This paper presents optimized structured treatment interruption to reduce medication and establish long-term immune response against HIV-infection. Understanding HIV-related immune system control enables better HIV therapy without using full­treatments. Discrete regimen and continuous regimen characteristics are compared. Controllability of HIV-related immune system is analyzed for better understanding of optimal control in HIV therapy. Using optimal control provides more effective therapy than the full treatment without interruption in terms of controllability analysis. Case studies indicates that the proposed therapy induces long-erm non-progression while preserving high CD4 T-helper cell count and low virus load in HIV-infected patients.

Measurements of RT, EDT, $D_{50}$, $C_{50}$ and STI carried out in three different unoccupied University classrooms. For acoustic measurements, various sound sources are used (white noise, pistol shot, MLS and sweep signal). In this study, It found that interaction exists between sound source and place. Also there was high correlation between STI and various acoustic parameter.

This paper focuses on the problem of determining the quantity and timing of disassembling used products while satisfying the demand of their parts or components over a planning horizon. The case of multiple product types with parts commonality is considered for the objective of minimizing the sum of setup, disassembly operation, and inventory holding costs. A heuristic is suggested, in which an initial solution is obtained using a linear programming relaxation method, and then improved by perturbing the given solution using a dynamic programming approach and a look-ahead check while considering the trade-offs among different cost factors.

The purpose of the study is to obtain acoustical information to prevent eavesdropping of the glass window. Speech intelligibility was investigated on the vibration sound detected from the glass window of a conference room. Objective test using speech transmission index(STI) was performed to estimate quantitatively the speech intelligibility. STI was determined based on tile modulation transfer function(MTF) of the room-glass window system. Using Maximum Length Sequency(MLS) signal as a sound source, impulse responses of the glass window and MTF were determined by signals from accelerometers and laser doppler vibrometer. Finally, speech intelligibility of the interior sound and window vibration were compared under different sound pressure levels and amplifier gains to confirm the effect of measurement condition on the speech intelligibility.
