CCITT에 의해서 표준화 되고 있는 SDH(synchronous digital hierarchy)기본의 광대역 전송방식과 이의 향후 응용 방향에 대해 개관한다. 또한 광대역 전송방식으로서 고려될 수 있는 STM(synchronous transfer mode)망과 ATM(asynchronous transfer mod)망의 구조를 살펴보고 1991년도를 중심으로 일어나고 있는 이들 각각의 국내ㆍ외적인 표준화 동향, 기술개발 현황, 그리고 망구축 동향 등에 대해서 간단히 기술한다.

본 고에서는 광 네트워크 기술과 인터넷 기술 을 결합한 광인터넷에 대하여 지난 제55차 IETF 아틀란타 회의를 포함하여 ITU-T와 OIF (Optical Internet Forum)에서 최근에 활발하게 추진되고 있는 표준화 동향을 살펴본다. 특히, 기존의 MPLS기술을 확장하여 광 네트워크를 경제적으로 제어를 하고 SONET/SDH, TDM, wavelength 및 fiber 등과 같은 모든 광 물리매체를 통합 제어할 수 있는 Generalized MPLS 기술에 대한 표준화 동향을 중점 설명한다.

SONET/SDH 전송망에서의 데이터 전송율은 10Gb/s급인 OC-192에서 40Gb/s급인 OC-768 로 발전하였으며, 이더넷 (Ethernet)에서의 데이터 전송율은 1998년 1기가비트 이더넷 기술이 표준화된데 이어 2002년에 10기가비트 이더넷기술의 표준화가 완료되었고 조만간 후속 기술로서 40Gb/s또는 100Gb/s급의 이더넷에 대한 논의가 대두될 것으로 예측된다.(중략)

최근 급속하게 증가하는 인터넷 트래픽을 대용량의 광 통신망을 통하여 전달할 수 있는 광 인터넷에 대한 표준화가 활발하게 진행중이다. 본 고에서는 광인터넷에 대하여 현재까지 ITU-T 및 IETF를 중심으로 최근에 추진되고 있는 표준화 동향을 살펴본다. 특히, 광 네트워크의 제어 평면 측면에서 기존의 MPLS 뿐만 아니라 SONET/SDH, wavelength 및 fiber를 통합할 수 있는 GMPLS 기술을 중심으로 표준화 동향을 분석한다.

In this study, we design and implement 64 QAM demodulator which has 155 Mbps, first level of CCITT G707 SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierachy) for STM 1 signal transmission. Carrier recovery which effects the demodulator performance uses decision feedback carrier using 8 bits A/D converter. Also, PSF(Pulse Shaping Filter) is 7 order elliptic filter. Carrier recovery circuit is designed and implemented digital type which use high 3 bits of 8 bits conversion data as data and the order low bits as error data and hybrid type which use VCO and analog integrator. Therefore we obtain stable performance recovery.

SDH-based SHR networks are the reconfiguration process in case of failure and APS protocol used. In this study, addresses the maximum allowed recovery time in two fiber bidirectional networks. We analyse the APS protocol and derive the Processing time domains of each n order to cope with the maximum reconfiguration time of 50㎳, as specified in the ITU-T standard. We finally analyze the interleaved failures. One is the signal degrade then the signal failure, the other is the signal failure then the signal failure. Any case analysis is carried out. reconfiguration time can be guaranteed.

The aim of the present investigation was to examine whether YH439, a hepatoprotective agent, exerts protective effect against hepatotoxicity and reduces the production of cytokines and NO in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-primed rats with carbon tetrachloride ($CCl_4$). Administration of LPS following a single dose of CCl4 injection resulted in remarkable elevations of the serum $TNF{\alpha},{\;}IL-l{\beta$ and IL-6 level. The serum NO level was moderately elevated and severe liver damage was evidenced by increases in serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and sorbitol dehydrogenase (SDH) activities. YH439 decreased the levels of TNF, $IL-l{\beta}$, IL-6, ALT, SDH as well as NO in the serum elevated by CCl4+LPS in a dose-dependent manner. Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) level was decreased in the liver of rats treated with YH439. The increased iNOS activity induced by LPS and $interferon-{\gamma}$ was significantly decreased in RAW 264.7 cells by YH439 treatment. YH439 increased the GSH level decreased by $CCl_4+LPS$ and suppressed the ratio of GSSG/GSH. The reduction of hepatotoxicity by YH439 may associated with the decrease in the production of cytokines as well as suppression of iNOS protein in conjunction with an increase in the GSH level.
