남성의 사상체질별 임상지표와 삶의 질 연관성 연구 (The Association between Symptom Evaluation Index and Quality of Life according to Sasang Constitution in Men)

  • 1. Objectives: Sasang Medicine has been based on different medicine approach because people were different, so, this was a little different concept about health compared to other oriental and western medicine focused on existing Yangsaeng theory. We were announced Constitution health indicators for women, and this was follow-up study designed to identify Constitutional health indicators in men. 2. Methods: We recruited 171 men between 10 and 80, excluding individuals who have physically or psychologically serious disease among Korean population in Traditional Korea Clinics. They were diagnosed by Sasang Constitution specialists and confirmed clinically with Sasang constitution drug response with past medical records. We used CRF(Case Report Form, C-2009-002439) as measurement of physiological and pathological symptoms and SF-36 (Short Form-36) as measurement of health state. We analyzed association between physiological and pathological symptoms and health state with Two-way ANOVA. 3. Results: 23 items of 82 indicators in physiological and pathological symptoms were related to the quality of life, regardless of the constitution. There are 4 different symptoms associated with health state in men, such as regular of feces, hard to fall asleep, no problem in chest, feel heavy in chest according to Sasang Constitution. 4. Conclusions: From these Results, there are different items of physiological and pathological affected the Quality of life according to Sasang Constitution.

S­F 영화속에 표현된 미래패션의 Image에 관한 연구 (A Study of Future Fashion Image Showed in S.F Movie)

  • It is supposed that the future fashion could be made by the scientist instead of fashion designer. Because it is so intellectual and avantguard. In addition to this the practical value and a certain identity is needed in this future fashion. Especially, the intention of no acceptance of categorization could be explained through the fashion clud of young people and the extremeness in the street. Paul Hedmus has insited that Tokyo club is closely related the fashion styles depended on the western historical street fashions. Fashion is mixeded contrasted, modified, resembled, reversed and finally it includes the new neaning. Instead of distinguishable logo there are lots of messages in the fashion. There are a few thousand of young people who wear silver max metal shoes. And they craze the neon picture and advertisement implies meaning the drug. It could be applied to the people of 90's. The difference between sex from the stone age is induced basically from the fashion and the part of discussion of sex. In this study we research the images of future fashion showed in SF Movie, Star Wars, Episode, The 5th Elements, Nirvana. Those were geometric and natural, technological expansion of space, corset fashion acessoruy image and geometric expression and these characteristics implied in modern fashion trend and future fashion images. Because it is supposed to the future image of current fashion. The millenium fashion is more realistic, practical, and natural instinct realization of ideal. but it is not the unrealistic, the vague of the regendary image.

  • 미래형 공상과학영화인 SF영화를 보면은 미래의 문의 모습을 쉽게 접 할 수 있다. 사람이 힘을 들여 문열 열지 않아도 시스템상 알아서 문이 열리고 닫힌다. 현재도 이러한 문은 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 하지만 사람에 대한 인식이 불가능 한 과거에는 그저 유동인구가 많은 백화점이나 마트 등 공공장소에서만 이용이 되어 왔다. 하지만 현재 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있으며 많은 발전을 거듭해온 영상처리 기술을 융합함으로써, 개인의 생활에 침해 받지 않으며 아무나 출입이 불가능한 자동출입문을 구현 함으로써, 일상생활에 좀 더 편리성을 추구한다.

김청기 감독의 <다윗과 골리앗>과 성경의 서사 비교 (Comparison between the director Cheong-gi Kim's and Narration of Bible)

  • 1970년대 TV의 보급으로 한국영화의 침체기에 1976년 김청기 감독의 <로보트 태권V>가 흥행됨으로써 극장용 애니메이션 제작에 활기를 불어 넣어준다. 그러나 80년대 들어서면서 신군부의 등장으로 SF애니메이션이 어린이들에게 나쁜 영향을 미친다는 이유로 방송이 금지되고, 칼라 TV방송과 비디오 레코드의 보급으로 외국의 다양한 애니메이션이 유입되면서 국내 애니메이션 제작에 침체기를 맞이한다. 이때 김청기 감독은 성경의 이야기를 소재로 애니메이션 <다윗과 골리앗>을 제작하여 침체기를 극복하고자 한다. <다윗과 골리앗>의 원작인 성경은 문자언어로 시간의 흐름에 따라 역사적 사건을 기술하듯 간략하게 서술하기 때문에, 애니메이션으로 매체 전이 되는 과정에서 서사구조의 변형이 일어난다. 애니메이션은 현실과 똑같은 재현이 아니라 현실을 재구성하여 신뢰감 있는 새로운 세계의 창조하기 위한 방법으로 인물의 변형과 새로운 보조인물의 등장과 함께 서사의 확장과 축소가 나타난다. 이러한 노력에도 <다윗과 골리앗>은 그 시대의 사회 문화적 환경과 대중성 확보에 기반을 두지 못한 성경의 지나친 재현으로 작품의 완성도와 흥행에서 아쉬움을 남긴다. 본 논문에서는 김청기 감독의 <다윗과 골리앗>이 성경에서 애니메이션으로 매체 전이 되는 과정에서 나타나는 서사의 변형을 확인하고, 같은 소재로 제작된 다른 감독의 애니메이션 <다윗과 골리앗> 두 편과 비교하면서 향후 종교 애니메이션의 제작 방향에 대해 검토해 보고자 한다.

실감미디어 아트 분석을 통한 3D 입체영상의 미래 조망 (Future of Stereoscopic 3D through the Analysis of Realistic Media Art)

  • 오늘날 문화산업은 전반적으로 예술에 대한 관심보다 상업적 경제적 가치에 치중해 왔으나, 본 연구는 예술적 문화적 의미가 궁극적으로 상업적 경제적 가치를 포괄하여 뛰어넘을 수 있는 돌파구가 될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 실감미디어 아트의 사례분석과 실감미디어 현황살피기를 통하여 3D 입체영상이 나아갈 바를 예측하고 제시한다. 먼저 기술개발과 소비환경의 변화를 살펴보면, SF영화 '마이너리티 리포트'에 나온 모션인식기술이 현재 실현가능한 기술이다. 3D 입체영상은 테마파크와 체험관에서 단체 상영되었지만 오늘날 3D TV와 3D 모니터 개발은 개별적인 소비환경으로 변화시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내에서 거의 연구되지 않았던 실감미디어 아트를 크게 세 분류로 나누어 분석한다. 그 결과는 첫째, CAVE방식에서 관람자들이 자유롭게 인터페이스를 조작하거나 관람자의 직접적인 움직임에 따라 연동할 수 있는 관람자의 영향력 확대를 예상한다. 둘째, HMD방식과 센서슈트 혹은 통신장비를 통해 관람자의 지각확장과 상호 네트워크적인 형태를 예측한다. 셋째, HMD와 모션트래킹 재킷의 활용도 예견된다. 이 세 가지 특징의 융합적 활용을 통해 관람자의 시점에서 디스플레이 기기 착용으로 3D 입체영상을 체감하고 개입할 수 있는 능동적 4D의 가능성을 전망한다.

이상증상 기반 미병 분류도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구 (Development and validation of an instrument to measure the health status of healthy but unsatisfied people : Mibyeong index(未病 index))

  • Objectives : The number of people in Mibyeong state that complain of physical and mental discomfort but without a clear medical diagnosis has rapidly increased, but the conventional medical system is insufficient to care for these people. By establishing an evaluation instrument for Mibyeong state, it will be possible to provide a research base for Mibyeong management system and expand the clinical area of integrative medicine. Methods : Mibyeong Index was designed to measure inconvenience and resilience of subject's complains including four physical symptoms (fatigue, pain, low sleep quality, indigestion) and mental distress include anxiety, anger, depression. A 21-item quality of healthy measure was developed and tested. We used results of a nation-wide stratified sampled adult data in Korea. Results and Conclusions : Mibyeong index had adequate internal consistency, Cronbach's alpha was 0.88 in general population(N=1,110). The correlation between establised quality of life questionnaires (including SF-12 and EQ-D5 VAS) and the Mibyeong index were from 0.468 to 0.493. The national promotion of advanced health for an aging society and original Mibyeong care technology based on traditional Korean medicine can be developed by a self-care system that enhancing health before suffering illness. We expect that this instrument could be contribute to health management of people in Mibyeong state.

시뮬라크럼에 의한 블레이드 러너의 포스트 모더니즘 특성분석 (Analysis of Postmodern Characteristics of Blade Runner based on Simulacrum)

  • This study set out to figure out the tendencies of the staff members participating in the space design of Blade Runner and compare and analyze its set and location characteristics with its narrative based on Gilles Deleuze' Simulacrum, one of the basic theories of Post modernism, thus identifying the characteristics of postmodern space inherent in it. The findings were as follows: first, the spaces in a Late modernism tendency in Blade Runner seem to have been created by the cinematic imagination of Syd Mead and Douglas Trumbull rather than being influenced by the old Late modernism architecture. Second, the postmodern spaces of the movie were designed to depict a more realistic future by reinforcing the old ornamental elements or adding the mechanical aesthetics of Late modernism based on a prediction of future cities. Third, the characters representing Late modernism and Post modernism in the narrative of the movie embrace the tendencies of the parties objected by Model and Simulacrum in the scenes where they deny the tendencies of the spaces to which they belong, thus exhibiting a dual trend. Fourth, the dual narrative of Model and Simulacrum holds duality even in the space and architecture of the movie, which is the reason why the movie chose postmodern spaces reflecting historical contexts instead of inner spaces in the tendency of minimalism, which was in vogue when SF movies were made those days. Finally, the spaces of the movie can be categorized according to the Late modernism and Post modernism tendencies from the perspective of the 1980s and be understood to show the architecture and space of future Post modernism feasible through the layering of historicity, locality, and mechanical aesthetics from ancient Maya to a future city in Los Angeles, the background of the movie, from the perspective of 2019.

한의건강상담이 건강인식 변화에 미치는 영향 및 만족도 분석 (An analysis of the impact of Korean medicine health counseling on health perception change and satisfaction)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of health perception, satisfaction survey and lifestyle in Korean medicine counseling for Daejeon University faculty members. Methods : In this study, the demographic questionnaire, lifestyle habit questionnaire, Mibyeong questionnaire, quality of life questionnaire(SF-12, EQ5D), pattern-based questionnaire, constitutional questionnaire(KS-15) and instrumental examination were performed on the first and second visit. We carried out 1:1 consultation at every visit. Results : A total of 189 participants participated in this study. 66% of respondents answered that they felt the change in health perception and more than 93% of the respondents felt satisfaction due to the Korean medicine health counseling. In the demographic characteristics, it was found that women were more satisfied with the Korean medicine health counseling than men(p <.05), the higher the education level(p <.05) and the higher the age(p <.05), managed their health continuously after receiving Korean medicine health counseling.(p <.05) In addition, in the change of lifestyle habit, the group who smoked and drank in the past answered that the consciousness to manage and improve health was higher than other group after Korean medicine health counseling.(p <.05) Conclusions : Korean medicine health counseling had a positive effect on overall health perception change and satisfaction was high. Since the Korean medicine health counseling has different effects on lifestyle and health perception change and the satisfaction of Korean medicine health counseling is different according to demographic characteristics and existing lifestyle habits. In the future, it will be expected that the effect of Korean medicine health counseling program on health care and disease prevention will be further enhanced if the Korean medicine health counseling program reflecting such characteristics is implemented.

사상체질에 따른 식습관 행태와 건강관련 삶의 질과의 연관성 (Association of Breakfast, Eating Frequency, and Energy Intake with Health-related Quality of Life According to Sasang Constitution: in Korean General Population)

  • Background According to the Sasang constitutional medicine, eating habits according to the characteristics of Sasang Constitution (SC) types affect management of chronic diseases and health conditions. The aim of this study is to identify the association between eating habits, such as breakfast, eating frequency, and energy intake, according to SC, and quality of life. Method This study is a cross-sectional study of people aged 33 to 55 years, sampled by stratification based on population distribution. The SC types were classified into Taeeumin (TE), Soeumin (SE), and Soyangin (SY) using a structured questionnaire (KS-15). Items examined regarding eating habits were whether the subjects had breakfast; the frequency of eating such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and after-dinner snacks; and energy intake surveyed using a food frequency questionnaire. As for quality of life, SF-12, which is widely used worldwide to assess health conditions, was utilized. A regression analysis was conducted on the relations between eating habits according to SC and quality of life. Results The SC distribution of the 3,895 subjects was 47% for TE, 22% for SE, and 31% for SY. The scores indicating quality of life differed for TE and SY depending on whether they ate breakfast and eating frequency groups, and those of SE varied depending on levels of energy intake. A regression analysis having adjusted all covariates demonstrated for TE a positive relation between the eating frequency of three times per day or more (compared to 1.5 to 3 meals per day) and quality of life (B=1.365, p<0.001). For SE, there was a negative association between low energy intake (compared to adequate energy intake) and quality of life (B=-1.642, p=0.004). Meanwhile, no relation was found between eating habits and quality of life for SY. Conclusion This study identified the association between eating habits according to SC types and quality of life. For TE, it was found to be important to eat evenly dispersed adequate amounts as opposed to overeating or binging at once. For SE, adequate energy intake affected good quality of life. This study suggests that eating habits based on SC improve quality of life, and health management customized for each constitution should be performed in the future through proper eating habits.

드라마<굿 플레이스>속 인공지능 로봇의 상호작용 의례적 해석 (Interaction Ritual Interpretation of AI Robot in the TV Show )

  • 인간과 인공지능 로봇과의 관계를 예견하는 쟁점은 강한 인공지능 문제로 많은 전문가들은 인간보다 뛰어난 사고능력을 가진 강한 인공지능이 인간을 정복하는 비극적 결말을 예측하고 있다. 동시에 인공지능 로봇에 대해서 가지고 있는 기대가 드라마나 SF영화와 같은 미디어에 투영하여 나타나게 되면서 인간의 기대에 부응하는 '도덕적으로 선한 인공지능'에 대한 문제 또한 중요한 쟁점이다. 그러나 선한 인공지능에 대한 요구와 완벽한 기술의 구현은 그 문제가 기계에만 국한되지 않고 오히려 인간에게 모든 책임을 지우는 결과로 나타나 인간을 비도덕적인 존재로 몰아가고 인간과 인간의 문제로 전환되어 더 많은 소외와 차별을 낳을 수 있다. 이처럼 기술이 가져오는 결과는 사용하는 인간과 상호작용하며 반응에 따라 그 속성이 결정되고 발전하면서 인간에게 영향을 미친다. 따라서 상호작용을 고려하여 인간의 정서를 고려하는 인공지능 기술도 중요하다. 본 연구는 인간과 인공지능의 관계가 '선한 인공지능'에 대한 요구로 귀결되는 과정과 성공적인 상호작용 과정을 밝히기 위해 이론적으로는 랜달 콜린스의 정서적 에너지로 인간 유대의 형성을 설명하는 상호작용 의례 이론을 통해 설명한다. 방법론으로는 사고실험의 한 유형으로서 드라마 <굿 플레이스>의 재닛과 주변 등장인물들을 통해 선한 인공지능 로봇에 대한 기대가 발생되고 지향되는 지점을 밝히고자 한다.
