  • 다중객체 분석 모델 Yolo를 기반으로 물체를 감지하기 위해서 학습을 진행하고 학습을 통해서 얻어낸 모델을 기반으로 드론을 통해서 얻어낸 영상을 통해 컨테이너 파손이 된 부분을 감지하는 프로젝트를 진행했다.

  • 지금까지 국내 보안감리 평가는 정성적인 평가에 머물러 있어 평가를 담당하는 감리인마다 평가 결과가 서로 상이하여 피 평가자에게 신뢰를 심어주지 못하는 결과가 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보안감리에 대한 국내의 연구와 해외 사례를 참조하여 SI사업에서의 보안감리평가 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 방안 및 평가체계를 정량화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 SI사업의 소프트웨어 개발 및 개발 환경(네트워크, 서버 등)을 중심으로 한국전산원에서 제시하고 있는 보안감리 지침과 한국정보시스템감리인협회의 보안관련 세부 감리지침을 통합하고 세부 감리지침에 따른 평가를 정량화 하였다. 보안감리 평가의 정량화 방안에 대한 감리전문가의 인터뷰와 사례 프로젝트의 적용을 통하여 연구 모형에 대한 검증을 실시하였다.

프로젝트 상급자 특성이 프로젝트관리자의 보고 성향과 시스템 개발성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Senior Managers' Characteristics on Project Manager's Reporting Tendencies and Information Systems Development Performance)

  • This study explores the reporting tendencies of project managers when sending a status reports to their respective senior managers in information systems development project. It also examines the effect of selective reporting on report quality and systems development performance. The research model is proposed based on literature survey as well as key points from Iacovou et al. [2009] which is an extension of selective reporting in information systems project. Analysis of responses from 257 project managers in information systems industry indicates that pessimistic reporting by project managers has negative effect on both report quality (mediator variable) and systems development performance, while optimistic reporting has no significant effect on systems development performance. The CEO interest has an impact on the senior manager's power, which in turn leads to optimistic reporting by project managers. The senior manager's character has an impact on the senior manager's leadership, which in turn leads to pessimistic reporting. No direct relationship exists either between CEO interest and optimistic reporting or between senior manager's character and pessimistic reporting. In addition, trust toward the senior managers is significantly related to pessimistic reporting. Finally, report tendencies are also found to be affected by the active/passive characteristics of project managers.

  • 무한 경쟁체제인 시장에서 변화하는 요구들을 수용하기 위한 해결책으로, SK 텔레콤은 향후 10년간 증가할 대용량의 데이타 및 트랜잭션을 처리하고, 다양한 마케팅활동 지원이 가능한 새로운 마케팅 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 기존의 메인프레임 기반의 COIS시스템을 유닉스기반의 클라이언트 -서버 구조로 변경한 것이며, 웹브라우저 기반 인터페이스를 제공한다. NGM(Next Generation Marketing) 이라고 명명된 이 프로젝트는 그 규모가 전례가 없이 매우 컸다. 그러나 관리 및 기술적 문제들로 인하여 프로젝트는 위험을 맞게 되었다. 기존의 거대 벤더들이 제공하는 소프트웨어 솔루션에 기반한 어플리케이션 프레임워크가 새로운 시스템의 다양하고 방대한 요구조건을 충분히 소화시키지 못했기 때문이다. 결국 2005년 3월 SK텔레콤은 NGM 프로젝트를 보류하였다. 2005년 5월 종합적인 기획 수정을 통해 프로젝트는 2단계에 착수되었다. 새로운 시스템의 복잡도에 대응하기 위해 더 이상 단일 솔루션을 택하지 않기로 결정하여, 새로운 시스템은 커스팀 빌트의 형태가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 성공적인 NGM 프로젝트 수행을 위해 고려된 3가지 기술적 요소 - 미들웨어 및 어플리케이션 프레임워크, 데이타베이스 아키텍처, 튜닝 및 시스템 퍼포먼스 - 에 대하여 다루고 있다. NGM 구축에 있어서 적용된 이 프로세스 및 접근방법은 텔레커뮤니케이션 사업분야에서의 가장 성공적인 실제 적용사례로 볼 수 있다. 완성된 NGM 시스템은 2006년 10월 9일 성공적으로 가동되었고, "U.Key 시스템"으로 명명되었다. 이 새로운 시스템은 가까운 미래에 혁신적이고, 효과적이며 고객지향적인 어플리케이션 둥을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

성공적인 IT프로젝트 수행을 위한 PM 역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the PM Competencies for Successful Completion of IT Project)

  • The revised "Software Industry Promotion Law" has been effective from 2013. This law is to be basis of the domestic public information sector and increases the opportunities for small and medium-sized firms in participating the public IT projects. The shortcomings of this law may be the increase of the risk and the decrease of quality of projects. These suggest that the competencies of project manager (PM) s are critical. Also, in general, an SI (System Integration) project is a one that provides a customer with a customer-tailored system for system integration. Particularly, in an SI project involved in a public institution or a large corporation, the ripple effect of success or failure of a project is becoming greater as the system requires higher cost and more time due to high complexity and large scale. One of the solutions to address these problems is to investigate the competencies of a PM. Thus, in this paper, we derived the major competencies using the RGT (Repertory Grid Technique) and categorized the resultant constructs using the content analysis. In addition, we analyzed the level of importance of competencies by applying the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The conclusion was that Problem-solving Skill and Leadership were the most important competencies of a project manager.

  • The purpose of this study is presentation of architectural planning direction and program space of youth training center. For this goal, surveyed the characteristics of youth and local residents who the main user of the center Through this survey, it could be accommodated about the needs of youth training facilities and seek user-centered planning methodologies. To this end, this study conducted a survey of users of youth training facilities in Cheonan-si to suggest the importance of architectural planning direction and space to reflect users' needs and regional characteristics. In the process, this study conducted a consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment focused on commonalities and differences between youth and adult groups, which are the main user groups of youth training facilities. It is believed that the results of consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment will be used as basic data to select the scale and programs of space that reflect the needs of users when planning youth facilities and related facilities in the future.

  • Purpose The beginning of innovation and creation, Haenggung-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si: Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, which began in 1794 by King Jeongjo in accordance with the spirit of Beopgochangsin, mobilized the abilities of traditional techniques, new science and technology, and artists New starting point for urban innovation in Suwon: Based on 5G technology possessed by leading companies in the global ICT industry in Hwaseong (Haenggung-dong), a product of cutting-edge evidence, solve various urban problems through public, private, industrial and academic governance, and a new business model It aims to reorganize into the space where this is created. Design/methodology/approach The New 1794 Project is a 2019 demonstration project requested by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for "Suwon Smart City Challenge Project: Haenggung-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si," developed by the Dankook University SW Design Convergence Center, and the main project from 2020 to 2022. The smart city project strategy should be implemented based on partnerships with multiple stakeholders, and the bottom-up approach and the traditional top-down must be able to coexist. Therefore, the smart city solution applied a horizontal governance method. Findings In this study, the definition of the New 1794 Project, which is the key to defining smart cities in relation to all analyzed aspects, was developed.

  • A Project planning is one of the most important processes that determines success and failure of the project. Scope management for project planning is also essential job in system integration project. However project planning is very difficult because lots of factor and their relationships should be considered. Therefore project planning of SI project has been done by project manager s own knowledge and experiences. It is necessary to develop an algorithm of WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) identification & document selection along to project's specificity in project management system using AI technique. This study also present method (ODW model) to cope with the limitations of the existing study that has uniformly customizing the methodology by only project complexity. We propose PPSM(Project planning support module) that apply Rule for determination of route map and document level, and CBR for WBS identification.

대규모 시스템 통합 프로젝트 환경에 있어서 IT인력의 이직 원인에 관한 추적연구 (Trace Research on IT Personnel Turnover in Large Scale Sl Projects)

  • System Integration Projects, especially in public sector, have a tendency of growing in size and duration. Under such environment the effects of IT personnel turnover becomes a serious problem. In addition a high rate of turnover hinders shill accumulation and competitiveness obtainment. In this research we explored the reasons of turnover by way of tracing IT personnel who have involved in large-scale SI projects and moved or quit before the completion of the projects. Based on previous research we identified three dimensions of variables that affected turnover : task-related dimension, human relations dimension, treatment-related dimension. We used these dimensions as a guideline for the interview and questioning exploration. Implications from the research for improving IT Personnel management are also elaborated.
