Assessment technologies regarding the perceptual quality of images and videos have been receiving significant attention, as they serve as essential tools for monitoring and improving the quality of various media services. In this paper, we review the technology trends of recent studies on the perceptual quality assessment of images and videos, and discuss the future direction of this research field.

The average shadow price is a substitute for the traditional marginal shadow price. It can serve as a standard for decision making problems about the economic resources where the marginal analysis gives no useful information. This paper treats the average shadow price in pure integer programming and shows some stability properties of it. This implies that the values of the average shadow prices once computed are reliable within some extent of the data perturbations of the integer programming model.

로보트기술에는 크게 나누어 3가지가 있다. 동적기술, 지적기술 그리고 시스템구성기술이 바로 그것이다. 로보트의 동적기술은 기계기술의 연장으로써 정밀기계, 제어기술이 그 중핵이 되고 있다. 로보트의 손가락, 손, 팔 등의 기구와 동적기능은 로보트의 기본적인 것으로써 로보트의 제일의적인 기능이라 할수 있다. 그래서 로보트의 기본적인 기능을 해결하는데 필요한 기술은 정밀기계요소가공과 servo 기술이 되는데, 그 중에서도 serve 기술이 가장 중요하다. 로보트가 제 아무리 높은 지능과 우수한 감각을 가지고 있다 해도 소기의 동작이 따르지 않으면 모든 것이 허사이기 때문이다. 이 강좌에서는 이 servo 기술을 먼저 다루어 보기로 한다.

Inventory information system is providing the benefits of smoother demand, lower inventories(work in process, safety stock) and reduced costs. This study focused on improvement of safety level inventory efficiency by inventory information system. The results indicated that inventory information system allowed the company to serve its customers more surely and efficiently.

Computer and communication of based IT technology use to das that remote control, monitoring, measuring automation gas switch, recloser totaled far about $20{\sim}30km$. For increasing efficiency billing, metering of high voltage customer use to amr system. If between das and amr interface operate when generated fault in high voltage electric equipment of customer part, amr system serve to das quickly in fault information data, correct fault location.

A unit-load automated guided vehicle system is considered in which a single vehicle is operated on a unidirectional path in a closed loop. The vehicle serves a manufacturing cell moving pallets from one station to another based on the "First-Encountered-First-Serve" dispatching rule. An approximation method is developed to compute the mean waiting time of an arbitrary pallet at each station. Extensive numerical experiments, performed for various problems, yield fairly good results in most of the cases compared with those obtained by simulation method.

In Modern Industrial Society, Service industry are became more important and larger. It is necessary in Serve industry that Service Quality system(SQS) which is as like Total Quality Management system. In this appaer, we propose Service Quality System Model which is compose Monitoring-Analysis-Validate-Improve-Control(MAVIC). Specially Monitoring-Analysis are measured and analysis by using SERVQUAL model.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a set of methodologies for signaling the presence of undesired sources of variation in manufacturing processes. Expert System in SPC can serve as a valuable tool to automate the analysis and interpretation of control charts. In this paper we put forward a method of successful application of Expert System to SPC in manufacturing process.
