With the increasing popularization of low-priced luxury markets, maintaining the genuine values of luxury has become crucial for luxury fashion brands to attract customers who want exclusivity and rarity. The world-leading luxury fashion houses have employed a variety of experiential marketing strategies like special order product strategies and mobile SNS promotion strategies, yet little research exists on there the strategies actually positively impact brand luxury images and customer attitudes towards the brand. This study empirically analyzed the effects of customer experience of special order products on perceived brand luxury and brand relationship. Furthermore, the study also tested relationships among perceived brand luxury, brand relationship, and brand loyalty. A survey was conducted with Korean female consumers who had purchase experiences of special order products from the brands. We analyzed the data of MTO-experienced respondents due to the lack of respondents who had experienced custom-made product services. The result indicates the significant effect of experience of MTO on brand relationship; however, we found only a partial support for the effect of MTO on brand luxury. Likewise, we found a partial support for the effect of mobile SNS promotion strategies on perceived brand luxury versus full support for the effect on brand relationship.
As social networking service (SNS) users' needs and wants have become more diverse, SNS is designed to provide various services and functions. As a result, an image based SNS with the purpose of sharing various interests has emerged. More and more fashion companies are using image based SNS to use it as a medium to better communicate with their customers. This study investigates the effect of usage motivation of image based SNS with the emotion of pleasure as the mediator and its impact towards flow and brand attitude. In order to verify the research model and to test the proposed hypotheses, we conducted a pilot test on 8 image based SNS heavy users, and followed through with 215 questionnaires which were collected via online survey. The results of this study are as follows. Each usage motivation of image based SNS had significant effect on each pleasure. The visual impact had a positive effect on sensory pleasure and the common interest significantly influenced on user's affective preference. Curating, simplicity and interconnecting had a positive effect on cognitive pleasure. Affective and cognitive pleasures except sensory pleasure positively impacted the user on flow. The cognitive pleasure had a positive effect on the brand attitude. Lastly, flow had a positive effect on the brand attitude. This study is the foundation of the image based SNS academically in the new media research. Furthermore, it suggests managerial implications of a company to provide effective marketing strategy to make the best use of image based SNS.

Research design, data and methodology: For data collection, a pilot survey and the final survey were conducted. The pilot survey data was conducted to 50 female SNS users following fashion influencers. Based on the pilot tests, questionnaire was revised and the final survey was conducted online from august 22 to September 1, 2019 to female SNS users who have followed fashion influencer. A total of 408 data were collected, and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling techniques were employed for the data analyses using AMOS 26.0 and SPSS 26.0. Results: First, five factors were extracted for the fashion influencers' characteristics: interactivity, similarity, reliability, expertise and attractiveness. Second, fashion influences' reliability, expertise, similarity, interactivity have a positive (+) effects on relationship immersion; however, attractiveness has no effect on relationship immersion with followers and fashion influencer. The survey were conducted a total of 205 participants with adult over colleague student, 197 copies that excluded questionnaire with unfaithful answer were used in the analysis, and we used path analysis of structural equation modeling. The results of modified path model showed that interactivity was influenced by value, and then affecting "trust ${\rightarrow}$ satisfaction ${\rightarrow}$ using reluctant intention" path and "satisfaction ${\rightarrow}$ using reluctant intention" path. These result reflected that interactivity have a double-edged sword and value is very important standard to make a positive of negative role of interactivity. These results suggested that interactivity was found to have influence upon not only behavioral willingness that took actions depending upon either improvisation or situation but also behavioral intention path that thought and took actions in reasonable way. The interactivity had double-edged sword to help develop SNS and to produce negative results.

Social network service(SNS), provided by social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Cyworld is rapidly growing in online business. Furthermore, many companies have growing interests in finding effective ways to use SNSs for their innovations, marketing and advertisement. In fact, firms have recognized the utility value of the SNS for their business. In this aspect, this study attempts to identify key factors influencing the intention to continuous use of SNSs. Based on the UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology)model, this study proposes the research model, including the effects of social network service characteristics(social relationship support, information sharing, image expression) and individual characteristics(self-disclosure, extroversion, familiarity) on performance expectancy as well as the moderating effect of perceived information security among UTAUT variables. The 412T sets of data collected in a survey were tested against the modeling using SEM using SmartPLS. Results indicated that social network service and individual characteristics had significant effect on performance expectancy with exception of self-disclosure. In addition, the moderating effect of perceived information security had significant effect. The results had important implications for firms providing SNSs hoping to develop a successful business model.
Given the rapid growth of social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Cyworld, it is important to understand SNS users' decision-making processes such as purchasing and continuance intention. Especially, as a number of SNS providers such as Cyworld and Habbo Hotel recognize the sales of digital items as the main source of their profits, it is critical to in-depth understand SNS users' purchasing behaviors. In this regard, this study explores continued usage behaviors and purchase behaviors of digital items in an SNS environment using a longitudinal research method. This paper develops a theoretical model to deeply understand the key drivers of purchase behavior of digital items through constructs prescribed by two established research streams on information systems, namely continuance usage and habitual usage. Moreover, this study examines the effects of actual and ideal self-image congruity on SNS continuance intention and habit. The research model was tested by using survey data collected from 307 users who have experience with Cyworld. The analysis results show that SNS actual usage directly influence purchase behavior of digital items. SNS users' continuance intention and habit are key drivers to enhance the level of actual usage of the SNS. Both actual and ideal self-image congruity play a key role in enhancing continuance usage and habitual usage. The implication of research and discussions provides reference for SNS providers in marketing and IT strategy.
