This study was performed to investigate the characteristics within ages and freezing tolerance of spermatozoa in Jindo Dog. Experimental animals were selected 12 herds within 1~8 year's old and collected semen for 2 times in a week. Collected semen was evaluated whole volume and sperm number with CASA system (SIAS, Medical Supply, Korea). Then seminal plasma were separated and diluted with modified Tris-egg yolk extender and added 4, 6 and 8% glycerol for 4 times to final concentration and equilibrated for 1.5 hrs. Before and after freezing, equilibrated semen were evaluated the survival rates. Total volume of sperm at 1~2 year old group is as $5.2{\times}10^8\;cells/ml$ largest and there were no significance among groups. The motility of 1~2 year old group is highest as 90.9% and there were significance among groups. Abnormal sperm showed similar among groups. The survival rate in terms of pre-freezing and post-freezing were decreased all levels of glycerol and reveled 87.0% to 64.5% in 4%, 87.5% to 51.9% in 6% and 73.4% to 29.7% in 8%, there were significant difference among the groups (p<0.05). These results suggest that the optimal sperm-freezing methods in Jindo Dog are utilized with modified Tris egg-yolk extender with 4% glycerol and were improve the reproductive activity by these methods.

In general, based on criteria of subway law, radius 500m from subway station is defined as SIA(Subway Station Influence Area). Therefore, in this paper, selection models of SIA are developed to identify appropriate SIA for recently developed 4 new towns based based on CART analysis. As a result, following outputs are obtained; (1) walking distance from subway station is the most influential factor to define SIA (2) SIAs vary with new towns (i.e., bundang city: 856m, ilsan sanbon city 508m, pyungchon city 495m), and (3) walking distance from subway station is influential to land price of SIA. In addition, bundang and pyungchon new town are more affected in land price and walking distance. Therefore, it is desirable for current definition of SIA (radius 500m from subway station) to reflect characteristics of land use and walking distance in the new towns.

As a result, following outputs are obtained; (1) walking distance from subway station is the most influential factor to define SIA (2) SIAs vary with regions (i. e. Gangnam area: 767m, Gangbuk area: 452m), and (3) walking distance from subway station is influential to land price of SIA. In addition, in Gangnam, the structure of land price of the closest section has a polynomial trend curve rather than linear compared in comparison with other sections. Therefore, it is desirable for current definition of SIA (radius 500m from subway station) to be redefined to reflect characteristics of land use and walking distance according to each region respectively.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of emotional expressiveness through social-anxiety on the relationship between university student' life stress and smart phone overdependence. For this purpose, the survey was conducted at the Southern Post using revised life stress scale for college students(RLSS-CS), social anxietyy scale(SIAS), smart phone overdependence scale(S-scale), and emotional expressiveness scale(BEQ). Data collected from 400 (200 men, 200 women) were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Macro. The results were as follows: first, university students' life stress were positively associated with social-anxiety, smart phone overdependence and emotional expressiveness. Secondly, partially mediating effect of social-anxiety on the process of university students' life stress affecting smart phone overdependence. Thirdly, emotional expressiveness also moderated the mediating effect of university student' life stress on smart phone overdependence through social-anxiety. In this study, the pathway leading to the smart phone overdependence was examined jointly, including life stress, social-anxiety and emotional expressiveness. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed with suggestions for future studies.
