  • The network configuration of SMS number moving service is a very important factor to improve the user convenience to Internet Telephone. To provide the service, The SMSC system is required the the function of DB process and management of the subscriber, In case of SMSG system to interconnects with the other network and SMSC, the function of the call processing of subscriber who has changed his number by interconnecting with NPDB(Number Portability DB) is required. This paper had studied the way to consist the efficient network by the number moving technique.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 급속히 증가하여 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 SMS 스팸 필터링을 위한 듀얼 SMS 스팸필터링 기법을 제안한다. 지속적으로 증가하고 새롭게 변형되는 SMS 문자 필터링을 위해서는 패턴 및 스팸 단어 사전을 통한 필터링은 많은 수작업을 요구하여 부적합하다. 그리하여 기계 학습을 이용한 자동화 시스템 구축이 요구되고 있으며, 효과적인 기계 학습을 위해서는 자질 선택과 자질의 가중치 책정 방법이 중요하다. 하지만 SMS 문자 특성상 문장들이 짧기 때문에 출현하는 자질의 수가 적어 분류의 어려움을 겪게 된다. 이 같은 문제를 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 슬라이딩 윈도우 기반 N-gram 확장을 통해 자질을 확장하고, 확장된 자질로 그래프를 구축하여 얕은 구조적 특징을 표현한다. 학습 데이터에 출현한 N-gram 자질을 정점(Vertex)으로, 자질의 출현 빈도를 그래프의 간선(Edge)의 가중치로 설정하여 햄(HAM)과 스팸(SPAM) 그래프를 각각 구성한다. 이렇게 구성된 그래프를 바탕으로 노드의 중요도와 간선의 가중치를 활용하여 최종적인 자질의 가중치를 결정한다. 입력 문자가 도착하면 스팸과 햄의 그래프를 각각 이용하여 입력 문자의 2개의 자질 벡터(Vector)를 생성한다. 생성된 자질 벡터를 지지 벡터 기계(Support Vector Machine)를 이용하여 각 SVM 확률 값(Probability Score)을 얻어 스팸 여부를 결정한다. 3가지의 실험환경에서 바이그램 자질과 이진 가중치를 사용한 기본 시스템보다 F1-Score의 약 최대 2.7%, 최소 0.5%까지 향상되었으며, 결과적으로 평균 약 1.35%의 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Short message service(SMS) in a mobile communication environment is a very convenient method. However, it caused a serious side effect of generating spam messages for advertisement. Those who send spam messages distort or deform SMS sentences to avoid the messages being filtered by automatic filtering system. In order to increase the performance of spam filtering system, we need to recover the distorted sentences into normal sentences. This paper proposes a method of normalizing the various types of distorted sentence and extracting keywords through automatic word spacing and compound noun decomposition.

  • 본 논문에서는 형태소 분석을 이용한 확률 기반 한국어 SMS 스팸 필터링 기법을 제안한다. 기존 연구에서는 단어 및 문자 단위 어휘 정보를 자질로 이용한 영어 및 스페인어 SMS 스팸 필터링 방법들이 있다. 하지만 교착어인 한국어의 경우, 어근과 접사의 조합에 의해서 다양한 어절이 형성될 수 있다. 따라서 어절단위 어휘 정보를 자질로 사용할 경우, 미등록어(out of vocabulary) 문제가 발생한다. 특히, 매우 적은 수의 단어들로 구성된 SMS 메시지의 경우에는 이 문제가 매우 심각하다. 본 논문에서는 형태소 분석을 이용하여 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 하였다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법은 기존 연구와 비교하여 10.6%의 스팸 분류 정확률 향상을 보였다. 또한 미등록어만을 포함하는 SMS 메시지의 수는 약 77% 감소하였다.

Phytochemical Analysis and Wound Healing Potential of Ethanol Extract of Sea Mustard and Sea Mustard Sporophyll

  • In this study, phytochemicals extracted from sea mustard (SM) and sea mustard sporophyll (SMS) in ethanol solution have been analyzed and wound healing potential of the phytochemicals was investigated. In the phytochemical screening studies, the extract of SM and SMS includes several phytochemical compounds such as phytol, ascorbic acid, sitgmasta, fucosterol and ergosta. Cytotoxicity studies of the extract of SM and SMS with mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells showed on toxicity up to a high concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Furthermore, the SM and SMS extract significantly reduces the production of nitric oxide (NO) induced lipopolysaccharide on RAW 264.7 cells with a dose-dependent manner. In addition, the extract of SM and SMS has the effect of enhancing the cell migration and invasion of fibroblast. These results demonstrate that the extract of SM and SMS could help to heal wound by reducing NO production and increasing cell migration.

  • This paper introduces a method of sending and registering SMS using mobile LBS (Local Based Service) in social network service environment. This method acquires the location of the target person and object through the API and LBS, constructs the SMS based on the obtained information, and transmits and registers the SMS in the mobile environment. The composition of the SMS is the personal information of the object to be searched, the current position and the position of the object. Therefore, the user can quickly and accurately grasp the brief items and locations of objects to be searched through SMS. Also, Today we will improve the quality of life by providing upgraded service for shortening of appointment time and delivery.

  • Department of Defense, Republic of Korea has put in significant efforts towards safety over the years by developing defense safety management systems, such as establishing safety management organizations and enacting laws and regulations. Therefore, the number of casualties due to military activities has been reduced dramatically. However, many errors and problems are present in the safety management system (SMS) owing to a lack of proper SMS. That brings inefficiency and discontinuity in SMS. Hence, typical phenomena such as lack of safety management professionals and reactive safety management activities have not been properly corrected. This study reviews various academic papers on the SMS and research reports of major foreign institutions to redefine the concept and components of the defense safety management system to ultimately suggest improvement in the R.O.K defense safety management system. Additionally, the safety management system of the U.S. and British forces, considered to be the leading safety management system, were analyzed and compared to R.O.K defense SMS to derive their implications.

  • K-drone delivery system is a commercial delivery system that ensures compliance with aviation safety. It is equipped with flight routes for automated deliveries and features a drone identification device along with a real-time monitoring system for drone positions. This study proposes the application of an ICAO SMS-based safety management system as an appropriate safety management framework that non-aviation personnel drone operators can adopt. It suggests that applying an ICAO SMS-based safety management system to the K-drone delivery system, similar to Europe and the USA, is valid. To introduce ICAO SMS into the K-drone delivery system, procedures must be established for building a drone safety management system, from business registration to drone operation and training. The main components of the drone safety management system are presented, including 8 items: safety policy and authority and responsibility, risk management, safety assurance, safety promotion, drone control system, drone delivery operation manual, drone maintenance manual, and accident response, incorporating the four fundamental elements of ICAO SMS and European Light UAV operator Certificate standards. Additionally, as a core aspect of the drone safety management system, a seven-step risk assessment procedure is proposed, which includes basic risk identification, hazard identification, risk scenario development, calculation of severity and likelihood, SMS matrix risk assessment, mitigation measures, and implementation determination.

Evaluation on Feed-Nutritional Value of Spent Mushroom(Pleurotus osteratus, Pleurotus eryngii, Flammulina velutupes) Substrates as a Roughage Source for Ruminants (느타리, 새송이 및 팽이버섯 폐배지의 반추동물 조사료원으로서의 사료 영양적 가치평가)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the feed-nutritional value of spent mushroom substrates(SMS) as a roughage source for ruminants through in vitro and in situ experiments. The SMS was classified into a roughage source with high fiber(NDF 64~78%) and low protein(CP 7~11%). The chemical composition of SMS was affected mainly by the primary culture ingredient rather than mushroom species. Compared with sawdust-SMS, cotton waste-SMS contained less(P<0.05) NDF and more(P<0.05) nonfibrous carbohydrate and ash(P<0.05). In vitro DM and NDF disappearances were high in the order of corn cob-, cotton waste-, and sawdust-SMS, in situ DM, NDF and ADF disappearances at 24hr incubation also showed the same pattern with in vitro trials. Compared with sawdust-SMS, cotton waste-SMS had higher digestible fractions and lower non-digestible fractions of NDF and ADF(P<0.05), resulting in higher in situ DM and NDF disappearances(P<0.05) and higher ruminal degradability(P<0.05). Therefore, the preferential use of cotton waste-SMS to sawdust-SMS is recommended as a roughage source for ruminants.

Comparison of the saccharide content of spent mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii, and Flammulina velutipes) substrates under various pretreatment conditions (전처리 방법에 따른 느타리, 큰느타리 및 팽이버섯 수확후 배지의 당함량 비교분석)

  • A new method to utilize spent mushroom substrates (SMS) for ethanol production was investigated. Analysis of the chemical properties of SMS revealed that they were decomposed by the mushrooms during cultivation. In particular, the free sugar content in SMS was reduced to half of that in mushrooms. Of the tested SMS, the Pleurotus eryngii SMS was determined to be suitable for saccharification. Upon pretreatment with a 1% alkaline solution, Pleurotus eryngii SMS achieved 80.7% of its maximum saccharification ratio. The optimum pretreatment conditions for enzyme saccharification were 1% NaOH solution at $120^{\circ}$ for 60 min. Further studies are required to determine ethanol production using Pleurotus eryngii SMS.
