Skin color is a very important information for an automatic face recognition. In this paper, we proposed a skin region extraction method using color information and skin color model. We use the adaptive lighting compensation technique for improved performance of skin region extraction. Also, using an preprocessing filter, normally large areas of easily distinct non skin pixels, are eliminated from further processing. And we use the modified ST color space, where undesired effects are reduced and the skin color distribution fits better than others color space. Experimental results show that the proposed method has better performance than the conventional methods, and reduces processing time by $35{\sim}40%$ on average.

This study is tended to analyze the characteristics of the emotional office environment so that digital technologies may adapt to the rapidly progressing social structure in a flexible way, investigate the interior composition of the changing office space and the element and direction of design and then present the indoor environment appropriate to it with the desirable alternative to the emotional office. The recognition of emotionality becomes so important that it is called 'emotional society'. Emotional design, which is mostly concern about user's consensus & experiences and in the space, is appeared on office. Emotional design is understanded from a interactive point of view, human and interior-space. The important factors of this study are light, color, immateriality and fun sensitivity The purpose of this study is to examine the emotional design by analysis of multifarious spaces. Office space Is designed emotional and experienced in the future.

In the 21st century, university library is changing into a new paradigm. Among others, color image emerges as an important aspect of the library. Up to now, studies on colors of indoor space have been limited on partial and specific spaces. But, this study, using the tool of emotional evaluation, aims to do a comprehensive research on color image of the whole space. This research uses the H University library completed in March 2015. This research is performed in the following procedure. First, previous related researches for the past ten years from 2005 to 2015 is examined, which will help understand the trends in this kind of research, and set up the concrete goal of research. By literature review, color image is established in the environmental psychological aspect. Second, to analyze colors, all the spaces of the library from the entrance lobby are filmed. Filmed images are changed into mosaic, and color palettes are composed, and color values are calculated using the Munsell color system. Third, emotional words are extracted, and emotional evaluation is made. Using the Semantic Differential scale method, emotional differences among subjects are compared, and the validity of the survey data is tested using the statistical program SPSS 18.0. As the outcome of the research shows, the color image and emotion in space are closely related. And, through emotion, it is possible to get color image, and this aspect can be scholastically systemized and developed.

The trend of well-being image in this 21st century has been developed by issuing 'Health and Long life' integrating the quality. We are characterize the colors of the nature with emotional feelings of Korean people with respect to Korea four seasons and adapt it into choosing subtle colors in interior design for the good space of well-being image.

The era of the fourth industrial revolution, which will bring about a great wave of change in the 21st century, is the age of super-connection that links humans to humans, objects to objects, and humans to objects. In the smart city and the smart space which are evolving further, emotional engineering is a field of interdisciplinary researches that still attract attention with the development of technology. This paper proposes an emotional object prototype as a possibility of emotional interaction in the relation between human and object. By suggesting emotional objects that produce color changes and movements through the emotional interactions between humans and objects against the current social issue-loneliness of modern people, we have approached the influence of our lives in the relation with objects. It is expected that emotional objects that are approached from the fundamental view will be able to be in our lives as a viable cultural intermediary in our future living space.

We recognize analysing and quantifying an effect of light and colors on people' psychological response changing according to environmental conditions as important. Therefore, this study intends to improve efficiency in realizing emotional design that contributes to creation of helpful and pleasant interior using architecture that is able to refresh human emotion or light and colors which are important factors in interior design. For the purpose, this study analyses an effect of colors in interior space and the effect of interaction between light and color through modeling to identify types of psychological response. And it is to present a generalized conclusion through an analysis of meaning of the two effects. The ultimate goal of this study is to identify the value and possibility of actual design. This study measures response on questionnaire through representative vocabulary by abstracting based on evaluation image selected through the 1st and 2nd preparatory research and grouping similar words. In next step, images represented both by light and colors are presented as virtual space and for data input and analysis based on psychological response corresponding to each image, this study uses SPSS 11.0 statistical package program to analyse data collected. The space to be experimented is a livingroom, a center of residential area.

The 21st century is a multiplication age and social and cultural phenomena have become diverse and peoples' desires and individuality have become important. Accordingly, the sensibility that reflects human taste is also required in the exhibition space. The exhibitions in this age induce the direct cognition of senses or take interactive forms that contact diverse media and react. The purpose of this research is to define the concept of haptic presentation method in which the audience perceive in the exhibition space by themselves and the visual elements spread into other senses and perceive complexly, and to present the directional nature. To conduct this research, first, this researcher recognized that haptic sensory experiential research by analyzing the roles and transition history of exhibition space is needed for the present age Second, based on philosophical theories, four haptic sensory expression characteristics (medium nature, experiential nature, attractiveness, sensitiveness) were derived by substituting Giles Deleuze's four haptic spatial characteristics (grasping short distance, dispersed gaze, cognition of bodily movement, formation of synesthesia through complex senses) and six formative factors of exhibition space (space, form, size, light, quality of materials, and color). And the effective exhibition presentation methods were analyzed through six cases of experiential exhibition spaces. Accordingly, what matters in the experiential exhibition space is to produce the four characteristics: medium nature, experientiality, attractiveness, and sensitiveness in equilibrium. It is necessary for the designers to reflect it appropriately in producing so that the audience can think and experience by themselves. Accordingly, in this thesis, it could be seen that to produce the haptic production characteristics in the experiential exhibition space in equilibrium is the important factor in the experiential exhibition space. In conclusion, experiences in the exhibition space should be approached with the transcendental haptic presentation method by which even the space of actually unexperienced cognition can be expanded and experienced through the metastasis and tension of various senses. Also, researches on such senses should be developed continuously, and this researcher expects that this will become a stimulant to present a new directivity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze protection functionality of supermodern fashion which is shown by responding to supermodern environment, where non-spaces increases in the 21st modern city. The theoretical background is drawn for supermodern environment theory. For the study, he researcher used existing study and specialized book and analyzed photograph materials by selecting them in specialized fashion book, internet site and designer's collection. The works from 1995 S/S collection to 2008 S/S collection are analyzed. The result of this study is as follow. First, supermodern design is adopting the shape of high-functional element, electronic device, protective device to protect wearer in non-space. Second, in order to mentally protect individual anonymous leadership of interaction is granted by adopting hood, veil or mask. Third, supermodern design is creating independent and user-based space by shape transformation in change of urban environment. Fourth, in order to protect wearer through camouflage or concealment, camouflage pattern or neutral color are used.

It is difficult to make an artificial central incisor similar to natural tooth. All ceramic porcelain of this patient is not esthetic, and there is gingival recession due to ill-fitted margin. She has class II division 1 occlusion, so upper central incisors is labioversed. Upper light central incisor is well-characterized but the yellowish brown color of dentin is appeared on the incisal third portion of the central incisor. At 1st trial, the shape and characterization of restoration is good but shade is little dark. At 2nd trial, the shape is better but patient complained on black triangle of mid interdental space, so mesiocervical portion of restoration is overcontoured to compromise the black triangle. Completed metal ceramic crown is in harmony with the adjacent central incisor in aspect of shape, shade, and characterization.

This study is on the abstract expressionist techniques among the art activities variously expressed in modern fashion. Its significance lies in making fashion artistic through the combination of fashion and art in contributing to the development of creative fashion culture. In terms of method, documents are used to characterize the concept of abstract expressionism, the works of representative artists, and the panting techniques in relation to modem art based on existing literature. Fashion-related anthology, domestic, and foreign fashion magazines were used to analyze the abstract expressionism applied to modern fashion since 2000. According to the findings, the abstract expressionism applied to modern fashion showed artistic expressions with the abstract beauty by chance, using only the images or techniques similar to those in abstract expressionism. Expressionist works had abstract and dynamic images, as they were given a third dimension through the process of being worn on the human body. Second, details or decorative factors were excluded to ensure the maximum space for expression, modem images were displayed using the simple forms such as silhouettes (spacious or dense) and the beauty of harmony was shown that had beauty emphasized by the expression effects of textile design, the division of space, and the composition of colors. Third, the action painting techniques in modern fashion were used for textile designs printed on the surface of clothes, and the dynamic character of the design was shown by the duplication and juxtaposition of stains created by chance. The color field abstract techniques were shown through printing, texture, and dying, in addition the intense and pure abstract images were displayed by treating clothes like large screens.
