The study investigates the dynamic correlation of cryptocurrencies and equity in Vietnam and tests the safe-haven property of them from the perspective of the stock market in Vietnam during the pandemic crisis by applying the dynamic conditional correlation (DCC) GARCH model and regression with a dummy variable, respectively. This study employs time series data on the daily dataset from September 2014 to September 2021 with the focus on the two most popular cryptocurrencies - Bitcoin and Litecoin. The results show that the dynamic conditional correlations between cryptocurrencies and equity in Vietnam increased during the pandemic, however, in most periods, positive dynamic correlations often dominate. Besides, the regression results also indicate that Bitcoin and Litecoin act as weak safe-haven investments for stocks in Vietnam during the COVID-19 turmoil. They are more suitable for diversification purposes although the dynamic correlations between them and the stock index in Vietnam vary stronger during the pandemic crisis than before. The findings of this study suggest that in the period of pandemic crisis, cryptocurrencies are not concerned as effective safe-haven assets for stock in Vietnam. Instead, cryptocurrencies are only playing a potential role in diversification benefit in this economy.

For buildings where a large number of the evacuees who are restricted to evacuation behavior compared to normal people, evacuation safety zones should be secured against fire. In order to form a safe haven safety zone, we are going to predict the performance of the building and describe the plan to secure a safe haven zone accordingly.

Btcoin has made a big progress through anonymity, decentralized authority, sharing economy, multi-ledger book-keeping, block-technology and the convenient financial vehicle. Bitcoin has the characteristics of mining and supply by decentralized suppliers, limited supply quantity and the partial money-like function as well as gold. The paper studies the hedge and safe-haven of Bitcoin and gold on daily frequency data over the period of July 20, 2010-Dec. 27, 2017 employing Asymmetric Vector GARCH. It finds that gold has the hedge and safe-haven against inflation and capital markets while Bitcoin has the weak hedge and the weak safe-haven. It shows insignificant effects of inflations of US and Korea on the volatilities of Bitcoin and gold. It also suggests the necessity of clearing of vagueness behind the anonymity for fair and transparent trade through the law application in the absence or fault in law (Lucken im Recht). following the spirit of the living constitution (lebendige gutes Recht oder Vorschrift). The relevant institutions are hoped to be given some of obligations such as registration, minimum required capital. report, disclosure, explanation, compliance and governance with autonomous corresponding rights. The study also suggests the reestablishment of the relevant financial law and taxation law. The hedge would not be successfully accomplished without the vigilant cautions of investors.

Objectives : Pityriasis rosea is a rash that occurs most commonly in people between the ages of 10 and 43, but may occur at any age. It is common disease but I was haven't meet any case by oriental medical treatment. Methods : We experienced one case of Pityriasis rosea treated with oriental medical treatment, acupuncture and herbal medication. Results : The patient suffer from a large, scaly, pink patch on the chest and back and arm and leg. He have very terrible itching sign. After treatment his itching was subsided and large, scaly, pink patch was disappear. Conclusions: Oriental medical treatment could be safe and effective method in pityriasis rasea

A reversible axial flow fan called jet fan has been widely used for longitudinal ventilation in road tunnels to secure a safe and comfortable environment cost-effectively. As shifting the flow direction is usually made by only switching the rotational direction of an electric motor due to heavy duty, rotor blades having identical aerodynamic performance for bidirectional flow should be necessary. However, such aerodynamically desirable blades haven't been developed sufficiently, since most of the related studies have been done from the viewpoint of unidirectional flow. In the present paper, we demonstrate a method to profile the blade section suitable for bidirectional flow, which is validated by studying the aerodynamic performances of rotor blades of a two-stage jet fan experimentally and numerically.

On the Korean peninsula, which has been recognized as a safe haven from earthquakes, A magnitude 5.8 earthquake occurred. It has been confirmed that the Korean Peninsula is no longer a safe zone from an earthquake. The purpose of this study is to examine the state of the earthquake preparedness in our society and to grasp the properties of the building which is a direct damage object in the event of an earthquake and to help the decision making of the earthquake disaster prevention policy through the construction of the earthquake safety map. There is a purpose. Earthquake safety maps are created through spatial analysis using GIS tools. The construction of an earthquake safety map is not the whole of the earthquake disaster prevention policy, but it means that it is a starting point to effectively replace the earthquake disaster prevention system.

South Korea opened Incheon international airport(IIA) in march 29, 2001, with high expectations of becoming the distribution hub of Northeast Asia and aiming at a world best air hub. IIA compares quite well with any other leading airports in the world in it's facilities for the movement of people and vehicles. However, with the sequence of events following the September, 2001. terrorist attack and the war in Iraq, South Korea, an ally of the US, cannot be considered a safe haven from terrorism. At a point in time when national security is given utmost importance, it is necessary to reevaluate the security of airports, because international terrorism can only occur via air and seaports. Nowadays all the countries of the world have entered into competition for their national interests and innovation of their images. with the increasing role of international airports also comes an increased likelihood as a terrorist target, because it can affect so many people and countries. From the condition of current international terrorism, we can realize that our IIA is not completely safe from a terrorist attack. The major part of counterterrorism is event control process. It's very important for quickly saves an accident and rescues a life of person, In addition for the normalization which the airport operation is prompt. In conclusion, we should secure the legal responsibility and establish and establish a system under which we can work actively in order to implement counter terror activities from being taken an airport.

Rethinking the Value of Family. This study compares and contrasts positive and negative viewpoints concerning the family. Currently, a resurgence in positive viewpoints has exposed the untruths and myths put forth concerning the family on the part of those with a more pessimistic viewpoint. However, those with negative viewpoints still have not acknowledged that the family is an important part of human lives. In this study, the "equal family" (a family where tasks are split evenly among, say, the mother and father with regard to both vocation and household tasks) is criticized as an alternative to the "unfair family", as the "equal family" structure fails to go beyond the liberalization of family relationships to create a virtuous structure worthy of emulation by the children in the family. This is true in spite of the fact that the "equal family" structure has done much to improve individual freedom in the lives of its members. In conclusion, this study posits a third family structure, the "life family," as a new alternative to the other two models. The "life family" recognizes the family's central role: as a safe haven for raising children and building human esteem through close long-term relationships.

In spite of a tendency automatizing manaufacturing processes, since power presses are highly repetitive at high speeds, they have still been using to a large extent in many industries. More often than not, press workers have to make decisions whether work materials are located well or not, they should rearrange them or not, and their bodies would be safe or not. If the decision would be wrong, of course, they cause severe damages to human workers so that many workers haven't been willing to work with them. However, with the help of computer technologies, it would be possible to aid the press workers' decisions, and to allow or prohibit them from inserting their hands between slide rams and dies. Thus, this research was aimed to evaluate and analyze possibilities of applying Image Processing Techniques for prevention of press accidents. Through a series of procedures including Capturing work sites and material, Image Enhancement, Contouring, and Edge Finding, work characteristics were obtained and analyzed. The results showed that there were somewhat differences in image characteristics between accident-induced work scenes and accident-free ones. Consequently, if the image analyses are well carried out in real time, they would give a successful help to human press workers.

The MPAA(Motion Picture Association of America) warned about serious problems of piracy due to nearly a quarter of all Internet traffic around the globe was related to Internet piracy. Thus, strong legal action is enforced for piracy over nationally through strengthen the copyright law. We in this paper conducted a survey to see whether netizens prefer to download just for the matter of their convenience. Our study becomes a motivation to consider about seriousness of piracy by comparing between Korea and foreign cases. To our surprise, the survey reveals that Korean netizens conspicuously aware of their downloading behaviors outpaces Canadian netizens. Canada lacks the basic protections for the digital environment and is a safe haven for Internet pirates.
