치매환자의 증상정도가 주부양자의 우울에 미치는 영향 : 가족지지의 보호효과를 중심으로 (The effects of symptoms of dementia elderly on the primary caregiver's depression : moderating effects of family support)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of symptoms of dementia elderly on the primary caregiver's depression. In addition, moderating effect of family support was examined. Based on the results, the necessity for intervention in the level of social welfare as a way to mitigate primary caregiver's depression was suggested. Method: In order to accomplish these purposes, a total of 197 who are spouse and adult-children of dementia elderly using day care facilities or services in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan province, South Korea were utilized. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis and descriptive statistics, regression model analysis with SPSS 18.0. Results: In case of analysis results, the mean value was reported 0.9 out of four point about primary caregiver's depression and the mean value of family support was reported 3.34 out of five point. And besides, the analysis result of dementia elderly's symptoms showed that prevalence of depression/dysphoria were 62.2%, prevalence of aberrant motor were 61.3%, prevalence of apathy/indifference were 56.6%. Crucial findings are as follows: the symptoms of dementia elderly was significantly associated with the primary caregiver's depression. At the same time, family support significantly influenced lower level of the primary caregiver's depression. While, in the relationship between the symptoms of dementia elderly and the primary caregiver's depression, family support has a moderation effect by important protection factor. Conclusions: From these findings, the necessities to provide the care service for dementia elderly to help improve symptoms of dementia as well as the policy and service to manage the mental health of the family as primary caregiver were suggested. Also, the necessities to provide the family therapy program to improve the relationship with family members were suggested.

  • 서비스 과정과 결과 실패를 통한 회복 공정성이 고객-브랜드 관계의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 연구하고자 선행 연구를 기초로 새로운 연구모형을 설계하여 연구가설을 도출하였다. 가설 검증을 위하여 외식업체의 서비스 실패를 경험한 고객을 대상으로 예비설문조사를 통하여 수정보완한 후 본 조사를 실시하였으며, 2009년 한국외식정보(주)의 자료를 근거로 한식 프랜차이즈 업체 부문 매출액 기준 5위권 내의 브랜드를 선정하였다. 조사대상자는 최근 6개월간 서비스 실패를 경험한 수도권의 일반인을 대상으로 500부의 설문지를 배포하여 391부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며, 본 연구에서 사용된 분석방법은 SPSS for WIN 12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계 분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 서비스의 과정 실패인 서비스 부족 요인에서는 절차적 공정성과 분배적 공정성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 결과 실패인 위생 부족 요인은 절차적 공정성과 분배적 공정성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였으며, 제품요인은 분배적 공정성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 회복 공정성과 고객-브랜드 관계의 질의 영향관계에서는 절차적 공정성과 분배적 공정성이 상호의존에 영향을 미친다는 것과 절차적 공정성이 친밀감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다.

미용 전공 대학생의 비대면 수업 경험이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Experience of Non-contact Lectures on Learning Flow in College Students Majoring in Cosmetology)

  • 본 연구는 미용 전공 대학생의 비대면 수업 경험이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고 With Corona 시대에 맞는 미용 교육산업에 기초자료를 제공하기 위함에 목적이 있다. 미용 전공 대학생 300명을 대상으로 2022년 06월 07일부터 06월 21일까지 자가기입식 설문법을 실시하였으며 총 286부를 표본으로 실증 분석하였다. SPSS ver. 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석법을 사용하여 연구하였다. 그 결과, 비대면 학습경험을 요인 분석한 결과 수업만족 2개의 하위요인으로 분석되었으며 학습몰입을 요인 분석한 결과 학습 즐거움과 학습몰입의 2개의 하위요인으로 분석되었다. 수업 활동이 학습몰입의 하위요인인 학습 즐거움(𝛽=.279, p<.007)과 학습몰입(𝛽=.221, p<.031)에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 수업 만족이 학습몰입의 하위요인인 학습몰입(𝛽=.223, p<.041)에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 본 연구결과를 토대로 비대면 수업 경험이 학습몰입에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었으며 이를 통해 시대에 맞는 효율적 비대면 교육 방안이 활발히 모색되기를 기대하는 바이다.

고혈압 환자의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인: 제5기 국민건강영양조사를 이용하여 (Factors Influencing Health related Quality of Life in Patients with Hypertension : Based on the 5th Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey)

  • 고혈압 환자의 증가와 함께 건강관련 삶의 질 향상을 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하는 것은 고혈압 환자의 건강증진을 위한 전략을 제시하는데 주요한 근거가 된다. 본 연구는 고혈압 환자의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 건강관련 삶의 질 수준에 따라 파악하고자 2차자료 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 고혈압으로 의사에게 진단받은 1,240명의 고혈압 환자이며, 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 및 STATA 13.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 다중회귀분석, 분위회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과에서는 활동제한, 우울감, 주관적 건강상태가 포괄적인 건강 상태를 나타내는 건강관련 삶의 질에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 분위회귀분석 결과에서는 건강관련 삶의 질 수준이 낮은 고혈압 환자 그룹과 건강관련 삶의 질이 높은 고혈압 환자 그룹에서 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인이 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 우울감과 주관적 건강상태는 건강관련 삶의 질 상위 60%까지 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고, 평소 인지된 스트레스와 3일 이상의 규칙적 운동은 건강관련 삶의 질 하위 20%에서 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 현재 음주상태는 건강관련 삶의 질 하위 20%와 상위 80%에서 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 고혈압 환자의 건강관련 삶의 질 수준별 건강 행태 개선을 위한 맞춤형 건강중재 계획에 실제적인 근거가 될 것이다.

가족스트레스가 중년기 기혼여성의 우울에 미치는 영향 : 가족건강성과 가족지지의 조절효과 (The Effects of Family Stress on Depression in Married, Middle-aged Women : The Moderating Effects of Family Strength and Support)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of family stress on instances of depression in married, middle-aged women; more specifically, this study examined the moderating effects family strength and support have on depression in middle-aged women. Three hundred women from 40 to 60 years of aged, all of whom resided in Gyeonggi-do, participated in this study. For the final analysis, 249 self-reported questionnaires were used. Descriptive statistics, correlative analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver. 21.0. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the mean scores of family strengths and family support were higher than the median scores. The mean level of depression was lower than the median of depression frequency, while the mean for the family stress scores was the same as the median. Second, depressions frequency was influenced by family type, health status, and average income. There was a positive correlation between depression and family stress. Third, family support had a moderating effect on depression. Family strength did not seem to have the same moderating effect, while there did seem to be a moderating effect of instrumental support from families on the relationship between family stress and depression. In conclusion, to decrease the frequency of depression in married, middle-aged women', it may be necessary to increase family support, and it seems to be especially necessary to increase the amount of instrumental support from families.

기혼중년남성이 지각한 회복탄력성 및 은퇴태도가 의미있는 삶에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Resilience and Retirement Attitudes Perceived by Middle-aged Married Men on a Meaningful Life)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of resilience and retirement attitudes perceived by middle-aged married men on a meaningful life, and provide basic data based on empirical research for reexamining meaningful lives of middle-aged married men. For the study, a survey was conducted with middle-aged men aged between 40 and 60 who were married with children and employed and live in Seoul or Gyeonggido. A total of 476 copies of data were analyzed. For the analysis, SPSS 20.0 was used to perform frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, and the Duncan multiple range test and multiple regression analysis were performed. The result was as follows: First, Levels of resilience, retirement attitudes and meaningful life were moderate. Second, middle-aged married men had significant differences according to education, job, religion, Monthly family income, Wife's employment, marital status and Subjective health condition on meaningful life. third, middle-aged married men had an impact on resilience and retirement attitude on a meaningful life. In particular, the Affirmation of the resilience of the sub-region and the Transition to Old Age part of the retirement attitudes were significantly affected. Therefore, it is necessary to consider enough family support and social support for middle aged men.

한류 화장품 광고모델의 특성이 브랜드 개성과 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향 - 중국 소비자를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Advertising Models' Characteristics of Hallyu Cosmetics on Brand Personality and Brand Attitude: Focused on Chinese Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of characteristics of advertising model on brand personality and the effect of brand personality on brand attitude; and analyze whether the characteristics of the advertising model have a direct effect on the brand attitude or indirectly through the brand personality. A survey was conducted from August 10, 2017 until August 31, 2017, and 400 respondents' survey results were analyzed. For data analysis, SPSS 23.0 was utilized to perform descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and regression analysis. As a result, five brand personality factors were derived, which are aesthetics, safety/expertise, sophistication, pro-environment, youth, respectively. For advertising model characteristics, seven factors were derived, which are credibility, visibility, attractiveness, expertise, similarity, likeability, and familiarity, respectively. This study investigated the relationship between characteristics of cosmetics advertising model, brand personality, and brand attitude. Brand personality does not play a mediating role between advertising model's characteristics and brand attitude. Advertising model's characteristics have a direct effect on the brand attitude. Consequently, Cosmetics companies should recognize the importance of the characteristics of advertising model and implement the marketing strategy by carefully selecting the advertising model so that consumers can relate the characteristics of advertisement model to the brand attitude which will ultimately lead to positive evaluation of the brand.

치과위생사의 인간관계능력, 직무만족 및 조직몰입이 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting the resilience of dental hygienists' interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment)

  • Objectives: This study is a descriptive analysis to identify factors that affect dental hygienists' flexibility by investigating the correlation between dental hygienists' interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and resilience. Methods: Data were collected from October 8 to 22, 2018 using a structured questionnaire that was administered to 132 dental hygienists working in dental clinics and dental hospitals in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, an independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 program. Results: First, the interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and resilience of dental hygienists were all found above average. Second, the resilience of dental hygienists showed a significant positive correlation with interpersonal relationships (r=0.719, p<0.001), job satisfaction (r=0.328, p<0.001), and organizational commitment (r=0.519, p<0.001). Third, interpersonal relationships (t=9.87, p<0.001) and organizational commitment (t=3.30, p<0.01) were significant factors affecting the resilience of dental hygienists. Conclusions: In order to improve the resilience of dental hygienists, it is necessary to explore various ways to enhance their interpersonal relationships and organizational commitment. Furthermore, this study intends to provide basic data that are necessary for establishing a human resources management strategy for dental institutions to create a desirable organizational culture.

패션수입업체의 내부마케팅 요인이 판매원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Internal Marketing Factors in Import Apparel Company on Job Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this research is to investigate the present circumstances of internal marketing in domestic apparel-import company and study if the internal marketing activities in import apparel company have a significant effect on salespersons' job satisfaction. As a preliminary investigation, the interviews with 6 expert salespersons of imported apparel company were taken to develop a practical measuring tool. As a result, 21 categories which effect on internal marketing and 6 factors which influence on job satisfaction were extracted. Next, a survey with the salespersons who work in apparel-import company was taken, and 186 collected data were used in this study. To analyze the data, factor analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis are executed by a statistics package, SPSS v12.0. The results are as follows. First, five factors which effect on internal marketing activities in have been identified as welfare, incentives, employment & training, communication, empowerment. Among them, four factors of welfare, incentives, employment & training, and communication have been come out as statistically significant factors which influenced on salesperson's job satisfaction. Second, the internal marketing activities of import apparel company according to salesperson's demographic factors - payment, working periods, and marriage have been demonstrated significant difference on salespersons' job satisfaction. When the marriage is examined, the job satisfaction of the single mostly depends on incentives while that of the married does on welfare. On the consideration of working periods, the less does the group have working experience, the more does it have a dependence on incentives. On the other hand, the group which has much payment and experience mostly relies on welfare. The middle class show to be dependent on communication and employment&training as well as welfare and incentives.

한국과 미국 여대생의 문화에 따른 의복가치관의 비교 연구 (A Cross-Cultural Study on the Clothing Value - Focusing on Korea and the United States -)

  • This study is to compare cultural characteristics and the clothing value between Korean and American college women. Also this study is to analyze the culture effect on the clothing value. The cultural characteristics is explained by Hofstede's five Cultural Dimensions- power distance, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance and long-term orientation. 800 questionnaires, were utilized for this study. The SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the technical statistics like average and frequency, 1-test, $x^2$, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Also the LISREL 8.0 was used to Perform a confirmatory factor analysis. The result showed, first, there were 5 major cultural differences between Korean and American college women. Comparatively, Korean college women showed higher uncertainty avoidance and long-term orientation, and lower power distance, individualism and masculinity. Second, there were differences in the clothing value aspect. Korean college women considered the aesthetic clothing value to be most important, however, American college women considered the economic clothing value to be most important. Third, there were some differences in the clothing value because of the cultural differences. For Korean college women, there were 5 major cultural differences that had an effect on the aesthetic, social, religious and economic clothing values, however, for America college women, the 5 major cultural differences had an effect on the aesthetic, social, and religious values but no effect on the economic value.
