건설현장 안전사고의 작업 리스크 매트릭스 분석 (Analysis of Job Risk Matrix Exposed to Safety Accidents in Construction Field)

  • As the construction industry has been increasingly complex, aging workers, hard-working avoiding young generation, foreign workers having language problem for the past decades, delivering of construction qualified workers has been a rising problem. This misalignment between the complex jobs and the number of skilled workers will continue to be in issue that the construction industry will face for following decades. Construction field workers who are working outside in uncontrollable condition unlike manufacturing industry are exposed to easily construction safety accident. There are so many efforts to prevent and control the construction accident. However, the relationships between the construction works and construction safety accident has not been well dealt and investigated based on objective accident data except for the qualitative study through interview, delphi and so on. Therefore this study analyzes job risk matrix exposed to safety accidents based on statistic data for 20 years from Korean Occupational Safety & Health Agency in order to prevent the construction field accidents.

신호체계와 신호수 교육 개선을 통한 양중 작업 중 타워 크레인 사고 저감 대책 (Measures to Reduce Tower Crane Accidents During Operation by Improving Signal System and Education for Signalmen)

  • As the tower crane accident emerged as a social issue in 2017, various government measures were prepared. Most of the measures are focused on erecting, climbing, and dismantling phases. Analyzes of 84 serious accidents related to tower cranes from 2000 to 2018 and 104 near misses accidents from 2016 to 2018 revealed that 50% of the serious accidents occurred during the operating phase. The main occupation influencing operating phase accidents was signalman(81.6% of serious accidents), whose communication and competency were governing causes. This result was the same in 294 questionnaires to signalmen. Signal systems and education policies for tower crane signalman in Korea and foreign countries were analyzed, and standardization of wireless signal system and improvement of education system were propose.

  • The latest issue is the smart factory. In order to implement this smart factory, the most fundamental element is to establish product specifications for factors affecting the product, obtain useful data to analyzed and predicted, and maintain safety. But most manufacturers have many errors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to verify factors of product through statistical techniques and to study the process control and safety.

  • Recently the assurance of railroad safety is very important issue in KOREA because there are lots of changes in the railroad industries. The Railway Safety Act was established in order to cope with these changes effectively and prevent the railroad transportation accidents. According to this law, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railroad Safety Audit (IRSA)' and has implemented the safety audit to the railroad operation agencies such as Korea Railroad (KORAIL) and the railroad facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the railroad operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system. To study the efficiency of IRSA, we investigated the rail safety audit systems of EU system specially France, England where the big changes have happened for the rail operation concepts and Japan where government entity control the railroad safety. The international standards of Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001), Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing (ISO 19011) are investigated.

  • 최근 IoT, 인공지능, 클라우드, 빅데이터, 모바일 분야가 융합되어 4차 산업혁명이라는 새로운 산업시대가 도래하였고 전 사업군으로 확대 되었다. 이 중심에는 소프트웨어가 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있지만 다양한 사업군으로 적용, 보편화됨에 따라 소프트웨어 안전에 대한 이슈가 부각되고 있다. 하지만 현재 소프트웨어 Safety는 개발 관점에서만 활동이 집중적으로 맞춰져 있고, 조직적인 개선 활동과 평가 체계 수준에 대해서는 다소 미진하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 미진사항을 보완하고자 소프트웨어 Safety 성숙도 모델을 정의하고, 각 성숙도 레벨의 Process Area를 명시하였다. 본 연구에서 고안된 Safety 성숙도 모델을 기반으로 조직관점의 Safety 확립과 함께 체계적인 소프트웨어 Safety 개선 활동에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

소셜미디어 위험도기반 재난이슈 탐지모델 (The Detection Model of Disaster Issues based on the Risk Degree of Social Media Contents)

  • Social Media transformed the mass media based information traffic, and it has become a key resource for finding value in enterprises and public institutions. Particularly, in regards to disaster management, the necessity for public participation policy development through the use of social media is emphasized. National Disaster Management Research Institute developed the Social Big Board, which is a system that monitors social Big Data in real time for purposes of implementing social media disaster management. Social Big Board collects a daily average of 36 million tweets in Korean in real time and automatically filters disaster safety related tweets. The filtered tweets are then automatically categorized into 71 disaster safety types. This real time tweet monitoring system provides various information and insights based on the tweets, such as disaster issues, tweet frequency by region, original tweets, etc. The purpose of using this system is to take advantage of the potential benefits of social media in relations to disaster management. It is a first step towards disaster management that communicates with the people that allows us to hear the voice of the people concerning disaster issues and also understand their emotions at the same time. In this paper, Korean language text mining based Social Big Board will be briefly introduced, and disaster issue detection model, which is key algorithms, will be described. Disaster issues are divided into two categories: potential issues, which refers to abnormal signs prior to disaster events, and occurrence issues, which is a notification of disaster events. The detection models of these two categories are defined and the performance of the models are compared and evaluated.

초고속 주행환경에서 교통안전을 고려한 고속도로 진출입시설 설치간격 평가 방법론: 시뮬레이션을 이용한 가속소음 분석을 중심으로 (Methodology for Evaluating Freeway Interchange Spacing for High Design Speed based on Traffic Safety: Focused on Analysis of Acceleration Noise using Microscopic Traffic Simulations)

  • 우리나라에서도 도로이용자 중심의 패러다임의 전환과 요구수준에 부합할 수 있는 고기능, 초고속환경의 도로건설의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 차세대 도로시장에 대한 수요도 급격히 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 요구에 부응하기 위한 초고속주행환경의 고속도로 설계기준에 대한 검토 및 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 널리 사용되고 있는 미시적 시뮬레이터 중의 하나인 VISSIM을 이용하여 초고속 주행환경에 부합하는 고속도로 진 출입시설 적정 배치간격 설정을 위한 시뮬레이션 평가방법론을 정립하였다. 진출입시설 최소설치 간격에 대한 평가를 위하여 교통량, 설계속도, 차종비율, 진출입시설 이용 교통량 등을 고려하였다. 이에 따른 설치간격에 대한 평가를 위하여 교통상충, 안전성에 영향을 미치는 가속소음을 평가지표로 하여 각각의 설계기준에 따른 시나리오를 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 평가하였다. 분석결과 160kph 수준의 초고속 주행환경에서 교통안전을 고려한 진출입시설 최소설치간격 적정 값은 5km수준으로 평가되었다.

  • Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

  • The interaction and mixing of high-temperature melt and water is the important technical issue in the safety assessment of water-cooled reactors to achieve ultimate core coolability. For specific advanced light water reactor (ALWR) designs, deliberate mixing of the core-melt and water is being considered as a mitigative measure, to assure ex-vessel core coolability. The paper provides the background of past experiments as well as key fundamentals that are needed for melt-water interfacial transport phenomena, thus enabling the development of innovative safety technologies for advanced LWRs that will assure ex-vessel core coolability.

  • Today, the usage of DB already becomes an important issue for many companies' survival, especially, for the companies who have adopted CRM(Customer Relationship Management). CEM(Customer Experience Management), as a practical alternative, can settle it. In this paper, we use QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and GA(Genetic Algorithm)-based Group ANP(Analytic Network Process) to construct the Integrated CEM Model to help company decide the priorities of investment in customer experiences.
