This study has been investigated to analyze the thermal stability of cesium reacted with fly ash with changing mole ratio of Cs/Al in hydrogen atmosphere. When the $CsNO_3$ and fly ash were reacted at $1000^{\circ}C$ in hydrogen atmosphere, cesium $nepheline(CsAlSiO_4)$ Phase began to emerge in addition to $pollucite(CsAlSi_2O_6)$ phase when the cesium loading quantity was greater than $0.32(g-Cs_2O/g-fly\; ash)$. Cesium $nepheline(CsAlSiO_4)$ Phase increased with increasing cesium loading quantity. When cesium trapped on a fly ash was exposed to $1200^{\circ}C$ in hydrogen atmosphere, no weight loss due to the volatilization was shown until the cesium loading quantity was reached at $0.32(g-Cs_2O/g-fly\; ash)$. In the case of the cesium loading quantity of $0.48-0.74(g-Cs_2O/g-fly\;ash)$ in hydrogen atmosphere, the weight loss increased with increasing the cesium loading quantity. This is considered to be due to the cesium $nepheline(CsAlSiO_4)$ whose vapor pressure is higher than that of $pollucite(CsAlSi_2O_6)$.

The role of SI in this IT era is recognized high as a value-creating activity in the overall industries. But the valuation factors are not so attractive compared to other industries. Among the negative factors are the relatively high cost of sales and operating cost, the lack of technical differentiation among the firms, the low level of entry barrier, and the resulting competition in the SI industry. But some positive factors such as the expectation for the overall introduction of IT into eoconomy, development of SM (System Management) projects, and the sales of developed soultions and components increase the value of SI firms.

This study aimed to analyze the prioritized area for the functional change of agricultural reservoir according to the rapid urbanization and social changes through the mapping method. Changwon-si, Gimhae-si, and Jinju-si in Gyeongnam province were selected as the study area, considering the results of land-use and cluster analysis. As the planning unit of management area, watershed was used and land coverage map from 1975 to 2015 were analyzed for changes of land use. The reduction ratio (%) of farmland was calculated for identifying the changes in 2013 compared to 1975. As a result, the reduction ratio was 11.9% for Changwon-si, 12.2% for Gimhae-si and 9.3% for Jinju-si, and the number of watershed having functionally reduced potential-area was relatively high in the proportion to the city size.

The apartment housing in Korea has been rapidly constructed by adapting the most suitable construction methods as like wall structure, wet and united construction. But most of short-lived equipments usually filled in the structure which has longer life, and it causes not only to make difficult coping with the deterioration of equipments but also to let buildings remained deteriorate themselves. The buildings can be remodelled to slow down the terms of deterioration or reconstructed to give a new life of themselves, although the disposal of wastes or the lack of natural resources still be problems and unsolved that can occurred in pulling down and reconstructing the buildings. Furthermore, it is the time to need keeping with worldwide trends and movements as like sustainability or 'green growth' movements based on low carbon emissions. The researches for Long-Life Housing apartments which has durability and variation have been advanced up to now. Long-Life Housing apartments can separate their structures from equipments and interior or exterior materials of buildings. Therefore equipments or materials of buildings can be easily repaired and replaced with new ones, even if they are deteriorated themselves. Also, the construction process of Long-Life Housing apartments can be independent from the matter of proprietary rights, terms of durability, decision rights and so on. 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and the 'Regulation of Management of Collective Building' established by each local governments are already legislated for declaring the rights of using and ownership, responsibilities of each parts of apartment buildings. These laws and regulations classify the ownership of each parts of apartment buildings, and divide the ownership with public possession and exclusive possession. Therefore, this study will conduct comparative analysis between 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and 'the Regulation of Management of Collective Building' and find problems which can be occurred in future construction of Long-Life Housing apartments. It will be helpful to revise laws and regulations.

In order to improve project performance by analyzing the effects of the project manager's leadership competency and the individual competency of the project participants on the project performance, this study examines the effect. In this study, a research model and hypothesis were established to understand the causal relationship between leadership competency, individual competency, and project performance, and a survey was conducted based on this. Overall, it was found that the leadership competency of the project manager and the individual competency of the project participants had a positive effect on the project management performance, the project leadership competency had a positive effect on the completion performance, and the project participant individual competency had a negative effect on the completion performance. As a result of analyzing the effect of the project manager's core competency on the project management performance according to the amount or period of the project type, which is the moderating variable, it was found that there was no moderating effect on the management performance. For the success of the SI project, it is most important to understand the project characteristics well and select a PM suitable for the characteristics, and methods for nurturing excellent project managers should be further studied. In addition, it is expected that it will be possible to identify the effect of project manager leadership competency and participant competency on project performance based on sophisticated research design for more competent PM selection.

고로에서 출선된 용선성분중 [Si]은 노열 판단의 대표인자이며, 용선의 열원역할을 함과 동시에 탈P작업의 저해요인이자 slag발생, 전로 slopping발생의 원인이기에 적절한 저[Si] 용선을 제조할 필요가 있다. 또한 [S]는 강의 불순물이자 수요가의 요구로 저[S] 용선제조가 요구된다. 이를위해 후공정인 제강공장에 가기전에 100% 용선예비처리를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 용선성분 분석방법으로는 효율적인 용선 예비처리가 불가하므로 시계열분석및 중회귀분석을 통하여 성분을 사전예측하여 시간의 한계를 극복하고, 예측된 성분에 의하여 효율적인 예비처리실시 또는 예비처리 없이 제강직송도 실시하는등 제철소 공정통제 기능의 하나인 용선관제기능의 적극적인 대응이 가능하도록 한다.

전략정보(戰略情報)시스템은 각 조직(組織)의 경영전략(經營戰略)을 지원(支援)하기 위하여 컴퓨터와 통신(通信)의 신기술(新技術)을 활용한 혁신적(革新的)인 정보(情報)시스템이다. 격심한 경쟁상황하(競爭狀況下)에서 타기업(他企業)에 대해 경쟁우위(競爭優位)를 유지하기 위해서는 제품(製品)의 고부가가치(高附加價値)를 실현하고, 소비자지향(消費者指向)의 고객관리(顧客管理)시스템의 구축과 판매(販賣), 생산(生産), 물류(物流)를 일체화시키고 나아가서는 기업간(企業間) 네트워크를 통하여 새로운 사업기회(事業機會)를 창출(創出)해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 SIS의 구축이 불가결하다. 본고(本稿)에서는 이러한 SIS의 개념(槪念)과 구축방법(構築方法) 및 SIS의 운용(運用)에 중요한 정보전략(情報戰略)을 기술(記述)하고 있다.

본 글은 2018년 김포문화재단에서 주관한 김포시 북변동 스토리텔링 사업을 소개한 글이다. 프로젝트는 지역의 역사와 문화자원을 아카이빙 하기 위해서 수행되었다. 세부 과업으로는 조사, 답사, 구술채록, 스토리 정리, 콘텐츠 활용방안 제시 등이었다. 이와 함께 프로젝트를 수행하는 과정에서 느낀 프로젝트의 한계와 의미, 지역 역사문화자원 발굴의 의미, 지역 아카이브의 필요성을 함께 보고한다.
