snowboard wear versus the functionality or safety of clothes. Second, concerning the evaluation of the developed product, they recognize the necessity of safety gear; however, they demand the convenient use of a safety gear with a fixation that can be attached and detached. A unity-type board wear was developed that enables an attachment and detachment that reflects the evaluation results. In conclusion, this research showed various market possibility of board wear into sports casual wear to be able to make it a fashion product through different design and demand of mixing it with general wear rather than functionality or activity, though board wear is a professional sports wear.

Need safety diagnostic indicator pointer that is objective as estimation basis to be scientific and manages systematically safety existing condition and level for city gas facilities. Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.

Railway safety case is an important measure for demonstrates operating company's capability, commitment and competence in accordance with Railway Regulation 2000 in UK. Safety case describes the scope of operation, definition and boundary of activity, risk analysis, system safety activity, annul safety plan. Relationships between' these components and company's policy, organization, human resource, control measure, investment plan are also included. A case study for Network Rail (infrastructure manager)'s safety case is described in this paper for the construction of safety rule and safety planning.

The in vitro antioxidant activities of five melania snails in the genus Semisulcospira (S. coreana, S. forticosta, S. libertina, S. tegulata and S. gottschei) were tested in detail. The total phenolic contents of the snails ranged from $32.3{\pm}1.0$ to $87.9{\pm}6.9$ mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/g dry sample. The $EC_{50}$ values for the 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities were $2.245{\pm}0.179$ mg/mL for S. coreana and $9.319{\pm}1.276$ mg/mL for S. gottschei and differed significantly (P<0.05) among the tested species. The superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity was highest for S. gottschei at 67.2% and lowest for S. forticosta at 4.7%. However, no significant differences among the species were recognized for the peroxynitrite anion scavenging activity. Comparing the correlation coefficients between the total phenolic contents and the DPPH radical and peroxynitrite anion scavenging activities, there was a low level relationship between each activity.

Control of food pathogens is critical in food safety field. Norovirus is one of the major causes of gastroenteritis and food poisoning worldwide, however, currently, there is not a vaccine or a specific drug available for its treatment. There are several methods to inactivate norovirus during food processing by chemical and physical treatments, however, the use of natural substance has been suggested as an optional strategy due to their safety and consumer preference. In this study supported by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in Korea, we identified novel plant-derived substances with significant anti-norovirus activities. The aim of this project was to determine the antiviral activity of a wide range of natural substances, including plant-derived extracts and essential oils, using a norovirus surrogate system, human norovirus replicon-bearing cells, and mouse in vivo experiments. During the activity screening test, we identified novel anti-norovirus substances or oils using plaque assay with MNV-1. Six selected substances were formulated into an optimum mixture and used as an ingredient for salad sauce of which anti-novovirus activity was confirmed(pending for patent and paper submission). The potential application of selected natural substances as a metal surface sanitizer was also tested. Interestingly, the mixture of selected natural compounds showed a significant inhibitory effect against norovirus. These results suggest that these substances may be used as food ingredient with anti-norovirus antivity or components for surface sanitizers to prevent norovirus contamination.

This paper deals with Activity Analysis Method that is important procedure in Activity Based Costing System Implementation. There are many existing Activity Analysis Method, for example Interview, Questionnaire, Specialist Discussion and Work Measurement. Activity Analysis Data gained through this method has high reliability but this method bring about high cost. In case that certain company needs a strategic costing system, Activity Analysis Method which has high reliability will be need. But, if companies want the costing system as a internal decision making tool only, they need to design the ABC system fast and cheaply. This paper explains that Activity Analysis using existing finn material is good alternatives. So, this paper show the feasibility of Activity Analysis using existing firm material with comparing between job description, job specification information and Activity Analysis information.

The primary purpose of the safety management is to prevent the loss of lives or physical damages arising from potential hazards in the railway signaling system. 본 연구는 대학병원 임상간호사를 대상으로 환자안전문화에 대한 인식과 안전간호활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 2015년 9월 1일부터 10월 1까지 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였고, 사후분석은 Scheffe' test로 하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 환자안전문화에 대한 인식은 5점 만점에 $3.30{\pm}.22$점이었고, 안전간호활동은 5점 만점에 평균 $3.89{\pm}.44$점이었으며, 환자안전문화에 대한 인식은 환자안전간호활동과의 양의 상관관계(r=.364, p=.000)가 나타났다. 또한 안전간호활동에 간호사의 총 경력, 직위, 직속관리자/책임자, 의사소통 절차, 사건보고 빈도가 영향을 받으며, 38.6%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 안전간호활동을 증진시키기 위해서는 적절한 경력자 관리, 조직간 원활한 의사소통, 자발적 사건보고를 할 수 있는 실무지침과 효과적인 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Purpose: This purpose of this study was to identify the level of knowledge and attitude of patient safety and patient safety management activity (PSMA) and identify influencing factors of PSMA in nursing students. Methods: The participants were 210 fourth-year nursing students in C and G city. Data were collected with structured questionnaires from October 10 to November 10, 2017. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 were used. Results: As a result, the level of knowledge of patient safety was 9.05, attitude of patient safety was 4.07, and PSMA was 4.22. The factors influencing PSMA were knowledge and attitude of patient safety. The regression model explained 77% of PSMA. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that a systematic education program considering factors influencing the patient safety management activities of nursing students be developed.
