SK (SPR Kinds) index, which can categorize the complicated measurement methods of surface plasmon resonance by simple method, has been proposed and verified. SK index is composed of three digits, where each digit presents the type of immobilized ligand, the type of illumination and the kinds of varying parameter, sequentially. The measurement method of (33#) series among SK indices shows the possibility of the multi-sensing capability, by which the response of 2-dimensional array of immobilized ligands can be detected simultaneously. The proposed possibility of multi-sensing capability has been verified by the modeling that is based on Fresnel reflection model.

광대역 통합망(BcN, Broadband convergence Network)은 유무선 통합, 통신과 방송 융합, 음성 및 데이터의 통합을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 품질과 보안의 정도에 따라 차별화된 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스 제공 및 관리가 가능한 네트워크이다. 본 고는 광대역 통합망의 개념 및 특징을 간략히 설명하고 SK Telecom 주관 UbiNet 컨소시엄의 1단계 (04년${\sim}$05년) 시범 사업을 통해 개발된 BcN 서비스의 내용, 인프라 구조 및 시스템 요구사항 등을 제시한다. 그리고 향후 전개될 2단계 BcN 서비스 및 SKT의 BcN 추진 방향을 제시한다.

이동통신망을 설계하고 최적화하기 위한 무선망 분석 시뮬레이션 툴은 다양한 분석기능을 가지고 있다. 전파전파예측을 비롯한 용량, 커버리지 분석까지 가능한 이러한 시뮬레이션 툴의 신뢰도는 망 성능에 절대적인 영향을 미친다. 특히 데이터 서비스 중심으로 망이 고도화 되어가면서 시뮬레이션 툴의 신뢰도에 대한 기준 정립이나 신뢰도 향상 기법에 대한 체계적인 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시뮬레이션 툴의 기본 기능에 대한 신뢰도를 향상시키는 구체적인 절차나 기법에 대해 이론적/경험적으로 접근해 구체화시키고 이를 바탕으로 과학적인 신뢰도 향상 기법을 도출해낸다.

정보 통신 기술의 발달 및 국민의 온라인 정부 민원 참여가 늘어나면서 민원인에 대한 범정부적 one-call, one-stop 서비스가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 정부기관의 콜센터를 통합하여 편리하고 신속한 맞춤형 전화민원서비스를 제공할 수 있는 정부통합콜센터의 개념, 기능 및 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

정부기관의 대민서비스 제공 관점이 수요자 중심으로 전환되고 대국민 만족도 측면의 중요성이 강조되면서 정부기관 콜센터의 운영 및 서비스에 대한 표준화된 품질 평가에 대한 고려가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 정부기관 콜센터 품질 평가 기준을 운영체계 운영서비스 운영성과 관점에서 제시하여, 정부기관 콜센터의 운영효율성 제고, 상담서비스 품질 확보 및 대국민 만족도를 향상하기 위한 평가 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다.

This study was carried out to investigate the effectiveness of Leuconostoc mesenteroides isolated from octopus baechu kimchi as a potential starter for seafood kimchi. L. mesenteroides is lactic acid bacterium currently used as a starter for kimchi production. We selected the most effective L. mesenteroides strain from the 7 strains isolated from octopus baechu kimchi and, based on biochemical properties and 16S rRNA sequencing, identified the selected strain as L. mesenteroides SK-1. The SK-1 strain exhibited acid-tolerance, good survival capacity, and excellent dextran productivity. We investigated the effects the SK-1 of starter on seafood kimchi fermentation. Octopus baechu kimchi was fermented with L. mesenteroides SK-1 at $4^{\circ}C$ for 35 d. The decrease in pH and increase in acidity in octopus baechu kimchi fermented with the SK-1 starter occurred more quickly than that in the control kimchi indicating that. Octopus baechu kimchi with SK-1 starter has a relatively slow rate of increase in lactic acid production. As a result, octopus baechu kimchi prepared with L. mesenteroides SK-1 can be maintained at a suitable ripening degree over an extended period of time compared to that of the control kimchi, Moreover, the octopus baechu kimchi started with L. mesenteroides SK-1 has excellent sensory properties, including a refreshing taste, and a weak sour odor.
