  • 본 논문에서는 정전류 LED조명 구동을 위한 일차측 전류 제어의 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 일정한 온-타임으로 동작하는 경계 모드(Critical Mode) 플라이백 타입으로 우수한 역률을 달성하였고, 의사 공진(Quasi-resonant) 동작으로 스위칭 손실을 최소화 하였다. 본문에서 LED전류가 5% 이하로 정전류 제어되는 9W급 플라이백 타입의 일차 측 전류 제어 기법을 실험으로 검증한다.

  • 종래의 게이트레벨 회로도 입력에 의한 설계기법으로는 대규모화하는 ASIC의 개발에 대응할 수 없다. 그 타개책으로서, 하드웨어 기술언어와 논리합성을 이용한 Top-Down 설계기법이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 고에서는, ASIC 설계 기술의 현황과 향후 동향에 대해서 알아본 후, 하드웨어 기술언어의 비교와 검토, 그리고 지금까지 전세계의 표준 하드웨어 기술언어로서 널리 보급되어 있는 VHDL의 개요에 대해서 소개한다.

  • 플라즈마 중합 기법에 의해 제작된 고분자 (plasma polymerized polymer) 박막은 단량체(monomer)의 고유의 특성을 유지하며 고분자 박막이 형성됨을 확인하고, 기판 바이어스에 의해 시간에 따른 증착 두께는 선형적으로 증가함을 확인하였다. 자체 제작된 플라즈마 중합 시스템에서 self-bias voltage를 최소화하여 플라즈마 고분자의 증착효율 및 두께 조절이 가능함을 확인하였다. 플라즈마 합성을 이용해 고분자 박막을 제조하고, MIM 소자를 제작하여 통상적인 고분자 합성기법으로 제조된 고분자 대비 높은 유전상수 값이 확인되었다. 결과적으로 유기박막 트랜지스터 및 유기 메모리 등 플렉서블 유기전자소자용 절연/유전체 박막으로의 응용이 기대된다.

  • A system software on-line spectral analysis of atomic emission spectrometer. The system program consisted of a control part for the optical instruments and the spectrum analysis part the artificial intelligence method to reduce nonlinear error of the wavelengths. McPHERSON 207 Monochromator controlled GPIB communication protocol, and the detector signal was measured from PMT by using A/D Amplifier that was made by Photon_Tek. co.. HNN(Hybrid Neural Network) of artificial intelligence technique was applied to the qualitative analysis of P, Cu, Fe, Cr, and that was accurately applied to the quantitative analysis of Cd with 10 ppb level better than the conventional methods.

Influence of Fluid Height and Structure width ratio on the Dynamic Behavior of Fluid in a Rectangular Structure (사각형 구조물에 저장된 유체의 동적거동에 유체높이와 구조물 폭의 비가 미치는 영향)

  • In the case of an earthquake, the fluid storage structure generates hydraulic pressure due to the fluctuation of the fluid. At this time, the hydraulic pressure of the fluid changes not only the peaked acceleration of the earthquake but also the sloshing height of the fluid free water surface. Factors influencing this change in load include the shape of the seismic wave, the maximum seismic strength, the size of the fluid storage structure, the width of the structure, and the height of the fluid. In this study, the effect of the ratio between the height of the fluid and the width of the structure was investigated on the fluctuation characteristics of the fluid. 200mm and 140mm of fluid were placed in a water storage tank with a width of 500mm, and a real seismic wave was applied to measure the shape of the fluctuation of the fluid free water surface. The similarity between the experiment and the analysis was verified through the S.P.H(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamic) technique, one of the numerical analysis techniques. It was confirmed that the free water surface of the fluid showed a similar shape, through comparison of experiment and analysis. And based on this results, SPH technique was applied to analyze the fluctuation shape of the fluid free water surface while varying the ratio between the fluid height and the structure width. An equation to predict the maximum and minimum heights of the fluid free water surface during an earthquake was proposed, and it was confirmed that the error between the maximum and minimum heights of the fluid free water surface predicted by the proposed equation was within a maximum of 3%.

  • BLDC Motor has many advantages for control. This paper presents to perform constant speed against disturbance during operation. BLDC motor control used I-P algorithm to have fast response, reliable stability and robust response. In this paper I-P algorithm applied to 50W BLDC Motor According to results, I-P algorithm characteristics is confirmed.

  • this paper presents the distance relay using wavelet transform and least square error method. Wavelet transform detect the faults in the high frequency region and remove the noises in the low frequency region. The variable window length LSE determine optimal window length to each fault case and estimate fault impedance very quickly.

The Effect of Nuclear Overhauser Enhancement in Liver and Heart $^{31}P$ NMR Spectra Localized by 2D Chemical Shift Technique (이차원 화학변위 기법을 이용한 간 및 심장 $^{31}P$ 자기공명분광에서의 Nuclear Overhauser 효과에 대한 연구)

  • Purpose : To investigate the signal enhancement ratio by NOE effect on in vivo $^{31}P$ MRS in human heart muscle and liver. we also evaluated the enhancement ratios of different phosphorus metabolites, which are important in 31P MRS for each organ. Materials and Methods : Ten normal subjects (M:F = 8:2, age range = 24-32 yrs) were included for in vivo $^{31}P$ MRS measurements on a 1.5 T whole-body MRI/MRS system using $^1H-^{31}P$ dual tuned surface coil. Two-dimensional Chemical Shift Imaging (2D CSI) pulse sequence for $^{31}P$ MRS was employed in all $^{31}P$ MRS measurements. First, $^{31}P$ MRS performed without NOE effect and then the same 2D CSI data acquisitions were repeated with NOE effect. After postprocessing the MRS raw data in the time domain, the signal enhancements in percent were estimated from the major metabolites. Results : The calculated NOE enhancement for liver $^{31}P$ MRS were $\alpha-ATP\;(7\%),\;\beta-ATP\;(9\%),\;\gamma-ATP\;(17\%),\;Pi\;(1\%),\;PDE\;(19\%)$ and $PME\;(31\%)$. Because there is no creatine kinase activity in liver, PCr signal is absent. For cardiac $^{31}P$ MRS, whole body coil gave better scout images and thus better localization than surface coil. In $^{31}P$cardiac multi-voxel spectra, DPG signal increased from left to right according to the amount of blood included. The calculated enhancement for cardiac $^{31}P$ MRS were : $\alpha-ATP\;(12\%),\;\beta-ATP\;(19\%),\;\gamma-ATP\;(30\%),\;PCr\;(34\%),\;Pi\;(20\%),\;(PDE)\;(51\%),\;and\;DPG\;(72\%)$. Conclusion : Our results revealed that the NOE effect was more pronounced in heart muscle than in liver with different coupling to 1H spin system and thus different heteronuclear cross-relaxation.

  • This paper proposes fault detection method using a neural network & fuzzy logic on distribution lines. Fault on distribution lines is simulated using EMTP. The pattern of high impedance fault on pebbles, ground and short-circuit fault were take as the learning model. In this paper proposed fault detection method is evaluated on various conditions. The average values after analyzing fault current by FFT of even odd harmonics and fundamental rms were used for the neural network input. Test results were verified the validity of the proposed method

  • In this paper, we proposed force reflection method using joystick or controlling rehabilitation assisting mobile robot. We defined reflected orce equation as two terms. One is distance between mobile robot and obstacle, the other is speed of rehabilitation assisting robot. And we found the each gain value which guarantees stable navigation of robot. And we experimented simulation with simulation program supporting virtual 2-D map. Through the experiments, we confirmed force reflection algorithm is efficient when controlling rehabilitation assisting robot.
