It is well known that SaaS(Software as a Service) changeover gives several advantages to organization. One of the advantages is the cost reduction effect of IT resources as well as IT human resources. Another one is the curtailment of software development workload in the field of informatization promotions. Nonetheless, it is hard to find comparison cases regarding the quantitative measurement of the introduction of SaaS before and after. Accordingly, when the Government IDC tries to adopt SaaS, it absolutely needs the empirical study whether SaaS is cost-effectiveness or not. In this study, we focus on variation in the Government administration common tasks, processes and labor costs. Using the Man-Month(MM) estimation methods, We verify that how much TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) is reduced per year.

시차주사 열분석기를 이용하여 poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)/poty(styrene-co-acrylic acid) (SAA) blonds에 대한 등온 결정화 속도를 blend의 조성, 사용한 SAA의 공중합조성 및 결정화 온도에 따라 조사하였다. 실험결과는 Avrami 방정식을 이용하여 분석하였다. Avrami지수는 결정화 온도에 관계없이 거의 모든 blend 시료에서 2의 값을 나타내었다. 결정화 속도는 blend시료의 SAA 함량 및 사용한 SAA 공중합체의 아크릴산함량이 증가함에 따라 급격히 느려졌다.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스에 대한 기존의 논의는 주로 사업자의 입장에서 클라우드 비즈니스 모델의 발굴, 수익 모델의 발굴, 클라우드 기술 발전에 따른 전망 등에 초점을 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 정작 클라우드 서비스 이용자는 상대적으로 낮은 관심을 받아온 것이 사실이다. 이는 새로운 기술에 비즈니스 모델이 등장하면 반복되던 현상이 클라우드 서비스 분야에서도 반복되고 있는 것으로도 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스중 SaaS 서비스의 이용자 측면에서 서비스 이용행태를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 향후 SaaS 서비스의 전망에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 SaaS 서비스 이용자를 현재 서비스를 이용하고 있는 이용자군과 현재에는 SaaS 서비스를 이용하지는 않지만 향후에는 서비스를 이용할 의도를 가지고 있는 잠재이용자군로 구분하여 설문조사를 수행한 설문결과를 토대로 이용자의 이용행태를 분석하고 향후 SaaS 서비스 전망을 기술하기로 한다.

This dissertation aims to empirically analyze the factors that determine the market competitiveness that would enable SaaS enterprises to survive. The contents of this dissertation includes; (l)analysis of factors that determine market competitiveness of domestic SaaS enterprises, (2)structural analysis of factors that determine the market competitiveness of SaaS enterprises on the their performance. Results of analysis of this dissertation are as follows. First, the factors that determine market competitiveness of SaaS enterprises were found to include (l)enterprise management competence, (2)competence for technological possession, (3)reliability and safety, (4)customer management competence, and (S)competence to cope with external environment of the enterprise. Second, the outcome of structural analysis of factors that determine the market competitiveness of SaaS enterprises on the their performance illustrated that (l)enterprise management competence and (2)competence for technological possession has structural relationship of imparting influence on the (6)enterprise performance by the full medium of (3)reliability and safety, (4)customer management competence, and (5)competence to cope with external environment of enterprise.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary SAA (sulfur-containing amino acids) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) content, and to determine the optimal SAA:lysine ratio for growing barrows and gilts. A total of 150 pigs (75 barrows and 75 gilts, Landrace${\times}$Yorkshire${\times}$Duroc) were assigned to 6 treatments with 5 replicates of 5 pigs per pen. All pigs were fed diets containing either 1.12 (for barrows) or 1.33% (for gilts) dietary lysine with increasing SAA levels (50, 55 and 60% of dietary lysine) in a $2{\times}3$ factorial design. Throughout the whole experimental period (15 to 54 kg body weight), there was no interaction between sexes and SAA:lysine ratios on ADG, ADFI and FCR. However, increasing the SAA:lysine ratio from 50 to 60% in a diet showed a trend to increase ADG and ADFI of barrows. None of differences in nutrient digestibilities except for calcium and phosphorus were observed and gilts showed higher digestibility of calcium and phosphorus (p<0.05). Among dietary SAA:lysine ratios, there were no differences in apparent nutrient digestibility. Mean values of the essential amino acids (EAA), non-essential amino acids (NEAA) and total amino acids (TAA) digestibilities were higher in gilts than barrows (p<0.01). However, no differences in mean value of EAA, NEAA and TAA digestibilities were observed among dietary SAA:lysine ratios. Between sexes and among SAA:lysine ratios, no significant difference in BUN concentration was observed. This study demonstrated that the optimal inclusion ratio of SAA:lysine was 55% and below 50% in barrows and gilts, respectively.

소프트웨어 유통방식이 기존의 소프트웨어 서비스는 일정 금액을 일시불로 지불하고 소프트웨어를 패키지 제품 형태로 구매해서 사용했으나 향후 소프트웨어 서비스는 개발된 어플리케이션을 온라인으로 서비스 하는 ASP방식에서 더 나아가서는 소프트웨어를 개하지 않고 재사용함으로써 개발비나 유지보수비가 요구되지 않는 월 단위로 라이센스 및 호스팅 비용만을 지불하며 서비스를 받는 SaaS(ASP)가 향후 세계 소프트웨어 유통 시장을 주도할 대표적인 소프트웨어 유통 모델로 자리를 잡아가는 트랜드로 전망되고 있다. 국내 SaaS[ASP] 시장 규모는 2005년 현재 1,891억원이며 , 2008년에는 2,916억원으로 예상되면, SaaS[ASP] 이용업체 수는 2006년 3/4분기 현재 699,088개 업체에서 2008년에는 972,387개 업체로 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 국내 SaaS[ASP] 이용업체 수가 증가하는 만큼 개별 기업체들의 정보화를 통한 생산성 향상과 비용절강을 통한 국가 경제전체의 부가가치 창출에 지대한 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

본 고에서는 SaaS를 서비스로 제공하기 위한 기술인 SaaS(Software as a Service) 플랫폼 기술과 개발 동향을 소개한다. 이를 위해 국내외 SaaS 개발 시장의 동향을 살펴보고 국가 플랫폼 개발의 일환으로 2009년부터 ETRI에서 연구개발 중인 SaaS 플랫폼의 개발 및 기술 현황에 대해 살펴본다.

SaaS 어플리케이션 개발시 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화를 위한 과정에 검증 기능을 추가함으로써 보다 안전한 SaaS 어플리케이션을 개발 할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 활용하면 SaaS 어플리케이션에서 발생하는 프로세스들간 실행에서 deadlock, safety, liveness 등을 보장받을 수 있고, 비즈니스 프로세스들의 여러 버전들간의 일관성 및 어플리케이션 개발자가 개발한 결과물과 테넌트 관리자가 수정한 결과물에 대한 일관성을 보장받음으로써 신뢰할 수 있는 SaaS 어플리케이션을 개발 할 수 있다.

최근 국내 소프트웨어 시장에서 소프트웨어를 서비스로 사용하는 SaaS에 대한 관심이 부각되고 있다. 본 고에서는 SaaS의 정의와 개념을 살펴보고 핵심기능인 멀티테넌시를 구현하기 위한 참조모델을 소개한다. 또한, 해외 및 국내의 개발 사례를 알아보고 국가 플랫폼 과제의 일환으로 2009년부터 한국전자통신연구원에서 수행하는 SaaS 플랫폼 개발과제를 소개하며 앞으로의 SaaS 플랫폼 개발을 전망해 본다.

자동화된 비즈니스 프로세스 기능을 적용하기 위해 워크플로우 기능을 추가하는 것은 멀티테넌시를 지원하는 SaaS 어플리케이션개발 과정에서 필수적인 작업 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 SaaS 플랫폼에 워크플로우 기능을 추가하여 자동화된 비즈니스 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 기능을 제안하였다. SaaS 플랫폼에 워크플로우 관리 기능을 추가하여 역할관리, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리, 프로세스 인스턴스관리, ACL 관리 등을 하였다. 또한 테넌트 관리자가 개발된 SaaS 어플리케이션을 자사에 특화된 형태로 커스터마이징하기 위해 워크플로우의 재설정 기능을 제공하였다.
