현대 여성 슈즈 디자인에 나타난 풀렌느 스타일 특성 (The characteristics of the Poulaine style in contemporary women shoe design)

  • This study aims to investigate the socio-cultural background of Poulaines, which influenced fashion and contemporary shoe design. Analyzing the characteristics of the Poulaines provided basic data for different shoes. The study method utilized previous studies to explore the concept and characteristics of Poulaines. In the empirical analysis, shoe design data mainly came from collections that illustrate formative elements of contemporary shoe design from the 2010 S/S season to the 2020 S/S season. A total of 709 photo materials were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the morphological characteristics of Poulaines were exaggerated to symbolize classes of the past and sexual expression. The expanding structure was divided into the fore nose, heel, and top-line and featured a design that expressed the formative beauty of Poulaines. Additionally, the decorative desire to represent wealth and class using various materials introduced new designs into contemporary shoe designs while showing extreme decorativeness through over-trimming and color contrast. Furthermore, the heterogeneous characteristics that come from the change and harmony of the shoes' body and heel that deviated from the existing shoe shapes were classified into the dissolution of shapes and mixing and matching. Thus, they broke the monotonous silhouette of shoes and gave variety delicately.

Variation of Muscle Activity and Balance of the Lower Extremity by Deformed in Shoe Out-soles during One-leg Stance

  • Objective: The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of shoe sole deformation on the muscle activity and balance of the lower extremities when standing on one foot. Design: Crossed-control group study Methods: A total of 18 healthy adults participated in this study. 9 participants with normal shoe and 9 participants with deformed in shoe out-soles (wear shoes) were included. Muscle activity of the tibialis anterior, fibularis longus and gluteus medius during one leg standing was measured using a electromyography. A balance board was used to evaluate balance ability when standing on one leg. The balance ability when standing on one leg was measured by the sway speed and distance of the center of gravity. Results: Muscle activity of the tibialis anterior, fibularis longus and gluteus medius was no significant difference between groups (P > 0.05). Balance ability when standing on one leg was significantly different from the group wearing normal shoes in all variables related to the sway distance and sway speed of the center of gravity. Conclusions: Through this study, the wear of the outer sole of the shoe indirectly confirmed the effect on the wearer's lower extremity muscle activity and balance ability when standing on one foot. These results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for future studies on shoe wear, lower extremity muscle activity and balance ability.

유산소 운동능력 향상을 위한 중량물 부가 신발의 기능성 평가 (The Evaluation of an additional Weight Shoe's Function developed for the Improvement of Aerobic Capacity)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the function and the safety of an additional weight shoe developed for the improvement of aerobic capacity, and to improve some problems found by subject's test for an additional weight shoe. The subjects employed for this study were 10 college students. 4 video cameras, AMTI force platform and Pedar insole pressure distribution measurement device were used to analyze foot motions. The results of the study were as follows: 1 The initial achilles tendon angle and initial rearfoot pronation angle of an additional weight shoe during walking were 183.7 deg and 2.33 deg, respectively, and smaller than a barefoot condition. Maximum achilles tendon angle and the angular displacement of achilles tendon angle were 185.35 deg and 4.21 deg respectively, and smaller than barefoot condition. Thus rearfoot stability variables were within the permission value for safety. 2. Maximal anterior posterior ground reaction force of additional weight shoe was appeared to be 1.01-1.2 B.W., and was bigger than a barefoot condition. The time to MAPGRF of an additional weight shoe was longer than a barefoot condition. Maximal vertical ground reaction force of additional weight shoe was appeared to be 2.3-2.7 B.W., and was bigger than a barefoot condition in propulsive force region. But A barefoot condition was bigger in braking force region. The time to MVGRF of an additional weight shoe was longer than a barefoot condition. 3. Regional peak pressure was bigger in medial region than in lateral region in contrast to conventional running shoes. The instant of regional peak pressure was M1-M2-M7-M4-M6-M5 -M3, and differed form conventional running shoes. Regional Impulse was shown to be abnormal patterns. There were no evidences that an additional weight shoe would have function and safety problems through the analysis of rearfoot control and ground reaction force during walking. However, There appeared to have small problem in pressure distribution. It was considered that it would be possible to redesign the inner geometry. This study could not find out safety on human body and exercise effects because of short term research period. Therefore long term study on subject's test would be necessary in the future study.

3D 발 스캐너와 3D 프린터를 이용한 남성화 라스트 설계 (Last Design for Men's Shoes using 3D Foot Scanner and 3D Printer)

  • 구두를 제작하는 기본 틀인 라스트는 3차원 형상과 관련된 정보와 기술이 총체적으로 집약된 결과물이다. 해외에서는 이미 3D 프틴팅 기술을 이용한 구두 제작이 상용화 단계에 도달하였으나, 국내에서는 아직 도입 초기 단계이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 제화산업의 경쟁력 확대를 위해, 3D 스캐닝, 3D 모델링, 3D 프린팅의 첨단 기술로 구성된 3D 제작 프로세스를 라스트 제작에 도입하였다. 이를 위해, 2010년도 SizeKorea에서 3D 스캔한 30대 남성 200명의 3D 발 형상을 사용하여, 요인분석, 군집분석을 실시하고, 3개의 발 유형을 분류한 후, 각 유형별 대표모델을 선정하였다. 대표모델들의 3D 스캐닝 형상에서 XY, YZ, XZ평면의 단면도들을 추출하고, 라스트 모델링의 스케치 단면으로 사용하였다. Solidworks CAD를 사용하여 라스트를 3D 모델링하였으며, 보급형 3D 프린터인 MakerBot Replicator2로 3D 프린팅 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 제화산업에서 3D 프린팅 기술의 상용 가능성을 보여주었다. 3D 스캐닝, 3D 모델링, 3D 프린팅의 3단계 생산설계 방식은 향후 의류패션산업 전 분야에서 폭넓게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

버스계단 내리기 시 구두 힐 높이와 착지거리에 따른 지면반력 파라미터 조사 (Investigation of the Ground Reaction Force Parameters According to the Shoe's heel Heights and Landing Distance during Downward Stairs on Bus)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the GRF(ground reaction force) parameters according to the shoes's heel heights and ground landing distances during downward stairs on bus. Participants selected as subject were consisted of young and healthy women(n=9, mean age: $21.30{\pm}0.48$ yrs, mean height: $164.00{\pm}3.05cm$, mean body mass: $55.04{\pm}4.41kg$, mean BMI: $20.47{\pm}1.76kg/m^2$, mean foot length: $238.00{\pm}5.37mm$). They were divided into 2-types of shoe's heel heights(0 cm/bare foot, 9 cm) and also were divides into downward stairs with 3 types of landing distance(20 cm, 35 cm, 50 cm). A one force-plate was used to collect the GRF(AMTI, USA) data from the sampling rate of 1000 Hz. The GRF parameters analyzed were consisted of the medial-lateral GRF, anterior-posterior GRF, vertical GRF, loading rate, Center of Pressure(${\Delta}COPx$, ${\Delta}COPy$, COP area) and Dynamic Postural Stability Index(MLSI, APSI, VSI, DPSI) during downward stairs on bus. Medial-lateral GRF and vertical GRF didn't show significant differences statistically according to the shoe's heel heights and landing distance, but 9 cm shoes heel showed higher vertical GRF than that of 0 cm bare foot in landing distance of 50 cm. Also anterior-posterior GRF didn't show significant difference statistically according to the shoe's heel heights, but landing distance of 20 cm showed higher than that of landing distances of 35 cm and 50 cm in anterior-posterior GRF. Loading rate didn't show significant difference statistically according to the landing distance, but 9 cm shoe's heel showed higher than that of 0 cm bare foot during downward stairs. The ${\Delta}COPy$ and COP area didn't show significant differences statistically according to the shoe's heel heights and landing distance, but 0 cm bare foot showed higher than that of 9 cm shoe's heel in ${\Delta}COPx$. Dynamic Postural Stability Index(MLSI, APSI, VSI, DPSI) didn't show significant differences statistically according to the landing distance, but 9 cm shoe's heel showed decreased value than that of 0 cm bare foot in dynamics balance. Considering the above, parameters of GRF showed different characteristics according to the shoe's heel heights and ground landing distances during downward stairs on bus.

스포츠 상품 수집가의 스포츠 제품 소개를 접한 소비자의 브랜드 이미지, 신뢰도, 충성도, 구매의도간의 구조관계 분석 (The Analysis on the Structural Relation of Brand Image, Brand Reliability, Brand Loyalty and Purchase Intention of Sports Product Customers who contacted the Sports Product Collectors' Introduction)

  • 스포츠 상품 시장에서 각 브랜드가 소비자에게 미치고자 하는 영향력은 여러 가지 형태로 시도되었으며, 그 효과 또한 증명되어 가고 있다. 각 브랜드들이 자신들이 활용할 가치가 있다고 판단하여 수립한 다양한 마케팅 전략들이 증명되어가고 있는 것이다. 하지만 최근 나타난 새로운 소비 유형이라 할 수 있는 스포츠 상품 수집가를 활용한 마케팅 전략은 지금껏 그 영향력이 실증적으로 검증된 바가 없었다. 기존의 스포츠 상품 시장에서 나타난 수집 행위에 이해도가 매우 낮았기 때문이다. 어느 정도 한계에 봉착했다고 여겨지는 스포츠 상품 시장에 새로운 마케팅 전략이 필요하다고 판단한 도전적 사고에서 본 연구를 시작하였으며 스포츠 상품 수집가를 활용한 마케팅 전략을 수립함에 있어서 그 영향력이 형성되는 경로를 설정하고 증명하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 가상의 스포츠 상품 수집가의 상품 설명에 대한 자극물을 접한 잠재 소비자 231명을 대상으로 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 이용하였다. 이 연구에서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 하여 스포츠 상품 시장에서 스포츠 상품 수집가들이 보유하고 있는 전문성을 바탕으로 하는 새로운 마케팅 전략의 경로를 발견하였다고 할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 침체된 우리나라 스포츠 상품시장에 새로운 성장 동력의 하나로 작용할 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

당뇨병 환자의 치료용 신발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Therapeutic Shoes for Diabetic Patients)

  • Purpose: To investigate the characteristics of the patients and therapeutic shoes for diabetic patients. Materials and Methods: Forty two diabetic patients who had their own therapeutic shoes which were prescribed somewhere else were studied from March 2003 to December 2003. There were 27 males and 15 females, and the mean age was 62.1 years (range, 49-72 years). Duration of diabetes was average 14 years (range, $6{\sim}30$ years), all had type 2 diabetes. Sensation was examined with 5.07 nylon monofilament. The route of purchasing the shoes, compliance to the prescribed shoes were investigated by interview. The shape of shoe, stiffness of upper, conformity of insole to the shape of the foot were recorded. In-shoe plantar pressure was measured in 15 patients. Results: Eighteen patients were insensate to the monofilament. Seven patients did not wear the therapeutic shoes, and only 18 of 35 patients were wearing the therapeutic shoes more than 6 hours a day. The shoes of 17 patients were prescribed by medical doctor and the rest were purchased by the recommendation of acquaintances or advertisement. Ulcer recurred in four of five patients to whom the shoe was prescribed by medical doctor and the cause of three recurrences were evident by just observing the foot and shoe. The therapeutic shoes were made from 11 different makers. Eight shoes were adequate for diabetic patients with respect to the material, shape of insole, type of shoe. In-shoe plantar pressure was examined in 15 patients and was less than 300 kPa in all patients. Conclusion: The therapeutic shoes for the diabetic patients need to be prescribed by medical doctor for selective patients with neuropathy or previous history of ulcer and follow-up examination is important to monitor the compliance of the patients and adequacy of the shoes.

다구찌 직교배열 실험을 이용한 무한궤도용 트랙 슈의 충격인성 향상 연구 (Impact toughness improvement of an undercarriage track shoe using the Taguchi orthogonal array experiment)

  • 트랙 슈는 건설 중장비의 무한궤도에 사용되는 중요한 핵심 부품으로 열악한 환경에서 사용되기 때문에 충분한 강도와 충격인성이 확보되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 보론 첨가강으로 만들어지는 트랙 슈의 경화능을 죠미니 H-밴드법을 통해 먼저 확인한 후, 충격인성 개선을 목표로 다구찌의 직교배열실험법을 사용하여 트랙 슈의 제조공정을 최적화하여 트랙 슈의 충격인성 향상을 꾀하고자 하였다. 공정변수로는 트랙 슈의 제조과정에 있는 블룸소재별 압하비, 뜨임 온도, 뜨임 유지시간을 택하였으며, 직교배열 실험을 수행하여 이들 변수가 샤르피 충격실험으로 평가한 충격인성에 미치는 영향을 평가였다. 그 결과, 트랙 슈의 충격인성은 압하비가 높은 쪽이 유리하고, 뜨임 온도는 $210^{\circ}C$, 뜨임 유지 시간은 80분이 유리하다는 것을 알 수 있다.

자전거 운동 중 클릿의 위치 변화에 따른 페달링 수행능력 비교 (The Comparison of Pedalling Performance to according to the Position of Shoe Cleat in Triathletes During Cycling)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of different shoe-cleat position on pedalling performance. Four male elite triathletes(age: $22.00{\times}2.16years$, height: $175.12{\pm}8.06cm$, weight: $71.20{\pm}7.89kg$, body fat: $16.62{\pm}3.56%$) and three female elite triathletes(age: $20.00{\pm}1years$, height: $158.40{\pm}2.42cm$, weight: $51.30{\pm}3.89kg$, body fat: $19.26{\pm}2.28%$) participated in 10km time trial and 30sec time trial pedaling tests with the individual time trials based on different shoe-cleat position(cleat front: CF, cleat back: CB). The subjects performed one trial with each type of shoe-cleat position. Maximal power output and average speed were not significantly different during 30s time trial in CF compared with CB. Average power, RPM, and HR were not significantly different during 10k time trial in CF compared with CB. Split time in 1km, 5km, 9km were significantly reduced during 10k time trial in CB compared with CF. We conclude that there was performance advantage in CB using shoe-cleat back position in comparison with CF using shoe-cleat front position.

FEM을 이용한 상용차용 S-cam 브레이크슈의 구조해석 (Structural Analysis of S-cam Brake Shoe for Commercial Vehicle by FEM)

  • Structural analysis of a brake shoe for commercial vehicle was performed using finite element method. Since the strength of a brake shoe is affected by the magnitude and distribution shape of the contact pressure with the drum, the contact pressure between the shoe friction material and drum was calculated using a 2-Dimensional non-linear contact analysis in a state. And the brake was actuated by input air pressure and the drum of it was calculated both stationary and dynamic based on forced torque applied to the drum during the static state analysis. The results of the above analysis were then used as the load boundary conditions for a 3-Dimensional shoe model analysis to determine the maximum strain on the shoes. In the analysis model, the values of tensile test were used for the material properties of the brake shoes and drum, while the values of compression test were used for the friction material. We assumed it as linear variation, even though the properties of friction material were actually non-linear. The experiments were carried out under the same analysis conditions used for fatigue test and under the same brake system which equipped with a brake drum based on the actual axle state in a vehicle. The strains were measured at the same locations where the analysis was performed on the shoes. The obtained results of the experiment matched well with those from the analysis. Consequently, the model used in this study was able to determine the stress at the maximum air pressure at the braking system, thereby a modified shoe model in facilitating was satisfied with the required endurance strength in the vehicle.
