SNS Integrated Management API and Its Application (SNS 통합관리 API와 응용)

  • An SNS(Social Network Service) is an online service that supports an effective way to share information over virtual communities. Recently, as SNSs such as Twitter, Facebook, and Me2day are getting bigger, the purposes of using popular SNSs are expanded to broadcastings, politics, marketings and so on. In this paper, we propose an API to integrate and manage open APIs for various SNSs, presenting a library as an implementation of the proposed API. Also, utilizing the developed library, a smartphone application is provided which supports integrated management of popular SNSs and personal schedules. Using the library, developers can reduce costs when they need to implement specific functions for managing various SNSs. With the developed application, we can read and write to/from the related SNSs on same screen, automatically reminding our schedule and sharing the schedule with friends over the SNSs.

  • 본 연구는 spring framework와 각 SNS들의 API를 활용한 각 플랫폼들을 한 사이트에 연동하여 사용자들이 손쉽게 관리하기 위하여 진행하였다. SNS 통합 플랫폼에서의 중요한 요소는 사용자들의 SNS 관리 시간을 단축시키는 것인데 이를 위해 플랫폼들의 게시물들을 한 곳에서 게시, 수정, 삭제 그리고 여러 플랫폼에 게시물을 동시에 업로드하는 기능과 게시물들을 필터링하는 기능을 제공하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 편의성은 올라가며 더 효율적으로 게시물들을 관리하여 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.

  • 정보기술의 발달과 인터넷의 확산 등의 사회적인 변화에 따라 고객을 효과적으로 만족시킬 수 있도록 기업은 고객과의 장기적인 관계를 구축하는 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)을 사용하고 있다. 최근에는 블로그나 SNS등에 기업이 상품이나 서비스를 팔고자 하는 소비자들이 가득 모여 있기 때문에 실시간으로 소비자의 니즈를 파악할 수 있는 방법으로 트위터, 블로그, 카페 등 SNS 상의 빅 데이터를 분석하는 시스템을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 보다 효율적인 피드백 수집분석을 위해 기존의 기업/기관에서 운영 및 관리하는 내부 CRM 데이터와 SNS 상의 외부 데이터를 연동하여 분석할 수 있는 이기종 데이터의 통합 분석엔진 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 의료서비스에 적용하여 내부 데이터인 매출, 방문자 수, 진료과 정보, 환자 정보, 고객 불만 유형 등을 분석하고 소셜데이터를 통해 해당 의료기관에 대한 소비자 경험 (진료, 시설 등) 정보를 수집한다.

  • 카카오톡, 페이스북 등의 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service: SNS)가 발전함에 따라 이를 기반으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 게임(Social Network Game: SNG)이 지인과 함께 가볍게 즐길 수 있다는 장점을 내세워 유저들로부터 많은 호응을 얻고 있다. 특히 SNG가 갖는 장점은 언제 어디서나 즐길 수 있는 스마트폰 앱에 접목되면서 그 효과가 극대화되고 있다. 이에 많은 개발사들이 앞다투어 SNG 개발에 참여를 하고 있는 상황이지만 다양한 SNS 서비스 플랫폼에 비해 SNG 개발을 위한 공개 엔진은 없는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 SNS 플랫폼을 통해 공통으로 사용할 수 있는 통합 관리 소셜 네트워크 엔진을 개발하는 과정과 구현된 엔진을 사용하여 디바이스를 통한 그래픽 출력 성능을 실험하였으며, 실험 결과 기존의 SNG와의 속도차이가 없음을 보여 주어 게임 구현하기에 충분함을 입증하였다.

  • 최근 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 활용하는 시각 장애인의 수가 점차 증가하고 있으나, 시각 장애인들에 대한 배려 및 접근성은 낙제 수준에 머물고 있다. 이는 보편적인 활용성의 측면보다는 일반인만을 대상으로 제작된 것으로 시각장애인이 원활하게 이용하기에 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 시각장애인의 SNS 활용을 지원하기 위한 SNS 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안하는 시스템은 현재 가장 많은 활용도를 보이는 세 개의 SNS의 공통 특성 분석을 통한 통합 포스팅 관리 및 포스팅 공유 기능을 제공하여 개별 관리 도구 개발에서 발생하는 개발 비용을 감소시키는 것이 가능하다. 또한, 수집 데이터를 시각 장애인의 특성을 고려한 인터페이스로 제공함으로써 시각 장애인의 활용성을 극대화 하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 제안하는 시스템은 독립적인 프로그램의 형태로 제공되기 때문에, 기존의 시각 장애인이 보유하고 있는 보조 기기에 탑재하여 활용하는 것이 가능하다.

Determinants of SNS Use Time Depending on SNS Motive in Youth Workers (청년층 직장인의 SNS 이용동기에 따른 사용시간의 결정요인에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the SNS usage time depending on SNS motive of the youth workers. Although previous studies revealed that there are many motivations for SNS usage, it is not known which factors determine usage time of each SNS motive. In this study, we constructed the unbalanced panel data of the Korean Education & Employment Panel data. Among three different SNS motives such as information exchange, social networking, and fun pursuit, gender, physical health, extraversion, and conscientiousness affected the usage of SNS when the motivation was information exchange. When it was personal connection, the size of organization, education, physical health, subjective happiness, job satisfaction, neuroticism, and agreeableness did. When it was fun & interest, foreign company, status of children, subjective happiness, and job satisfaction did. Based on the findings, we discussed theoretical and practical implications.

  • Recent rise of social media channel is changing social and economic paradigm and is being used as an effective communication in marketing. The following research analyzes the most employed social marketing tools such as portal advertisement, blogs, and SNS channels to effectively execute social media marketing from performance indicator and ICSI perspective, analyzes each channel's characteristics and results based on Korea distribution companies' case studies and suggests a framework to effectively use each channel. Portal site advertisements are the most effective channel to draw customers with new information and are thus linked to profit by corporations with excessive budget and workforce. Blogs target a specific range of customers providing quality information and knowledge thus improving a corporation's and its product's trustworthiness, spread the word by allowing customers to scrap the information, form social groups and synthesize ideas, events, new contents and social involvement with loyal customers. SNS channels allow customers to get involved in real time information and events, grow through network by the power of customers, react immediately to customers' needs, and execute real-time market and customer reports. Though national corporations currently rely heavily on portal site advertisements, insightful marketing professionals are showing financial results with blog and SNS. In the future, based on a precise understanding of each channel's benefits and expected results, and with a focus on flexibility, timeliness and integrated use of each channel, a portfolio of dynamic marketing as a maximizing strategy could be synthesized.

  • SNS provider's biggest interest lies in enhancing user satisfaction through user request analysis and developing services to induce continuous use of those devices. In particular, setting up management directions to develop SNS at maturity is important and it is also important to identify the functions which SNS users are pursuing for and identify what's considered unsatisfiable among the services currently provided in light of user expectations. To this end, this study further presents sociality quality and personal emotional quality reflecting the characteristics of SNS to the existing quality factors and expands to Expected Confirmation Model. This study further took into account of sociality quality and personal emotional quality reflecting the characteristics of SNS and approached to them from the perspective of quality in a comprehensive way, analyzed the degree of impact on recognition factors, and presented the factors that had an impact on the satisfaction with usage and intention to use continuously.

  • The companies have employed SNS for marketing, promotion, and customer relationship management. The SNS is a good tool to collect customers' opinions and to collaborate with internal and external employees, however, the function of SNS are limited in implementing a co-creation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to suggest a SNS platform for co-creation that creates a corporate's values with customers. For this purpose, the limitations of SNS are defined and the new platform of the SNS is suggested. The proposed platform has 3 modules including integration of applications, cloud services, and integration to applications operated by companies. With a scenario method the suggested platform was validated. This is one of pioneer studies in co-creation.

Function Analysis for SNS and Shopping Mall Integration (SNS와 쇼핑몰 통합을 위한 기능분석)

  • We can build regular relationships with customers by integrating SNS (Social Networking Service) and internet shopping mall functions. For example of direct dealing of agricultural products, consumers can find news of regular sellers (seeding, farming, harvesting and new products) in the timeline at their SNS home. Then, they can purchase the necessary products by one click motion. The sellers provide news and discount information for building regular customers. Besides these SNS personal connection building, our system provides shopping mall functions to consumer's SNS home pages with auto classified catalog of products. Then, consumes easily find necessary products and these purchase may lead to regular relationships with sellers. Consumers may redistribute recommendations and reviews and it enables direct communications between consumers who are unknown to each other.
