Recently, electric power reliability of our country has been improved. However, there are still remaining problems which are short-duration variations like instantaneous and momentary interruption and voltage sag by nature calamity ; typhoon, lightning, snow, etc. Besides, power quality ; harmonics, caused by using power electronics equipments, become a hot issue Malfunction of controller and stop machinery, and losing the important data are caused by poor power quality at a couple of second. Due to those, UPS, which is made up battery, has being used, but there are several disadvantages ; long charge and discharge time, environmental problem by acid and heavy metal, and short life time. As generally know, micro-SMES is a method to settle those mentioned. However, there need huge system apparatuses in order to verify the effect of system efficiency and stability considering the size of micro-SMES, the sort of converter type, and various conditions ; inner temperature, magnetic field, quench characteristic of micro-SMES, and etc. In this paper, in order to bring the mentioned above to a settlement, a micro-SMES is modeled with characteristics of micro-SMES is interfaced to EMTOC program using Fortran program interface method. We obtained hopeful answers and made the simulation model of micro SMES.

The conduction-cooled HTS SMES is operated in cryogenic and high vacuum condition. Thus. Insulation design at cryogenic temperature and high vacuum is a key and an important element that should be established to accomplish compact design is a big advantage of HTS SMES. However, the behaviors of insulators for cryogenic conditions in vacuum are virtually unknown. Therefore, active research and development of insulation concerning application of the conduction cooled HTS SMES was needed. In this study, the insulation characteristics at experimented high vacuum and cryogenic similar to running condition of SMES system. Also, investigated about insulation characteristics of suitable some materials to insulator for conduction-cooled HTS SMES. As these results. the basis data was obtained for insulation materials selection and insulation design for development of 600kJ class conduction-cooled HTS SMES.

A business's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution is software that fully integrates the services that businesses require, continuously updates business processes and department operations in real-time, and so aids in the successful management of enterprise resources. Previously, ERP solutions were often deployed for large enterprises, but along with the strong digital transformation process, many small and medium enterprises have been deploying Cloud ERP (CERP) solutions. The objective of the study is to measure the factors affecting the successful implementation of CERP solutions at small and medium enterprises and the impact of successful implementation of CERP solutions on business process re-engineering and enterprise performance. Using a quantitative method based on data collected from 230 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam that have been implementing CERP solutions, the results show that there are 5 factors affecting, which are Organizational ERP Strategic, Top management Commitment, Data Security, Training in ERP Projects, Organizational Culture. Research results also show that Successful implementation of CERP has a direct impact on business process re-engineering and business performance. Based on the results, the study has made a number of policy implications in the successful implementation of CERP towards re-engineering business processes to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises.

특정한 사건의 발생을 감지하기 위해서 인터넷 상의 문서들을 분석하는 소프트웨어는 매우 유용하다. 특히, 오늘 날과 같이 테러의 위협을 감지하는 것이 결정적으로 중요한 시점에서 이러한 시스템의 필요성은 더욱 크다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어의 중요한 응용분야 가운데 하나는, 자동으로 국가 기반의 위기를 탐지해 주는 시스템일 것이다. 본 논문에서는 위기 경보 시스템을 위한 에이전트 기반의 일반적 아키텍처를 제안하고 구현하였다. NIEWS (National Infrastructure Emergency Warning System)라고 명명된 이 시스템은 주어진 문서를 분석하여, 위협을 감지하고, 가능성 있는 위협들을 필요한 정보와 함께 적절한 사용자에게 자동으로 보고해 주도록 설계되었다. 이와 아울러, 본 연구에서는 방어적 정보전에 관련된 위기를 감지하기 위한 체계적인 분석 틀이 고안되고 지식베이스로 구현되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템과 지식기반은 실제로 구현되고, 미육군 전쟁대학의 전략 시뮬레이션 훈련인 SCE (Strategic Crisis Exercise)에 설치되어 활용 되었으며, 여기서 SCE에 필요한 고비용의 분야별 전문가 (SME: subject matter expert)들을 대체 함으로써 많은 비용을 절감할 수 있었다.

The quality of service in ERP services is a key issue in innovating the ERP performance as an IT service for corporations. Currently, most of the research works for this area are based on the existing quality models such as SERVQUAL, which are said not to measure service quality properly. Also, it does not consider the factor of the system acceptance, which is thought to be closely related to the quality of service in this type of IT services. Therefore, a research model is required, which can address the issues related to the ERP service quality measurements. In this paper, new research models have been proposed, and empirical data obtained from SME's ERP users have been applied to the proposed model to analyze the causal relationship between quality factors and to identify the most suitable quality measures. Also, the relationship between the service quality and the system acceptance was analyzed using a combined model. The results show that factors such as productivity and convenience affects the quality mostly and that the most appropriate measure for the service quality of ERP service is satisfaction. Also, for the system acceptance, the ease-of-use is the main factor. And, the service quality and system acceptance shows a strong correlation. This means that, in order to enhance the quality of ERP services, the service provider needs to provide customers with productivity-enhanced user-friendly IT services and active product support. The work of this research can help to improve the service quality and the user acceptance of ERP services and to lead further research works in this area.

중소기업을 대상으로 경쟁력의 주요 결정요소 중 하나인 인적자원관리 실태를 살펴보았다. 제조업을 비롯해 4개 업종에 속한 763개의 대구지역 중소기업을 대상으로 인적자원관리 여건과 인력관리 애로사항에 관해 분석하였다. 전체 응답 기업 중 2%에만 노조가 결성되어 있었으며, 43%가 고용여건이 어려운 것으로 평가하였다. 그리고 자사의 보유인력이 타사에 비해 경쟁우위에 있다고 평가한 기업은 39% 정도였다. 인센티브 규정, 고충처리제도, 제안제도, 고용안정성 보장제도, 업무수행결과 평가제도, 그리고 정기적 교육 훈련 등의 인적자원관리 제도 실시 여부와 활용 정도를 살펴보았다. 전체 응답 기업들에서 실시되고있는 비율이 가장 높은 제도는 정기적 교육 훈련이었으며, 업무수행결과의 평가제도의 도입 비율이 가장 낮았다. 그리고 도입한 인적자원관리 제도 중 활용 정도가 가장 높은 것은 고용안정성 보장 제도인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이런 결과의 시사점과 앞으로의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

With the globalization of economy, industries are facing increasingly greater challenges. Business integration, both internally and externally, is undoubtedly an important topic. However, how does an enterprise create its own value will be the key to an enterprise's success in the future. Therefore, this study bases on the evaluation of company value to assess the key factors and competitive strategies of an enterprise. Yet, only with stable enterprise performance can the company value be correctly evaluated. This will be an important issue for enterprise performance and business strategy. Subject of this study are mainly small and medium-sized (enterprises (SMEs). Model construction for SME value assessment is established through the system dynamics approach. Scholars' opinions on literature validation and application of Delphi Method are explored through literature review on local and foreign studies, in order to compile the relevant perspectives and indices for enterprise value creation. Hence model construction of the value creation system is established, and the correlation between the perspectives and related factors is explored to understand the overall dynamics model of SMEs' value creation system. Consequently, a research method based on the system dynamics perspective is provided for the study of enterprise value creation is provided, as policy reference for improvement of decision-making and value creation.

근래에 산업이 융합됨에 따라, 산업 간 융합 도구 활용이 조직 내 보안성에 미치는 영향이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 조직구성원들은 기존의 시스템을 중심으로 비즈니스를 활동하기 때문에 새로운 시스템 도임에 대한 적응력이 부족하고, 이에 따라서, 보안에 대한 고려는 후 순위로 나타날 수 밖에 없는 환경이다. 본 연구에서는 의료융합산업에서 중소형 의료기관을 대상으로 보안 체계를 구축하기 위해 우선적으로 고려해야 할 요소들에 대한 비용 효율적인 선택방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 구체적으로 선행연구들을 통하여 현재의 법제도 체계를 고려하고 보안현황을 분석하였을 때, 중소형 의료기관에서 필요한 보안 솔루션/시스템/체계에 대하여 도출하였다. 그리고, 실제 비즈니스 환경에서 중소형 의료기관 관련자들을 대상으로 비용 효율적으로 보안 체계를 구축하기 위한 상대적 우선순위에 대하여 분석하고 전반적인 보안체계를 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 산업체 수요에 부합하고 외부 환경변화와 트렌드에 기민하게 대응하는 기업 맞춤형 자격 제도를 통해 직업훈련 활성화 방안을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 직업능력개발사업의 현황 및 한계, 국내 자격제도 현황 및 한계, 직업능력개발 관련 정부 정책, 기업 인사담당자 FGI, 중소기업 인사담당자 설문, 전문가 자문 등을 통해 교육훈련 결과 인증 기반의 자격 체계 수립, 수요자인 기업 중심으로 자격체계를 전략으로 설정하여 지역 기업 기반의 맞춤형 자격운영 체계로 BRIDGE 3.0 모델을 제시하였다.

혁신조달 제도는 전략적 공공조달 정책의 일환으로 혁신제품 지정 및 우선구매제도를 활용해 기업의 혁신역량 향상과 공공부문의 사회문제 해결능력 향상을 동시에 추구하는 정책으로 도입됐다. 혁신제품에 대한 시범구매 사업은 2019년에 처음 도입됐으며 2020년부터 정부 부처의 혁신제품 지정·발굴 체계가 확립된 후 혁신제품 우선구매제도가 본격적으로 실시됐다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신조달 제도가 본격적으로 시행된 이후 해당 제도의 기업지원 효과에 초점을 맞춰 정량적 분석을 진행했다. 이를 위해 2017년에서 2021년까지의 기업 재무제표 및 고용 자료를 이용했으며, 분석방법으로 성향점수매칭(PSM) 및 이중차분(DID) 방법을 활용했다. 본 연구를 통해 혁신조달 제도가 기업성장과 고용증대에 기여했으며 추가적인 공공 및 민간판로 개척 효과를 창출했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편 혁신조달 참여기업이 제품지정 종료 이후에도 자생성을 갖추기 위해서는 혁신제품 지정기업과 기존의 중소기업 지원정책을 적극 매칭하는 등 혁신조달 제도를 고도화할 필요가 있다.
