Recently, the use of composite steel plate concrete structural modules filled with concrete between steel plates of complex internal structure, in which a large amount of studs are installed, is increasing in order to reduce the weight and to increase workability of structures such as LNG storage tanks. However, in Korea, there is no systematic criterion for evaluating the construction performance of composite steel plate concrete structural modules. Therefore, in this study, we propose a filling guideline of concrete for composite steel plate structural module. For this purpose, high filling performance concrete with general strength range was formulated and tested for filling ability and permeability for each formulation. Rheology analysis was performed to quantitatively evaluate the flow characteristics of concrete. The reliability of $T_{500}$ and plastic viscosity was evaluated to reflect the results of each test, and a guideline for high filling concrete satisfying the reliability of 0.9 or more was derived by reflecting the results of the study on the relationship between the $T_{500}$ and plastic viscosity. Through final fill-box test, filling performance was verified and guidelines were suggested.

대학 연구기관 등의 연구실에서 감전, 전기화재 등 전기사고방지를 위해 수행하는 전기분야 정기점검에 대한 문제점을 파악하고 명확한 기준이 없는 점검항목에 대해 실제 효율적으로 적용 가능하도록 구체적인 기준을 제시한다. 그래서 연구실 전기안전취약요인을 개선하도록 체계적이고 능률적인 정기점검 실시를 위한 표준모델을 마련하고자 한다. 또한, 모든 연구실의 전기안전환경을 중심으로 객관적인 평가가 가능하도록 공통으로 적용될 수 있는 점검항목을 도출하여 연구실 전기안전관리에 부합하도록 연구실 정기점검 전기분야 체크리스트를 개발 한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 전기분야 체크리스트는 실제 필요한 점검 항목에 대한 명확한 기준을 설정하여 모든 연구실에 공통으로 적용할 수 있도록 개발하여 정기점검 수행시 바로 실행 가능하도록 하였다. 이는 연구실의 전기사고 방지를 위한 효율적인 점검뿐만 아니라, 연구실안전수준을 전반적으로 상승시킬 것이다.

In this study, we shortly introduced the HPLC method validation guideline for the analysis of functional food which was released from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of Korea in Dec 2018. The HPLC method validation was performed through the aforementioned HPLC method validation guideline in order to quantitate scopoletin content from the hot-water extract powder of Artemisia annua Linné. The HPLC method was validated by evaluating specificity, accuracy, precision, limit of quantitation and linearity. All parameters were in the suitable ranges which are designated in the guideline, which indicated the current HPLC method is reliable to quantitate the scopoletin content from the hot-water extract of A. annua.

In this paper, an effective design procedure was proposed to design the rib of die structure for auto-body member with ultra-high strength steel (UHSS) having ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of 1.5 GPa. From analysis results of the die structure, structural safety of the die was evaluated with information such as displacement and von-Mises stress. It was concluded that the casting part could be designed in order to reduce tool deformation. A design guideline of the die structure was proposed, especially for the rib structure in the casting part with an optimization scheme and local reinforcement concept. Simulation result following the design guideline fully explained that stability of the tool structure could be obtained simultaneously with weight minimization.

최근 화학공장에서 사고가 빈번히 발생하여 화학공장의 위험성에 대한 논란이 다시 대두되고 있다. 화학공장에서 발생하는 사고유형은 대부분 화재, 폭발, 누출사고이다. 화재, 폭발사고의 경우는 사고발생 직후 사상자가 발생하지만 누출사고는 즉각적으로 대처하지 못해 사상자가 발생하는 경우가 많다. 특히 화학물질이 피부에 침투하는 경우는 즉시 물로 씻어주면 사망, 실명, 화상과 같은 비가역적인 건강장애를 예방할 수 있다. 이렇게 화학물질이 피부, 눈 등에 노출된 경우 씻을 수 있는 장소가 바로 세안 등의 설비(이하 safety shower)이다. 하지만 국내 화학공장은 대부분 1980년대에 건설되어 노후화, 관리미흡 등으로 safety shower가 비상상황 시 정상 작동하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 설치/관리기준을 통해 safety shower에 대한 성능을 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 safety shower의 설치 및 점검기준을 통해 safety shower의 신뢰도를 향상시키는 연구를 수행하였다.

Objectives: This study aimed to learn what should be considered in [Guideline of Clinical Trial with Herbal Medicinal Product for Gastric Cancer)] by analyzing the existing guidelines and clinical trials. Methods: The development committee searched guidelines for herbal medicinal product or gastric cancer developed already. Then, clinical trials for gastric cancer using herbal medicine were searched. The searched trials were analyzed in terms of inclusion and exclusion of participants, intervention, comparator, outcomes and trial design. Then, we compared the results of analysis with the regulations and guidelines of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety to suggest the issue that we will have to consider when making the [Guideline of Clinical Trial with Herbal Medicinal Product for Gastric Cancer]. Results: As a result, few guidelines for anti-tumor agent and clinical trial with herbal medicinal product were searched in the national institution homepage. In addition, 10 articles were searched by using the combination following search term; 'stomach neoplasm', 'herbal medicine', 'Medicine, Korean traditional', 'Medicine, Chinese Traditional', 'TCM', 'TKM', 'trial'. Most trials included gastric cancer participants with medical history of operation. The type of intervention was various such as decoction, granules, and fluid of intravenous injection. Comparators were diverse such as placebo, conventional treatment including chemotherapy and nutritional supplement. The most frequently used outcome for efficacy was quality of life. Besides, the symptom score, tumor response, and survival rate were used. Safety was investigated by recording adverse events. Conclusion: We found out some issue by reviewing the existing guidelines and comparing it with clinical trials for gastric cancer and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized for developing [Guideline of Clinical Trial with Herbal Medicinal Product for Gastric Cancer].
