텅스텐 실리사이드 상의 얇은 $SiO_2/Si_3N_4$ 막의 특성 평가 (Characterization of Thin $SiO_2/Si_3N_4$ Film on $WSi_2$)

  • 텅스텐 실리사이드를 축적전극으로 하는 얇은 N/O(SiO2/Si3N4) 구조막의 특성을 다 결성 실리콘의 경우와 비교 평가하였다. 누설전류 및 항복전압이 향상되었고 축적용량은 감 소하였다. 용량 감소의 원인중의 하나는 텅스텐 실리사이드 상의 산화막 성장률이 다결성 실리콘 위에서 보다 빠른 것이고 둘째는 열처리에 따라 다결정 실리콘 내 도판트 불순물이 텅스텐 실리사이드를 통하여 외향확산하여 다결정 실리콘 내에 공핍층을 형성하게 되고 공 핍층 용량으로 인하여 축적용량이 감소하게 된다.

글리치 전력소모 감소를 이용한 CPLD 저전력 알고리즘 연구 (A Study of CPLD Low Power Algorithm using Reduce Glitch Power Consumption)

  • In this paper, we proposed CPLD low power algorithm using reduce glitch power consumption. Proposed algorithm generated a feasible cluster by circuit partition considering the CLB condition within CPLD. Glitch removal process using delay buffer insertion method for feasible cluster. Also, glitch removal process using same method between feasible clusters. The proposed method is examined by using benchmarks in SIS, it compared power consumption to a CLB-based CPLD low power technology mapping algorithm for trade-off and a low power circuit design using selective glitch removal method. The experiments results show reduction in the power consumption by 15% comparing with that of and 6% comparing with that of.

  • To keep an enterprise's competitiveness on the condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously In not only in production and maintenance but also in related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for preventing industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the knowledge-based system under the real-time computer-operating environment and using fuzzy linguistic variable. This computer system based knowledge-based diagnosis can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert system about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robots, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility all the time. Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.

다운사이징 정보시스템의 원인, 과정, 결과 (The Causes, the Process, and the Consequences of Downsizing Information Systems)

  • Downsizing IS is rapidly emerging as one of new information systems of the 1990s that involves (1) the cost reduction, (2) the reduction of MIS staff, and (3) the transfer of IS functions to end - users. As downsizing is relatively new information systems, little is known about the causes, the process, or the consequences of downsizing. Case study was chosen as the research methodology of this study. The downsizing IS of Namsun Aluminum Co. Ltd. in Taugu City was chosen for the exploratory case study. The detailed and qualitative analyses to Namsun were performed with the use of observation, participation, and interview techniques. Consequently, the causes, the process, and the consequences of Namsun's downsizing were analyzed and discussed. As for the main cause, downsizing was started with the purpose of cost reduction. The important consequences of downsizing IS are as follows : (1) About 700 million won reduction in the cost of initially developing the downsizing was achieved. (2) Downsizing is performing Namsun's mission critical applications. (3) Namsun's downsizing could be considered to be SIS(strategic information systems).

  • 최근 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)이 인터넷 전자 상거래와 데이터 전송 및 검색 부문에서 광범위하게 이용됨에 따라, XML 문서에 대한 보안과 표준화 문제가 대두되고 있다. XML을 이용한 각종 데이터 및 문서는 웹 상에 존재하게 되며, 가상공간에서 문서적 처리는 제 3자에 의해 위조나 변경이 가능하다. 이에 데이터 및 문서를 보호하는 일은 현재 필수적인 사안이며, XML 문서 보안에 대한 연구 개발 또한 활발히 진행되고 있다. 최근 Microsoft와 Verisign, Webmethods등 3개사는 XML기반 차세대 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)기술인 XKMS(Xml Key Management Specification)를 개발하였으며, XKMS 표준화 작업에 휴렛패커드(HP), 불티모어, IBM, 퓨어에지솔루션스, 로이터 등이 참여하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XKMS의 표준화를 진행중인 표준화 단체의 XML 보안동향을 파악하고, XKMS의 내부 구조 및 전반적인 기술을 분석한다.

  • Natural histrionicotoxin, a substance isolated from the skins of the "arrow poison frog" and its fully hydrogenated derivative, perhydrohistrionicotoxin (pHTX), have been the subject of synthetic investigation because of their important neurophysiological activity and a unique framework. In this work, we could obtained the appropriately functionalized spiropiperidine compound as a formal precursor of perhydrohistrionicotoxin. An important feature of this synthesis is the creation of a stereogenic center by using Ireland-Claisen Rearrangement, and Ring-Closing Metathesis (RCM).sis (RCM).

ITO투명도전막의 전기, 광학적 특성 및 그 응용 (The Application and Electrical, Optical Properties of $In_2O_3$: Sn Transparent Conducting Films)

  • In2O3: Sn(ITO) transparent conducting films were fabricated by the electron beam evaporation method. The dependence of their electrical and optical properties on deposition conditions were examined. The optimum evaporation conditions were such that the deposition rate was 5-10\ulcornersec, oxygen partial pressure was 4x10**_4 torr, substate temperatudre was above 300\ulcorner, and SnO2 doping rate was 10 mol%. The values of sheet resistance and transmittance of the films in visible region fabricated under these optimum conditins were 12\ulcorner/ and 87-99%, respecively. And the energy conversion efficiency of the SIS solar cell fabricated using ITO was 9.16%. It is shown that the transparent conducting films can be applied to the TV camear pick-up tube and solar cell.

오리발 유래 콜라겐 스펀지의 피부재생 효과: In vitro 연구 (Effect of Duck's Feet Derived Collagen Sponge on Skin Regeneration: In Vitro Study)

  • 피부재생을 위한 생체재료는 염증반응이 최소화되는 안정한 소재로 빠른 피부재생을 돕기 위해 우수한 생체활성과 생체친화성을 가져야 하며, 세포의 부착과 성장을 돕는 미세구조와 다공성이 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 콜라겐 원으로서의 축산부산물인 오리발을 사용하여 콜라겐을 추출하였고 이를 탈미네랄화된 골분demineralized bone powder, DBP), 돼지 소장점막하 조직(small intestinal submucosa, SIS)과 비교하기 위해 스펀지 형태로 제작하였다. 지지체의 물리, 화학적 특징은 SEM, FTIR을 통해 확인하였다. 세포를 파종하여 MTT를 통해 세포의 부착 및 증식률을 측정하였고, 전염증성 사이토카인의 발현도를 보기 위해 RT-PCR을 실시하였다. 또한 항산화 활성능력을 보기 위해 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)를 측정하였다. 그 결과 오리발 콜라겐 지지체가 물리적 특성이 우수하고 생체적합성이며, 상처 치유제로서의 가능성을 보여주었다.

향기요법을 사용한 건선환자의 치험 1례 보고 (A Case of Psoriasis Treated with Aromatherapy)

  • Psoriasis is a common skin disease and the difficulty of its medical management is well known, A report was done on psoriaSis which were treated with aroma therapy to be consulted in Dept. surgery, opthalmology & otolarygology, college of Oriental Medicine, Dongeui University, from Dec. 24, 2003 to Mar. 5, 2004. We gave score and checked involvement in plaque, erythematous popules and invasiveness according to psoriasis area and severity index (PASI). After 75 days of treatment the patient showed that symptoms were disappeared and score of PASI changed from 54.7 to 0. These results that Aroma therapy has good effects on psoriasis in assistant therapy.

The Optimization Analysis for the Selection of Cutting Parameters in Turning Operation

  • This paper has focused on the Optimization of the cutting parameters for urning operation based on the Taguchi method. Four cutting parameters. nemely, cutting speed, feed depth of cut and nose radius are optimized with consideration of the surface roughness. The design and analysis of experiments are conducted to study the performance characteristic. The effects of these parameters on the surface roughness have been investigated using signal-to-noise(S/N) ratio and analy-sis of variance(ANOVA). The experiments have been performed using coated tungsten carbide inserts without any cutting fluid. Experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of this approach.
