  • The electronic commerce systems has been emerge in the field of commerce by making it possible to sell goods without the restriction of time and space. As the business based on the electronic commerce is increased, many studies related to the electronic commerce have been presented. In conventional electronic commerce systems, the buyers purchase some goods by using the information such as quality and price that are offered by the seller. In this paper we propose intelligent interface model that can satisfy the both sides.

A study on the quality change of fish cakes by storage conditions to set the use by date of fish cakes (어묵의 소비기한 설정을 위한 보관방법 별 어묵의 품질변화 연구)

  • In this study, a quality evaluation was conducted to change the sell-by date of fish cakes to the use-by date. For product quality evaluation, storage conditions were set at 5, 10, and 15 ℃, and five tests of pH, acid value, volatile basic nitrogen, bacterial count, and coliform group were performed. As a result of the experiment, the quality safety limit period of fish cakes stored at 5 ℃ was 43 days, that of fish cakes stored at 10 ℃ were 30 days, and that of fish cakes stored at 15 ℃ was 7 days. Among the five test items used for quality evaluation, the quality-limit indicators were acid value, number of bacteria, and coliform groups. The index that determined the quality safety-limit period under the three storage conditions was the bacterial count. The sell-by date of the fish cake used in this experiment was 10 days. However, through quality evaluation, the use-by date at 10 ℃ was 28.5 days, which was calculated by multiplying the 30 days; the quality limit period, by a safety factor of 0.95. However, this study conducted a quality study on one item of fish cakes from a single company, and it was difficult to use the quality safety-limit period and use-by date set in this study universally. To change the sell-by date to the use-by date, extensive quality research on various products will be required. If this system is well established, it can help reduce food waste through proper consumption of food, and consumers will be able to consume food with confidence.

  • To provide the baseline for pricing, this paper proposes pricing-by-rating (PBR) as pricing model at micro-foundations level that can work as the baseline for all pricing models as well as an assessment criterion of business model in all circumstances. It sets up firstly WTP (willingness to pay/purchase) model from explicit needs and develops PBR based on the ordinal scale of the difference between the WTP and the WTS (willingness to supply/sell) by comparing individually the corresponding element/component of a firm's actual marketing mix 4P with that of the best SPEC (solution, price indicator by WTP, encouragement, channel) as an ideal 4P a customer expects and also by comparing the interaction between the 4P and the best SPEC as a whole collectively. And through illustrations it shows its applicability to evaluating business model in practice and finally asserts that PBR works as the baseline for pricing policy and as a criterion of business model evaluation in any circumstances.

  • Macroeconomics are one of the indicators that are preceded and analyzed when analyzing stocks because it shows the movement of a country's economy as a whole. The overall economic situation at the national level, such as national income, inflation, unemployment, exchange rates, currency, interest rates, and balance of payments, has a great affect on the stock market, and economic indicators are actually correlated with stock prices. It is the main source of data for analysts to watch with interest and to determine buy and sell considering the impact on individual stock prices. Therefore, economic indicators that impact on the stock price are analyzed as leading indicators, and the stock price prediction is predicted through deep learning-based prediction, after that the actual stock price is compared. If you decide to buy or sell stocks by analysis of stock prediction, then stocks can be investments, not gambling. Therefore, this research was conducted to enable automated stock trading by using macro-indicators and deep learning algorithms in artificial intelligence.

  • Customers are increasingly attracted towards different e-commerce websites and applications for the purchase of products significantly. This is the reason the sellers are moving to different internet based services to sell their products online. The growth of customers in this sector has resulted in the use of big data analytics to understand customers' behavior in predicting the demand of items. It uses a complex process of examining large amount of data to uncover hidden patterns in the information. It is established on the basis of finding correlation between various parameters that are recorded, understanding purchase patterns and applying statistical measures on collected data. This paper is a document of the bottom-up strategy used to manage the selling price of a first-time product for maximizing profit while selling it online. It summarizes how existing customers' expectations can be used to increase the sale of product and attract the attention of the new customer for buying the new product.

  • Existing clothing product search is possible only with text search, so it is not possible to properly search for the product that the user is looking for, and it takes a lot of time to search for the desired product. In addition, it was difficult to know where to sell unbranded products such as Soho Mall products, and it was difficult to search for detailed attributes of fashion products. To solve this problem, we would like to propose a deep learning technique that can search for the exact information that the user wants through the learned image search.

  • Article 77 sets forth the principle of prevention applied in several legal systems. Under this principle the party threatened by ooss as a consequence of a breach of contract by the other party is not permitted to await passively incurrence of the loss and then sue for damages. He is obliged to take adequate preventive measures to mitigate his loss. If the injured party abstains from taking such excessive measures he will not be considered to have failed to mitigate the loss under Article 77. The sanction provided in Article 77 against a party who fails to mitigate his loss only enables the other party to claim reduction in the damages. The reduction in damages under Article 77 is equal to the amount by which the loss should have been mitigated if the injured party had taken reasonable measures to avert or to lessen it. The aim of Article 77 is to encourage mitigation of the loss. The duty to mitigate the loss applies not only to a breach of contract in respect of an obligation whose performance is currently due. but also to an anticipatory breach of contract under Article 71. Article 85 contemplates that the buyer is in delay in fulfilling the latter obligation, or else that he fails to pay the price when payment is to be made concurrently with delivery of the goods by the seller. In both these situations of default, the seller who is either in possession of the goods or otherwise able to control their disposition must take measures, reasonable in the circumstances, to preserve them. The right of retention of the goods y the seller exists until he is reimbursed by the other party for the reasonable expenses incurred. Article 87 and Article 88 of the Convention grant different rights to the party obligated to take steps to preserve the goods; Article 87 allows him to deposit them in the warehouse of a third person, and Article 88 to sell them by whatever means appropriate. A difference exists between paragraph Article 88 (1) which grants the right to sell, and paragraph (2) which imposes the duty to take reasonable measures to sell the goods.

  • Recently, worldwide government policy is pursuing saving energy and preservation. add to this, the solar cells are getting the spotlight nonpolluting energy source, using a variety of products for solar cell. in this paper, we'll make solar tracking system for suitable of dynamic boat. we knew that general boats are using fixed solar cell, it's first time to use tracking system of solar cells for boats so it is hard to application. To solve this problem in this paper we use to a magnetic compass and GPS for suitable solar tracking system of dynamic movement and to analyze fixed and tracking solar system. frist. solar tracking device is designed two-axis control system. one-axis control system is taken a magnetic compass for making efficiency defence solar tracking sensor, two-axis control system apply GPS latitude and longitude data for SPA(Solar position algorithm) so we know the azimuth and altitude. it analyze data value of accuracy comparison from result. so the proposed algorithm confirm to have validity.

  • As with any crop. There are many things that need to be done to achieve success. IT must be emphasized that this is one crop that demands 100percent or more. This is a high input crop, a long tern crop, a labor intensive crop and a high return crop. However, to get the returns you cannot take shortcuts or go half way. It is essential that you do your homework before you commence this venture. This factsheet is designed to cover the basic steps involved in growing ginseng and some of the details. It does not contain all the bits and pieces of information needed. Many of these are practical, many are solved 'on the farm' and many necessary items can be purchased at the local hardware store. We suggest you do not venture into this crop until you have done your homework. At this time. we do not pretend to have all the answers and this publication serves only as a guideline.   • This paper makes a valuable contribution to understanding how the Internet may interface with existing channels to export markets. It classifies the market and firm-level capabilities that may have an impact on how effectively firms can use a virtual channel to export markets(VECs). The most important findings of the paper are that it matters less what function the Internet serve-whether it provides information, tries to build interactive relationships or is used to sell products or services- than hoe fufills its role. Finally, the Internet can facilitate direct channels to market. Export sales ability is essential, and is more important the length of time spent exporting. The Internet to add value to existing export channels.
