상호작용성에 의한 SNS 영향유저 선정에 관한 연구 : 연속적인 참조관계가 있는 블로고스피어를 중심으로 (Finding Influential Users in the SNS Using Interaction Concept : Focusing on the Blogosphere with Continuous Referencing Relationships)

  • 블로그, 페이스북, 트위터와 같은 SNS(Social Network Service)는 유저와 포스트를 노드로, 유저와 포스트, 포스트와 포스트, 또는 유저와 유저 사이에 형성되는 다양한 관계를 링크로 하는 그래프로 표현될 수 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 그래프 구조를 분석하여 다른 유저들의 생각과 행동에 영향을 미치는 영향 유저를 선별하는 방법에 대해 논한다. 기본적인 패러다임으로 기존의 투표성 개념이 아닌, 다양한 시맨틱 웹 자원의 중요도를 평가하기 위해 제안된 상호작용성 개념을 초기 SNS의 하나인 블로고스피어의 영향력 평가에 적용함으로써, 여러 모의 실험을 통해 그 타당성과 적용 가능성을 입증하였다. 모의 실험은 각 대안이 제공하는 결과의 타당성 정도에 따라 성능을 비교 분석할 수 있는 네트워크 모형을 디자인하여 사용하였다. 또, 이러한 네트워크 모형에 대한 링크 가중치 튜닝의 결과 변화를 살펴봄으로써, 가중치 조합의 차이에서 발생하는 실험 오차를 줄이고, 실제 적용의 용이함을 비교 분석하였다. 부가적으로, 스팸 필터링 목적에서 포스트 컨텐츠 점수를 링크 구조 기반 방법 안에 포함시킬 수 있는 방법도 제안하였다. 본 연구는 SNS 영향유저 선별에 대한 연구의 출발점으로서, 다음과 같은 점에서 기존 연구와 구별된다. 첫째, 스크랩, 댓글, RSS, 친구 등 기존 연구에서 유의미한 속성으로 간주했지만, 그래프 기반 방법으로 함께 고려할 수 없었던 다양한 영향력 속성들을 종합적으로 반영할 수 있는 그래프 기반 영향력 평가 프레임웍을 제시한다. 둘째, 이 프레임웍은 영향력이 높은 개체들과 상호작용하는 개체가 영향력이 낮은 개체들과 상호작용하는 개체보다 높은 영향력을 갖게 되는 일반적인 현상을 구현할 수 있는 양방향성을 반영한다. 셋째, 영향력 평가 면에서 다른 사람들의 추종액션을 유발한 정도를 가장 중요한 요인으로 고려하여, 일련의 참조관계에 대해 기존의 페이지랭크나 HITS(Hypertext Induced Topic Selection)와는 다른 관점에서 접근하였다.

아프리칸 매리골드(Tagetes erecta L.) 꽃 추출물(抽出物)로 염색(染色)한 모발(毛髮)과 양모섬유 염색(羊毛纖維 染色)에서 후매염(後媒染)에 의해서 흡착(吸着)된 금속(金屬)이온 농도(濃度)가 색상(色相)과 견뢰도(堅牢度)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Absorbed Metal Ion Concentration by After-treated Mordanting on the Color and Fastness in Human Hair and Wool Fiber Dyed with African Marigold Petals Extract)

  • In the previous study, african marigold petals extract was valued as an excellent natural yellow dye because of its distinguished reactivity with various mordants and color fastness. In this study, we were studied on effect of absorbed metal ion by after-treatment of mordants on the color and fastness in human hair and wool fiber dyed with african marigold petals extract because the proteinic and cellulosic fiber were very well dyed. The dyed human hair showed better dyeing ability in the color fastness than wool fiber on tests of light, wash and perspiration. The absorbed metal ion concentration of mordanted human hairs were 1 or 5 times higher than wool fibers. However, excess of absorbed metal ion haven't consistent effect on K/S and surface color. Human hairs dyed using african marigold extract and mordanted with Al, Sn, Cu and Fe were showed various reddish yellow color groups and good dyeing ability on african marigold extract.

기업 내 SNS가 지식공유 행위에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 사회심리학적 관점을 중심으로 (The Influence of Intra-SNS on Knowledge Sharing Behavior: Social Psychology Perspective)

  • Knowledge management is considered an important factor for competitive advantage and sustainability for firms. As many knowledge management systems failed to achieve the desired results, enterprise social media (ESM) has received considerable attention as an alternative solution for knowledge sharing within a firm. This paper attempts to investigate the influence of various aspects of ESM on knowledge sharing. While previous literature mainly focused on structural aspects of ESM, this study focuses on social psychological aspects, such as social connectedness, social awareness, and social presence, along with reputational aspects (such as self-presentation). Further, in order to clarify knowledge sharing behavior, this study classifies knowledge sharing behavior into two categories, knowledge contribution and knowledge acquisition. The data used in this study was collected from 179 individuals who have experience in their own ESM. The results show that both social connectedness and self-presentation positively influence the two types of knowledge sharing behavior, i.e., acquisition and contribution. Meanwhile, social awareness turns out to be a significant determinant of knowledge contribution only. Contrary to our expectations, however, social presence does not significantly influence knowledge sharing behavior.

구리박막의 피로특성에 관한 제조공정의 영향 (Manufacturing Process Effect on Fatigue Properties for Copper Thin Film)

  • The copper film coated by Sn is often used in various applications such as LCD, Mobile Phone and etc. Especially, when the film is used as tape carrier package(TCP) of LCD panel, the film is repeatedly applied by mechanical or(and) thermal stress and then is often failed. Therefore, to guarantee the reliability of the electrical devices using the film, the tensile and fatigue characteristics of the film are important. In this study, to obtain the tensile and fatigue characteristics of the film, the specimen was fabricated by etching process to make a smooth specimen of 2000 ${\mu}m$ width, 8000 ${\mu}m$ length and 15.26 ${\mu}m$ thickness. The 2 kinds of specimen were fabricated by other manufacturing process. These specimens had values of Young's modulus(80.2GPa) lower than literature values(108${\sim}$145GPa) for bulk values, but had high values of the yield and ultimate strength as 317MPa and 437MPa, respectively. And fatigue test of load-control with 20Hz frequency was performed.

기업 SNS에서 고객의 상호작용 경험이 고객의 학습 혜택과 기업에 대한 고객 신뢰에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Customer Interaction Experiences in Corporate SNSs on Customer Learning Benefits and Customer Trust in the Firm)

  • Many firms have been utilizing SNSs such as Facebook and Twitter actively in order to boost interactions with customers that promote product and service innovations and effective marketing. Although positive outcomes of the customer interactions in SNSs are expected, there exist few studies on the effects of interactions between customers and firms in the SNS context. This study empirically examines how customer experiences in multi-dimensional interactions (i.e., pragmatic, sociability, usability, and hedonic interaction) in corporate SNSs influence customer trust in the firm, and how customer learning benefits are associated with firm benefits such as gaining customer trust. The results indicate that all four dimensions of customer interactions in SNSs have significant effects on customer learning benefits, which in turn significantly influence customer trust in the firm. Meanwhile, the results reveal that there are also direct relationships between specific dimensions of customer interactions in SNSs and the two dimensions of customer trust (i.e., ability-based and benevolence/integrity-based). Based on the findings, this study diagnoses the status of corporate SNSs in terms of collaboration with customers and provides practical implications for firms which attempt to capitalize on the multi-dimensional customer interactions in SNSs and to facilitate innovative activities with customers.

  • Investments in information and communication technologies (ICT) around the world have grown at an enormous rate over the past two decades, which reflects a new emphasis on consumer mobile devices. A social network service (SNS) is an online service that aims to build social relations among people who share interests and activities. The role of SNS is enormous for communicating ideas and opinions among social participants. The use of SNS has recently become one of the most popular social activities worldwide. This research investigated relation between personal characteristics, social characteristics and user satisfaction on SNS then, analyzed how these factors affecting continuance usage intention on SNS users. The conclusion is summarized as below. The study results show that informativeness, pleasure, innovativeness, relationship and empathy of SNS are having positive impact to some degree on the user satisfaction. Further, the user satisfaction of SNS users and quality of life have a positive impact on the continuance usage intention of SNS users. This results show that various SNS qualities are necessary to actively explore and obtain further information that users intend to find, while they are insufficient in function to provide the information other users require or exchange information with other users through the SNS.

MICE 산업 관련 SNS에서 기대일치, 사회적 상호작용, 지각된 유용성이 만족과 지속적인 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Expectation Confirmation, Social Interaction and Perceived Usefulness on Continuous Intention to Use SNS in MICE Industry)

  • Purpose This study proposes a research model based on Expectation-Confirmation theory in order to investigate impacts of three variables(expectation confirmation, social interaction, and perceived usefulness) on continuous intention to uss SNS in MICE industry. Design/methodology/approach A survey approach was used in order to measure each latent variable in the research model. A total of 140 responses were collected from actual users of SNS in MICE industry. A structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 2.0 was conducted in order to analyze each relationship in the proposed research model. Findings The results indicated the expectation confirmation had a positive impact on the perceived usefulness, social interaction, and satisfaction. Second, perceived usefulness had a significant positive impact on satisfaction and continuous intention to use SNS in MICE industry. Thrid, social interaction had a positive influence on both satisfaction and continuous intention to use SNS in MICE industry. Finally, the relationship between satisfaction and continuous intention in SNS of MICE industry was fully supported.

  • 최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)에 대한 사회적 인식과 관심이 높아지면서 이것이 미치는 사회적 영향과 파장에 대한 연구와 이를 이용한 다양한 전략들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 센서를 사용할 수 있는 피지컬 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 SNS와의 연동 방법을 구성하고 그 중 오픈소스 환경인 아두이노와 다양한 센서들을 Open API를 제공하는 트위터와의 연동을 통해 의사표현에 제약이 있는 장애인들을 위해 이 기술이 사용될 수 있음을 제안하였다. 각종 센서에서 받아오는 값을 이용해 트위터와 연동을 하여 메시지를 전송하는 방식으로 구성하였다.

Pb-기판의 표면특성에 미치는 합금원소의 영향 (Effects of Alloying Elements on the Surface Characteristics of Pb-Substrate for Battery)

  • Nowadays the open-type lead-acid battery for vehicle use is being replaced with the sealed-type because it needs no maintenance and has a longer cycle life. Thus researches on this battery are being conducted very actively by many advanced battery companies. There is, however, a serious problem with the maintenance free(MF) battery that its cathode electrode has a limited cycle life due to a corrosion of grid. In this study, it was aimed to improve a corrosion resistance of the cathode grid which is commonly made of Pb-Ca alloy for a mechanical strength. For this purpose, various amounts of alloying elements such as Sn, Ag and Ba were added singly or together to the Pb-Ca alloys and investigated their corrosion behaviors. Batteries fabricated by using these alloys as cathode grids were subjected to life cycle test and their corrosion layers appeared at the interface between the grids and the active materials were carefully observed in order to clarify effects of alloying elements.

소셜네트워크 연결밀도와 중심성에 따른 소셜쇼핑 구매의도의 차이 -온라인커뮤니티와 SNS를 중심으로- (The Difference of the Purchase Intention of Social Shopping by Connection Intensity and Centrality of Social Network -In the Case of Online Community and SNS-)

  • 본 연구는 소셜네트워크의 구조적 특성인 연결밀도와 중심성에 따라 소셜쇼핑에 대한 구매의도의 차이를 검증하고자 실시하였다. 이와 함께 집단중심의 온라인 커뮤니티와 개인중심의 SNS(소셜네트워크서비스)간의 소셜쇼핑 구매의도의 차이를 제안하고 분석하였으며, 그 이유를 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해 구조적 특성을 반영한 가설을 설정하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 연결밀도가 높은 경우에 소셜쇼핑에 대한 구매의도가 높게 나타났으며 중심성 역시 높을 때 구매의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 온라인 커뮤니티와 SNS간에도 소셜쇼핑에 대한 구매의도가 차이를 보였는데, 온라인 커뮤니티에서는 연결밀도가 높은 경우에, SNS는 중심성이 높은 경우에 각각 구매의도에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 소셜네트워크 및 소셜쇼핑 연구에 있어 네트워크 구조의 중요성에 대한 시사점을 제시하고 소셜쇼핑의 구매의도를 높이기 위해 소셜네트워크 유형별 구조를 이해한 전략 수립의 중요성과 방향에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.
