International Factoring transaction in Korea is different from that of financially advanced countries in terms of legal system and commercial and financial practices. As for the domestic factoring, Korean factors are only involved in advances often on a with recourse basis. With regard to the international factoring, Korean factors do not accommodate whole account receivables from clients (suppliers) but handle on a selective basis. Among Korean banks, KEXIM (Export and Import Bank of Korea) is sole factor for international transactions. Currently KEXIM and several foreign banks handle factoring provide factoring services with limitation to invoice discounting which is largely extended to large corporate names. Therefore this is far different from factoring in Europe and Americas designed for small exporters with non recourse advances. In respect of legal environment, receivable assignment is subject to debtor' acknowledge or approval of such assignment according to Civil Law Act. To remove the legal obstacles, Korean government have prepared new law which allows factor's own notification of assignment (and thereby reimbursement right) to debtor with some evidences.

The Yeonhwa Lead and Zinc Mine is located in northern part of Kyeongsang-Buk-Do, Korea, and is economically most important mine because it produces most part of the output of lead and zinc minerals in the country. Ore deposits of the mine are localized in the Pungchon Formation and several limestone seams of upper Myobong Formation in Cambrian Age. Ore solution ascended along the fractures of N-S, NE-SW or NW-SE trends and along slate and limestone boundary, and then replaced selectively limestone to make ore bodies. Skarn minerals are consisted of hedenbergite, diopside, and main sulfide mineral orebodies are composed of galena, zincblende, pyrrhotite, pyrite and a minor amounts of arsenopyrite and chalcopyrite. Metal ratio, ${\rho}_{Pb}={\frac{Pb(%)}{Pb(%)+Zn(%)}}{\times}100$, illustrates the zona I arrangements of some ore bodies. It will be inferred the flow trending of ore solution and the process reaction with adjacent country rocks. The sub-divided formations of the Pungchon limestone and Myobong slate are very useful as a criteria for detecting probable ore location. Rhodochrosite veins are good evidence for searching of ore location, especially on Pb-rich ore bodies.

Plumbing surfaces of links were introduced to study the geometry of the complement of the links. A basket surface is one of these plumbing surfaces and it can be presented by two sequential presentations, the first sequence is the flat plumbing basket code found by Furihata, Hirasawa and Kobayashi and the second sequence presents the number of the full twists for each of annuli. The minimum number of plumbings to obtain a basket surface of a knot is defined to be the basket number of the given knot. In present article, we first find a classification theorem about the basket number of knots. We use these sequential presentations and the classification theorem to find the basket number of all prime knots whose crossing number is 7 or less except two knots $7_1$ and $7_5$.

그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 세계의 많은 과학기술연구자들은 gLite 미들웨어 기반의 어플리케이션을 이용하고 있다. 미들웨어에서 데이터를 관리, 분석하기 위해서는 메타데이터 카탈로그 서비스를 이용하고 있으며, 유닉스, 그리드, 데이터베이스 환경에 익숙하지 않은 과학기술연구자들은 이 서비스를 이용하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문은 과학기술연구자로 하여금 gLite의 공식 컴포넌트인 메타데이터 카탈로그 서비스 이용 시 접근 제약을 최소화하고 사용자 친화적인 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 메타데이터 카탈로그 GUI 툴 설계에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

The main purpose of this study was to develope the prototypes of on-line supervision system for maintenance to protect the confidence of operation of electric facilities in buildings. The influence of the harmonics on the electric facilities in building, which is recently growing more and more serious, were also analysed, and finally the essential techniques on the condition supervision, diagnosing method of facilities were proposed.

본 논문에서는 장기투약자의 복약 관리 시스템 개발의 기초 연구로 Textile proximity pressure sensor를 개발하였고, 약통의 무게 감지를 통하여 약의 복용 여부를 판별하는 연구를 수행하였다. 실험은 총 2가지로, 약의 개수에 따른 baseline검출 실험과 약 한알의 무게 도출 실험을 수행하였다. 잡음을 제거하기 위해 5 point의 이동평균필터(MAF: Moving average filter)를 적용하였다. 본 논문을 통해 얻은 결과는 차후 장기 투약이 필요한 환자로 하여금 규칙적으로 약을 복용하도록 하여 만성질환의 완치율을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 전도성 섬유를 양말에 부착하여 발바닥에서 심전도(ECG, Electrocardiogram) 신호를 검출하였다. 발바닥에서 측정한 심전도 신호와 손목에서 측정한 심전도 신호에 Pan-Tompkins algorithm을 적용하였고 R-R interval을 검출하였다. 이후 발바닥과 손목에서 측정된 심전도의 유의성을 검출하기 위해 비모수 검정법인 Spearman검정을 사용하여 상관분석을 수행하였다. 상관분석 결과, 유의확률 p=0.00에서 correlation coefficient=0.901로 두 데이터는 강한 양의 선형 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a noninvasive and safe technique for motor cortex stimulation. TMS is used to treat neurological and psychiatric disorders, including mood and movement disorders. TMS can also treat several types of chronic neuropathic pain. The pain relief mechanism of cortical stimulation is caused by modifications in neuronal excitability. Depression is a common co-morbidity with chronic pain. Pain and depression should be treated concurrently to achieve a positive outcome. Insomnia also frequently occurs with chronic lower back pain. Several studies have proposed hypotheses for TMS pain management. Herein, we report two cases with positive results for the treatment of depression and insomnia with chronic low back pain by TMS.
