SCPI(Standard Commands for Programmable Instrument) is a standard command sets designed for controlling various types of instruments. In order to control FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) analyzing device using SCPI it is required to support sweep measurement function. We defined SCPI command set for FFT analysis and developed parser of defined command set using lex(Lexical Analyzer Generator) and yacc(Yet Another Compiler Compiler). After developing FFT analyzing test was performed with that parser. Up to audible signal frequency the result of FFT analysis was accurate and that result was agree with that of conventional FFT analyzer. As a result it is proved that various types of instruments including sweep measurement instrument can be controlled with appropriate SCPI command sets. Also when developing new instruments the method used in this experiment will contribute to reducing the time required to develop the SCPI parser and increasing reliability.

Measurement accuracy and required time is important to make ATE(Automatic test equipment) system in Ka band, and SCPI commands of power meter which is a representative RF test equipment are studied in this paper. Comparison data between FETCH and MEASURE which are SCPI commands are measured in 30 G ~ 31 GHz and -70 ~ +20 dBm using two power sensor. The data show that FETCH which is the fastest SCPI is able to get reliable data in linear interval above noise level. MEASURE which is the best accurate command takes longer time than FETCH, and the longest time is 13.2 seconds. These results offer that measurement accuracy and required time of the two SCPI for power meter and would be used as a guideline for efficient ATE system in Ka band.
For the effective use of satellite communication transponder, tests for the payload system such as IOT(In-Orbit Test), RPM(Routine Payload Monitoring), CSM(Communicatios System Monitoring), and REV(Remote Earth-Station Verification) have to be conducted. Those tests are used in order to verify the condition and generic design of the satellite, to provide a database for operational calculations, and to maintain the quality of communication services. As the satellite communication system gets with wider expansion with higher complexity of operation, tests for the communication system also need more complex operation that usesophisticated computer-controlled measuring system. For and C language based measurement functions, which uses GPIB protocol and SCPI commands. But SICL requires knowledge of BASIC and C language as well as GPIB and SCPL system. This paper introduces a new language called CALSTEP-Control and Access Language for the Systems of Test Equipment and Payload. This language is designed for the operator to perform the tests for the satellite communication system without any special knowledge that is mentioned above. This language has very limited number of commands which are to be used to control the payload system and test equipments to perform IOT and CSM, and those commands are very readable and easy to understand, so an operator without any knowledge of BASIC and C programming language, or SICL and SCPI command can use it.
Front-side members are structures with the greatest energy absorbing capability in a front-end collision of vehicles. This paper was performed to analyze initial collapse characteristics of spot welded hat and double hat-shaped section members, which are basic shape of side members, on the shift of flange weld pitches. The impact collapse tests were carried out by using home-made vertical air compression impact testing machine, and impact velocity of hat-shaped section members is 4.17m/sec and that of double hat-shaped section members is 6.54m/sec. In impact collapse tests, the collapsed length of hat-shaped section members was about 45mm and that of double hat-shaped section members was about 50mm. In consideration of these condition, axial static collapse tests(0.00017m/sec) of hat and double hat-shaped section members were carried out by using UTM which was limited displacement, about 50mm. As the experimental results, to obtain the best initial collapse characteristics, it is important that stiffness of vehicle members increases as section shapes change and the progressively folding mode induces by flange welding pitch.

VXIbus is a standard for compatibility of instruments of multi-vendors and originated from the VMEbus. The devices for implementing VXIbus system can be categorized into the register based device and the message based device. In this paper we organized the A/D conversion module and the slot0 module, which form the register based VXIbus subsystem. The A/D conversion module is used as a digital voltmeter and LAN is used for communication between an external control computer and the slot0 module. The SCPI(Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments), which is a standard language for instruments, is transmitted from the external control computer to the slot0 module as the ASCII form, and then to the A/D conversion module after changing to the binary digit command. From the experiment. We verified that the measured voltage can be observed on external control computer and user interface can be improved by the modified graphic processing.

Some deep drawing characteristics at elevated temperatures were investigated for the SCPI steel sheets by using a Cr-coated die. For this investigation, six different temperatures between room temperature and 250$\^{C}$, and six different drawing ratios ranging from 2.4 to 2.9 were considered. As a result, the limiting drawing ratio, the maximum drawing force and the maximum drawing depth were found to be affected sensitively by temperature, and more stable through-thickness strain distribution was observed at elevated temperatures. Some experimental results compared favorably with theoretical results obtained by using the finite element method.
Some deep drawing characteristics to the elevated temperatures were investigated for the SCPI steel sheets by using the Cr-coated die. For this investigations, six steps of temperature ranges, from room temperature to 25$0^{\circ}C$, and six kinds of drawing ratio, from 2.4 to 2.9 were adopted. As a result, the limiting drawing ratio, maximum drawing force, and the maximum drawing depth were sensitively affected by the elevated temperatures, and the more stable thickness strain distribution was observed to the elevated temperatures. Some experimental results were compared with analytical results using the DYNA-3D code.
The thermal problem of press work is classified into two cases. First, the temperature of forming die passively rises due to the heating effect of plastic deformation. The warm forming is the second case in which the external heating is applied to the die and blank holder. So, the purpose of this study is to provide database for the forming characteristics at various temperature conditions. In this study, the tensile test was carried out for the commercial steel sheets such as SCPI and SCP3C with the thickness of 0.7mm and 1.4mm respectively. The tensile strength, total elongation, Lankford value and the flow curve have been obtained at the temperature of $25^{\circ}C$, $50^{\circ}C$, $100^{\circ}C$, $150^{\circ}C$, $200^{\circ}C$, $250^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$, respectively. From the results, we can see that both the tensile strength and total elongation decrease as the temperature increases. In the light of anisotropy, the effect of thickness is dominant than the material specs. For the temperature dependency of flow curves, there are only small differences for the work-hardening exponent, and the strength intensity decreases monotonically as temperature increases. The present results we useful as input data for the analysis of sheet metal forming processes with the various temperature conditions.

Sheet or plate bending is one of the most important industrial metal forming processes. And considerable attention has been focused on gaining a better understanding of many of bending characteristics. One of defaults in bending process is the springback. In this study, the springback characteristics of tailor-welded strips in U-bending process was investigated. Furthermore, not only the relationships between the springback and the process variables such as the geometry of the tools and thickness combination of workpiece but also the heat effect which affects the springback due to welding process was experimentally considered. First, tailor-welded strips are joined by the laser welding process and consisted of two types of thickness combinations of the SCPI sheet, 0.8t${\times}$1.2t and 0.8${\times}$1.6t to investigate the effect of different thickness combination on the springback. Secondly, two different directionally welded strips, one was welded along the centerline of the strip-width and the other was along the centerline of strip-length, were adopted to compare the effects of the location of weld line on the springback. And three punch profile radii of 3, 9, and 15 m were used. Some cases of the experimental results were simulated by using a commercial FEM code, PAM-STAMP to compare the experimental results to the analytical ones.
This paper reviews the future directions and perspectives on the soil environmental researches in the 21 century. Previously, the principal emphasis of soil environmental researches had put on the enhancement of food and fiber productions. Beside the basic function of soil, however, the societal needs on soil resources in the 21st century have demands for several environmental and social challenges, occurring regionally or globally. Typical global issues with which soil science should deal include food security with increasing agronomic production to meet the exploding world population growth, adaptation and mitigation of climate change, increase of the carbon sequestration, supply of the biomass and bioenergy, securing the water resource and quality, protection of environmental pollution, enhancing the biodiversity and ecosystem health, and developing the sustainable farming/cropping system that improve the use efficiency of water and agricultural resources. These challenges can be solved through the sustainable crop production intensification (SCPI) or plant welfare concept in which soil plays a key role in solving the abovementioned global issues. Through implementation of either concept, soil science can fulfill the goal of the modern agriculture which is the sustainable production of crops while maintaining or enhancing the ecosystem function, quality and health. Therefore, directions of the future soil environmental researches should lie on valuing soil as an ecosystem services, translating research across both temporal and spatial scales, sharing and using data already available for other purposes, incorporating existing and new technologies from other disciplines, collaborating across discipline, and translating soil research into information for stakeholders and end users. Through the outcomes of these approaches, soil can enhance the productivity from the same confined land, increase profitability, conserve natural resource, reduce the negative impact on environment, enhance human nutrition and health, and enhance natural capital and the flow of ecosystem services. Soil is the central dogma, final frontier and new engine for the era of sustainability development in the $21^{st}$ century and thus soil environmental researches should be carried according to this main theme.
