부지환경종합관리시스뎀 개발용 SEMS모듈 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of SUS Module for SITES Development)

  • 방사성폐기물 처분시설에 대한 주기적인 환경 감시 및 안전성 평가를 위한 부지정보, 시설물정보와 환경정보에 대한 체계적인 데이터베이스 구축을 위하여 부지환경종합관리시스템 (Site Information and Total Environmental database management System: SITES) 개발을 지난 2년간 수행하였다. 1차적으로 개발된 DB 시스템을 SITES ver.1.0 이라 칭하고 후속 개발되는 안전성평가시스템과 부지환경감시시스템을 포함한 시스템을 SITES ver.2.0이라 칭하여 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SITES내 구성요소 중에서 부지와 환경에 대한 SITES DB 정보와 환경감시정보를 활용하여 실시간 환경감시, 예측 및 자동경보에 활용하기 위하여 개발되는 Site Environmental Monitoring System (SEMS) 모듈에 대한 설계 개념과 내용을 소개하였다.

60 GHz 대역 능동 안테나 모듈 설계 (Active Antenna Module for 60 GHz Frequency Band)

  • 본 논문에서는 상용 트랜스미터 칩과 패치 어레이 안테나를 결합하여 60 GHz 대역에서 동작하는 능동 안테나 모듈을 설계, 제작하였다. 설계된 모듈은 안테나 PCB와 트랜스미터 칩이 장착된 송신 모듈 PCB가 결합되는 구조로 하였다. 주파수 제어신호 및 바이어스 제어신호는 아두이노 키트를 사용하여 인가하였으며, 기저대역의 I/Q 신호가 트랜스미터 칩으로 인가될 수 있도록 하였다. 송신 모듈의 출력은 단일 출력으로 안테나에 연결되므로 차동 출력을 내는 트랜스미터 칩의 출력을 링 하이브리드 발룬에 전달하고, 이를 초소형 상용 커넥터로 $2{\times}4$ 마이크로스트립 패치 어레이 안테나 PCB로 전달되도록 하였다. 최종 출력되는 밀리미터파 신호의 방사패턴 측정을 통하여 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하는 방식으로 확인하였다. 제작된 능동 안테나 모듈의 방사패턴 측정 결과, 3 dB 빔폭과 null 포인트의 위치가 시뮬레이션 결과와 잘 일치함을 확인하였다.

CO2 냉각모듈을 적용한 고곡률 성형품의 사출금형 급속냉각 (Rapid cooling of injection mold for high-curvature parts using CO2 cooling module)

  • Injection molding is a cyclic process comprising of cooling phase as the largest part of this cycle. Providing efficient cooling in lesser cycle times is of significant importance in the molding industry. Recently, lots of researches have been done for rapid cooling of a hot-spot area using CO2 in injection molding. The CO2 flows under high pressure through small, flexible capillary tubes to the point of use, where it expands to create a snow and gas mixture at a temperature of -79℃. The gaseous CO2 removes heat from the mold and releases it into the atmosphere. In this paper, a CO2 cooling module was applied to an injection mold in order to cool a large area cavity uniformly and quickly, and the cooling performance of the injection mold was investigated. The product was a high-curvature molded part with a molding area of 300x100mm. Heat cartridges were installed in a stationary mold, and CO2 cooling module was inserted inside a movable mold. Through structural analysis, it was confirmed that the maximum deformation of mold with CO2 cooling module was 0.09mm. A CO2 feed system with a heat exchanger was used for cooling experiments. The CO2 was injected into the holes on both sides of the supply pipe of the cooling module and discharged through hexagon blocks to cool the mold. It took 5.8 seconds to cool the mold from an average temperature of 140℃ to 70℃. Through the experiment using CO2 cooling module, it was found that a cooling rate of up to 12.98℃/s and an average of 10.18℃/s could be achieved.

  • PV module protective film plays an important role in protecting the solar cell from external environment by anti-hydrolysis polyester, UV resistance and mechanical properties. The backsheet was manufactured by using Roll-to-Roll dry laminating process. The backsheet structure is composed of 3 layers, which are PE, PET, and Fluorine polymer films. In this study, we have experimented the variation of thermal conductivities depending on MgO inputs 10% to 25% in order to confirm the dependence of the module efficiencies. High thermal conductive backsheet can increase the module output power efficiency because the heat is dissipated by spreading out the internal heat. Long-term environment weatherability tests were conducted for confirming 25 year reliability in the field such as PCT, UV, and power efficiency degradations. As the evaluation result, high thermal conductivity can be effective for increase of power efficiency of solar panel by using thermal conductive MgO masterbatch.

태양광 시스템의 일사량과 모듈온도에 따른 I-V 및 P-V 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Photovoltaic I-V and P-V According to the Irradiation and Module Temperature)

  • Solar, as an ideal renewable energy, it has inexhaustible, clean and safe characteristics. In order to improve the photovoltaic system efficiency and utilize the solar energy more fully, and the DC current and DC power vary with the irradiation and module temperature, it is necessary to study the characteristics of photovoltaic I-V and P-V according to the external factors. This paper presents the analysis of characteristics of photovoltaic I-V and P-V according to the irradiation and the module temperature. The results show that the DC current and the DC power of the photovoltaic system are increased along with the increasing values of irradiation.

2 자유도 자동손목관절을 가진 근전 전동의수 개발 (Development of the Myoelectric Hand with a 2 DOF Auto Wrist Module)

  • An essential consideration to differentiate prosthetic hand from robot hand is its convenience and usefulness rather than high resolution or multi-function of the robot hand. Therefore, this study proposes a myoelectric hand with a 2 DOF auto wrist module which has 6 essential functions of the human hand such as open, grasp, pronation, supination, extension, flexion, which improves the convenience of the daily life. It consists of the 3 main parts, the myoelectric sensor for input signal without additional attachment to operate the prosthetic hand, hand mechanism with high-torqued auto-transmission mechanism and self-locking module which guarantee the safety under the abrupt emergency and minimum power consumption, and dual threshold based controller to make easy for adopting the multi-DOF myoelectric hand. We prove the validity of the proposed system with experimental results.

개방형 스마트 폰 환경에 적합한 모바일 결제 시스템을 위한 안전한 AKA(Authentication Key Agreement) 모듈 설계 (A Design of Safe AKA Module for Adapted Mobile Payment System on Openness SMART Phone Environment)

  • 스마트 폰 환경에서 모바일 결제 시스템을 수행하기 위해서는 USIM 기반의 AKA 인증 절차가 필수적인 이다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 스마트 폰 환경에 적합한 모바일 결제 시스템을 위한 결제 프로토콜과 AKA 모듈을 설계하였다. 결제 프로토콜은 모바일 결제 시스템의 구성요소들 간에 상호인증을 하도록 설계하여 신뢰성을 향상시켰고, 3GPP-AKA 프로토콜에 기반을 둔 모바일 결제 시스템의 AKA 모듈은 사전 등록을 통해 공유 비밀키(SSK)를 생성함으로써 IMSI 노출을 방지하고, 타임스탬프를 이용해 SQN(SeQuence Number) 동기문제를 해결하였다. 또한, SN과 인증기관 사이의 인증벡터 대신에 공유비밀키를 사용하도록 하여, 기존의 SN과 인증기관 사이의 대역폭이 $(688{\times}N){\times}R$ bit에서 각각 $320{\times}R$ bit, $368{\times}R$ bit로 감소시켰으며, MS와 SN간에는 일회용 공유비밀키인 OT-SSK를 사용해 메시지 암호화키인 CK와 IK를 생성하도록 하여 접속할 때마다 새로운 OT-SSK를 생성함으로써 데이터 재전송 공격을 방지하였다.

A ResNet based multiscale feature extraction for classifying multi-variate medical time series

  • We construct a deep neural network model named ECGResNet. This model can diagnosis diseases based on 12-lead ECG data of eight common cardiovascular diseases with a high accuracy. We chose the 16 Blocks of ResNet50 as the main body of the model and added the Squeeze-and-Excitation module to learn the data information between channels adaptively. We modified the first convolutional layer of ResNet50 which has a convolutional kernel of 7 to a superposition of convolutional kernels of 8 and 16 as our feature extraction method. This way allows the model to focus on the overall trend of the ECG signal while also noticing subtle changes. The model further improves the accuracy of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease classification by using a fully connected layer that integrates factors such as gender and age. The ECGResNet model adds Dropout layers to both the residual block and SE module of ResNet50, further avoiding the phenomenon of model overfitting. The model was eventually trained using a five-fold cross-validation and Flooding training method, with an accuracy of 95% on the test set and an F1-score of 0.841.We design a new deep neural network, innovate a multi-scale feature extraction method, and apply the SE module to extract features of ECG data.

파일럿 규모 막 증발 공정 적용을 위한 직접 접촉식 모듈의 투과유속 및 열에너지 이동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flux and Heat Transfer of Direct Contact Type Module Applied for a Pilot Scale Membrane Distillation Process)

  • In this study, a direct contact membrane module was manufactured to be used in a pilot scale membrane distillation process to treat $3m^3/day$ of the digestate produced from anaerobic digestion of livestock manure. In order to investigate the performance of the membrane module, permeate flux was measured with and without spacer inside the module under various condition of temperature difference and cross flow velocity (CFV) through the membrane surfaces. Flux recovery rate after chemical cleaning was also investigated by applying three different cleaning methods. Additionally, thermal energy consumption was theoretically simulated based on actual pilot plant operation conditions. As results, we observed flux of the module with spacer was almost similar to the theoretically predicted value because the installation of spacer reduced the channeling effect inside the module. Under the same operating condition, the permeate flux also increased with increasing temperature difference and CFV. As a result of chemical in-line cleaning using NaOCl and citric acid for the fouled membranes, the recovery rate was 83.7% compared to the initial flux when NaOCl was used alone, and 87% recovery rate was observed when only citric acid was used. However, in the case of using only citric acid, the permeate flux was decreased at a rapid rate. It seemed that a cleaning by NaOCl was more effective to recover the flux of membrane contaminated by the organic matter as compared to a cleaning by citric acid. The total heat energy consumption increased with increasing CFV and temperature difference across the membrane. Thus, further studies should be intensively conducted to obtain a high permeate flux while keeping the energy consumption to a minimum for a practical application of membrane distillation process to treat wastewater.

루팅된 안드로이드 폰에서 SEAndroid를 이용한 효과적인 앱 데이터 보호 기법 (An Effective Technique for Protecting Application Data using Security Enhanced (SE) Android in Rooted Android Phones)

  • 본 논문에서는 루팅된 단말 환경에서 SEAndroid의 보안 위협을 체계적으로 분석하고, 효과적으로 앱 데이터를 보호하는 기법을 제안한다. 루팅되지 않은 안드로이드 단말의 경우, 접근제어 모델에 의해 한 앱의 데이터는 해당 앱만이 접근할 수 있다. 하지만, 루팅된 단말의 경우 접근제어 모델이 무력화되어, 루트 권한 쉘이 임의로 다른 앱의 민감한 데이터에 접근하거나 악성 앱이 다른 앱의 데이터를 외부로 유출할 수도 있다. 이를 방어하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 기존 SEAndroid의 LSM(Linux Security Module) Hook 함수를 수정하여 제한된 프로세스만이 특정 앱 데이터를 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 새로운 도메인 타입의 관리 프로세스를 추가하였고, 해당 프로세스로 하여금 새로 설치되는 앱의 디렉토리 타입을 분리하여 관리하게 하였다. 실험을 통해, 제안 기법이 앱 데이터를 효과적으로 보호함과 성능 오버헤드가 2초 이내임을 보인다.
