Development of Smart Factory-Based Technology Education Platform Linking CPPS and VR (CPPS 및 VR을 연계한 스마트팩토리 기반 기술 교육 플랫폼 개발)

  • In this paper, we proposed the development of a smart factory intergrated technology education platform using smart factory based CPPS (Cyber Physical Production System) and VR (Vitrual Reality) technology and educational methods using the platform. A platform has been developed to learn how to integrate 3D digital twin and BOP (Bill of Process)-based manufacturing processes. In addition, Digital Twin established a smart factory-based integrated education platform by linking mechanical systems, digital twins, and virtual reality through the OPC-UA server. Based on this platform, the smart factory integration platform is proposed to have individual elements of the smart factory integration platform through BOP-based digital twin simulation, OPC-UA integration, MES system, SCADA system, and VR interworking.

  • The directed tests produce an expectation model to assist the organization's heads and professionals with settling on the right and speedy choice. A directed deep learning strategy has been embraced and applied for SCADA information. In this paper, for the load shedding expectation overall power organization of Libya, a convolutional neural network with multi neurons is utilized. For contributions of the neural organization, eight convolutional layers are utilized. These boundaries are power age, temperature, stickiness and wind speed. The gathered information from the SCADA data set were pre-handled to be ready in a reasonable arrangement to be taken care of to the deep learning.   • In this paper, we design a gateway protocol architecture for building an IoT-based smart factory. A smart factory system consists of several terminal devices, gateways and servers, and connects them through a wireless network. The terminal device collects information from various sensors and transmits the information to the server through the gateway. The terminal device controls the actuator by receiving a control signal according to a control algorithm of the server or by manual operation. Therefore, the gateway system connects Wi-SUN, a wireless smart utility network, and the Internet, serves as a Wi-SUN coordinator, and is equipped with Modbus-TCP to interwork with SCADA.

  • 산업제어시스템과 SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) 제어 시스템들이 기존의 고립적이고 폐쇄적인 시스템에서 점차 개방적이고 표준화된 시스템으로 전환되고 있으며, IT 망과의 통합이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 주요 국가정보 인프라에 대한 사이버 위협 및 공격에 대한 우려가 증대되고 있다. 산업제어시스템의 정보보호 기술은 일반적인 IT 정보보호 기술과는 특성상 여러 가지 차이점이 존재한다. 국내에서의 산업제어시스템 정보보호 기술에 대한 연구는 아직 미약한 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 국가 주요 정보하부구조를 구성하고 있는 산업제어시스템 중에서 사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 스마트 그리드 시스템의 보안 특성에 대하여 분석하고 보안 쟁점 및 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 전력계통의 목표를 달성하기 위한 기본적인 요청은 시시각각으로 변동되는 전력부하를 확실하게 예측하는 일부터 시작된다. 그런데 전력부하는 온도, 습도, 광도 등 예측일의 기상요인은 물론 산업구조, 경기변동의 사회적인 요인에 의해 변화된다. 또한 온라인 예측시는 자동급전시스템의 여건이나 예측주기에 따라 각각 고려해야 할 사항이 다양하므로 정확도가 높으면서도 안정된 결정적인 예측기법을 찾기가 어렵다. 그러나 주어진 계통과 이용할 수 있는 여건을 바탕으로 했을때의 허용정도 및 자동화등 실제 적용면에서 보다 나은 예측기법은 생각될 수 있다. 필자들은 우리나라 계통을 대상으로 자동급전시스템(AGC/SCADA system)에 의해 온라인 리얼타임으로 취득해온 부하데이터를 이용하여 자유자재 (interactive)기능을 내포한 단기 부하예측 팩키지를 개발한 바 있으며 이에 소개하는 바이다.

  • DNP 3.0 is the most widely used data communication protocol for electric power control systems. KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) also uses DNP 3.0 as a data transmission protocol for the DAS(Distribution Automation System) and the SCADA system of the transmmission system. But DNP 3.0 is one of the oldest industrial standard having many restrictions and there are many considerations for optimal design of DNP 3.0 network for the Distribution Automation System.
